I Hate Jill Zarin  Watch What Happens Live / Big Brother

Last night Andy Cohen welcomed Ramona Singer and Denise Richards on Watch What Happens Live.   Regardless of all the criticism Andy’s faced over the last few weeks, he continues to bash Alex McCord.  Another montage of Alex’s facial expressions, I really wish he’d have done that with Jill at last year’s reunion, there are plenty of really ugly faces to choose from.  Just look at the face at the top of this blog.  That is a still photo of Jill’s reaction to Ramona reminding Jill that she asked the other ladies not to film with Bethenny.  That’s Jill’s “I am busted, what the hell do I do now” face.

Ramona did really well on the show tonight, she was restrained and was able to get her points out there with little effort.  Ramona managed to defend Alex even while Andy joined the brunette’s, his hair color notwithstanding his disdain for Alex is ridiculously obvious and is getting pretty ugly.

Ramona pointed out to Andy that “people” are very mean to Alex this season and Andy deflected from himself and turned it to the other Housewives were mean to Alex.  Denise pointed out that Alex held her own and was able to speak her mind much better this season.  I don’t think that Denise meant that as a compliment, she is Brunette after all.

Andy’s three obsessions tonight:

1.  Jimmy Kimmels show put together an hysterical clip of Josie and the Pussycats with verbiage from the show.  If you haven’t seen it, it’s worth a look.

2.  Andy allowed Ramona to apologize and explain her remarks that she made at Jill’s Bullying Event (the one that Luann thought was an event where she was supposed to Bully people)

3.  A Montage of Ramona’s antics over the course of the season was shown.  Andy asked Ramona if she was a “nutbag”?  In the midst of the New York Housewives, Andy asks Ramona if she’s a nutbag?  Has he met Kelly?

Tonight’s poll asked which New York Housewife was the biggest bully, another landslide for Jill Zarin with 40% of the vote, Gloria must be so proud!

Denise was asked which housewife would best be suited to be set up with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen – Kelly Bensimon.  Naturally!

Denise also mentioned a few times that she might make a good Beverly Hills Housewife, Andy seemed to think it was a “great idea”.  This is something that viewers have talked about for months!  Is Cohen really out of the loop?

Denise mentioned it again on the After Show, rumor had it that she was offered a spot on the show but turned it down, maybe she’s re-thinking her decision.  Andy certainly seemed excited about the possibility of Denise as a Bravo Housewife.

The After Show was a WHOLE lot better than the show that aired, take a look, Ramona is hysterical, she did great!  Ramona was asked the “Shag, Marry, Kill” question and her three choices were Bethenny, Jill and Luann.  She struggled but ended with “I’d Shag and Marry Bethenny and Kill both Luann and Jill”.  Outstanding!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey

The Manzo boys have joined the bandwagon of housewives selling their wares, Chris and Albie have joined forces with Chris Laurita, Jacqueline’s husband to distribute “BLK Water” which is actually water infused with fulvic acid turning the water black, apparently this is good for you?  Here’s what Andy Cohen had to say about it:

So this morning I’m drinking the Manzo boys BLK water to recover from the tequila. This is their new product that they’re distributing and marketing with Jacqueline’s husband Chris. It is literally black water; it’s black because it is infused with fulvic acid that apparently is great for you and a wonderful hangover remedy. It tastes the same as water, so you just have to get over the color. Their tagline is “Enjoy the Dark Side.” I dig it.

Andy apparently indulged in a few too many Skinnygirl Margarita’s the night before, (yes that’s what he said he was drinking) Andy’s insinuating that the Manzo’s BLK Water will cure a hangover?

Big Brother Episode 10  Elimination Show  By Shannon

This week’s much anticipated episode begins with Julie Chen telling us that after tonight’s vote we will have the top 10. The golden key players are back in the game, and the duo’s are done.

Dominic and Adam both say they are not surprised that the veto wasn’t used, and that they are relying on Brendon and Rachel to stick to their deals. Next, we have Daniele going to the HOH and she tells Brendon and Rachel that if Dominic goes home she is going to be pissed. She also states that she has done nothing but help them to get further in the game. I’m trying to figure out how building your own army and turning people against them is helping, but hey, if Daniele says it, it must be true. She continues to throw one of her tantrums trying to get her way, but it doesn’t seem to sway them. I will say this for Daniele, I really do think she wanted to keep Rachel around, because she has said numerous times that nobody likes Rachel so it would be good to take her to the end, because she thinks she could beat her.

Kalia was all for the back-door plan to get Jeff out. She knew about it almost from the very beginning. She thought because Jordan talked a lot to her in the beginning, and they did have that pinky swear not to put each other up, that it would be OK for her to go against Jeff, and that Jordan would then be on her side. But when Jeff found out about the plan, he asked Kalia if she knew about it and she lied and said she didn’t. She also told him that she was on their side and would always let him know if something like that was going around. Well, since Jeff knew she was lying, Jordan stopped giving her any information about their plans. Kalia would keep going back to her and asking what were they thinking and trying to get information from Jordan and she wouldn’t tell her anything. Kalia finally corners Jordan and asks her why she is distant so Jordan tells her that she heard about the plan and she thought Kalia knew about it. Well, or course Kalia lies again and says she didn’t know anything. Gotta love those flashbacks where it shows 3 days before when Daniele was telling Kalia that the plan was to get Jeff back-doored.

Jeff and Dominic try to have a discussion and Jeff is trying to get Dominic to tell him who started the plan to get him back-doored. Dominic is skirting around the questions because he doesn’t want to say it was Daniele’s plan. After a few lies, Jeff starts to lose his temper. Dominic tells him that nobody told him, that he just knew. After going back and forth for awhile they finally give up. Dominic tries again to see if he can cut any kind of deal with Brendon, Rachel and Jeff, telling them that he can be a weapon that they can use. Jeff is like a dog with a bone, he isn’t letting it go. He tells him he can’t trust him because of the lies and him being a part of trying to get Jeff back-doored.

Kalia knows that her playing both sides has caught up to her. She already talked to Jordan and then she goes to Brendon to try to smooth the waters. She comments that she made a deal with the vets week one and they haven’t been talking much to her so she wanted to touch base. The problem is that the veterans know she was going against them. So to them the deal is voided. When Kalia tells Brendon that she has been honest with him from the get go, he starts to lose it. He starts with his routine that its not rocket science and he has studied rocket science and that they all know she is playing both sides. Kalia doesn’t seem to think when you are with one group one week then switch over to another group the next week that that isn’t playing both sides. This leads to them both insulting each other. She ends up telling everyone that they are all getting used.

Jordan is tired of all the lies being told so they decide to have a house meeting. Kalia tells Jeff how she thought she was with them, meaning the veterans side. Jeff tells her that up to the point where he found out she knew about the back-door plan they were but then he said that in his mind thats kinda the end of a friendship. Kalia still insist she didn’t know, then she changes it to well, she knew but she knew nothing was going to happen so thats why she didn’t tell him. None of the veterans are buying it. They all talk about the back-door plan and who started it, all with Daniele sitting right there. She doesn’t say anything for a long time, until Rachel jumps in and says that Daniele would sell you out quicker then she can blink an eye. Daniele finally has had enough and tells Rachel that she is an idiot. Brendon has to jump in because he can’t ever pass up an opportunity to yell at a woman. Daniele is right when she says that at one time Brendon and Rachel was 100 percent on board with the plan.

 VOTE

 Jeff – Dominic

Jordan – Dominic

Kalia – Dominic

Daniele – Adam

Brendon – Dominic

Shelly – Dominic

Lawon – Dominic

Porsche – Dominic

By a vote of 7 to 1 Dominic is voted out of the Big Brother house.

 HOH Competition

The HOH Competition is a ski wall. The houseguests are standing against the wall and the skis they are standing on are swinging back and forth. Every now and then they blow fake snow on them. The one staying on the skis the longest will win HOH. Should be a good competition.

 **********EXTREME SPOILER**********

Do not read if you don’t want to know who won HOH!

The live feeds came back on at 9:15 CST. When they came back Lawon and Adam were already out of the competition. The next person to jump off was Brendon at about 9:26, followed by Jeff at 9:42. This competition seemed to be hard on the guys. Jordan was the next one to jump off at 9:49, with Porsche jumping off at 10:18. Shelly was the veterans last hope jumped off at 10:19. Kalia and Daniele were the last two standing, they know they aren’t going to put each other up so Kalia jumps off at 10:28 letting Daniele take the win. I’m sure there was no way Kalia could have out lasted Daniele, she was determined to win this competition. I think her ego got the best of her, because she knows that most of the house is after her, and with her winning HOH this week, that means she will not be able to play next week. She should have let Kalia win it because she would have been safe, plus she could have played in next weeks HOH.

*****************End Of Spoiler*******************

Thank you Shannon! Great job with the recap.  This season of Big Brother could have been the best ever except for being forced to watch Rachel and Brenden for another season.  I sure hope they get rid of them soon!

LOL love that photo caption, Boston! Isn’t that brilliant, this was Kelly posing for her soon to be husband back in the early 90s before she had kids but she tried to pass them off as extremely recent in Playboy last year as “41 year old woman”.

    • She looks awful. Her hair is the same mess it is today, and her skin looks stretched and old.

    • Error404 says:

      It’s so sad.
People do porn to kick start a comeback. It actually worked for Latoya Jackson and Joan Collins.
Kiki bought boobs, married a famous photographer, and posed for porn, but didn’t get a single modeling job from it.

      • MKValle says:

Porn? This isn’t porn. Erotica yes and there is a difference. I think she sort of looks like Cindy Crawford in this picture. Her stomach wrinkles are a little weird, don’t ya think?

    • Nyny says:

I don’t like her hair or make-up. The whole thing is a mess..

    • Bella Bay Beach Girl says:

She is a disgusting pig. If she thinks that picture is not offensive to women she is more delusional than I originally thought. I’m sure her kids will be sooooo proud of mommy in that bondage get up! No wonder her kids are socially awkward…. they have to explain why their mother posed for pornography but then pretends to be offended by grown women who accidentally flashed her a quick glimpse of her beav! What a hypocrite!

      • Amy Matheson says:

I am not offended by Kelly’s photo (but I am not her pre-teen daughter either) but I am offended by her hypocrisy.

        Get it together, Cuckoodoodle.

    • Chertin says:

Wait, is this really a “young” pic of her? Her face is retouched well, and perhaps her arms are de-Madonna’d a little, but otherwise she looks the same to me in the pic as she does on the show. I would have expected a younger Kelly to be much prettier…?

      • Bella Bay Beach Girl says:

I think you may be right! I showed it to my husband and he said that he doubted that photo would cause much of a stir. He said, “Sure she’s skinny and half naked, but he skin looks wrinkled and hanging off her skin”, and he also didn’t get the leather depend?

    • ImaJillHater2 says:

Saw the following ad in Manhattan today for self-storage rental units:

“Quit tweeting weird messages and clean your apartment!”

Who does that remind you of?! Pretty funny, eh?

  2. AF says:

Ramona was great last night, especially on the after show. I do wonder why Jill hasn’t been publicly fuming over the bullying poll, though? I guess we’ll see how that pans out. I have to say, I love that, despite her trying to make people believe otherwise, the public seems to be onto the fact that Jill is still a bully, still the most dramatic, and still the most Machiavellian of the group. She’s always got some scheme going due to her own paranoia.

Lynn, you said on the radio show on Monday that you don’t get why Jill can’t be happy – she has money, a beautiful daughter, a husband who takes care of her. What’s not to be happy about? And, you’re absolutely right; she completely lacks the ability to be truly happy. It’s sad. I’m probably feel sympathy for the woman if she wasn’t always so busy trying to ruin the lives of others…on purpose.

    • AF says:

      *I would probably feel sympathy

    • JenFromCincy says:

I couldn’t tell if Andy was upset with Ramona or not when she made the comment about Jill wanting a recount and then giggling uncontrollably. It seemed like he wasn’t happy about it, but then her laugh overcame him and he appeared to lighten up a lit.

I thought it was hysterically funny and wish I could’ve high-fived her.

      • AF says:

I think Andy thought it was funny…but, he’s a coward and completely terrified of Jill (for what reason(s), I have no idea…). So, I’m sure in the back of his head he was thinking, “Shit, now I’m going to have to deal with Zarin’s constant emails, tweets, and phone calls tomorrow. Great.”

I actually like Andy, I just wish he’d grow a spine. And stop making fun of Alex and Simon. I mean, if he made fun of all the other housewives on a regular basis, I’d be okay with him picking at Silex. But he doesn’t and I think it’s unprofessional for him to show his bias, especially when he’s always saying, “I love all the Housewives.” Which we know isn’t true…

      • LynnNChicago says:

That was great Jen! I thought the same thing, he initially looked like he wasn’t happy but then it was probably only because he knew Jill was going to blow up his cell phone/email/voicemail all at the same time

    • I thought Denise came across as liking the blondes. I didn’t think she made a dig about Alex – it seemed to me she was supportive. I had to crack up at her picking Kelly for Charlie Sheen – considering she was married to the guy. She’s got a great sense of humor.

      • AF says:

I agree about Denise being supportive of Alex. I didn’t take it as a dig at all. I think Denise Richards is a great guest – she’s sweet and she has a sense of humor. I always enjoy her on WWHL :)

      • klmh says:

Wouldn’t Denise be a welcomed addition to any of the HW shows? I think she rides the fence and has had to do so in her life for a while. She doesn’t want to make waves. Just an observation.

      • Amy Matheson says:

Denise and Ramona are close friends off screen.

        • Noreen says:

I thought it seemed that way as well. She was defintely VERY nice to Ramona. I thought Ramona was great on the show last night.

    • Error404 says:

I do feel bad for Jill. Would you what to be her? Horrific thought, right.

She is never happy because she always wants more than what she has, so she’s set herself up for a lifetime of disappointment.

She married a rich guy, but is always trying to “improve” his business… Retail, furniture, bedding, she’s always tweaking with a business that’s been around forever.

She found fame on a tv show, but she wanted her own spinoff, and when another woman got it, she pretty much destroyed every toy in the nursery with a colossal tantrum.

I’m not sure who is guiding her come back…Lisa? A team of PR experts bawaby pays? Whomever it is, they are doing the worst job possible. If Hugh Grant can come back from DevineBrown, why is Jill still super hated after a year of pulling out all the stops? Biggest botched comeback campagne in history!

But this year has been rough on Jill. Ally off to college and now she’ll probably lose RHNY. I hope she doesnt start drinking again. you could just see all of s4 she was miserably unhappy.

      • You’re right – she will never be satisfied with what she has. Even if things were going smoothly, she’d be unhappy.

What I really find sad is how she brings the others around her down. LuLu was just a snob S1 & 2, but now she’s queen mean. Kelly’s mean side was also enabled by Jill. Cindy – eh who cares. Bethenny was her only friend who was able to soften her.

I wish Ally the best of luck going away to a school a little further away from her toxic mom.

        • Error404 says:

That’s the most shocking thing about her IMHO: as a friend, she’s a vampire who preys on the weak.
She only became friends with Kiki after the whole arrest debacle, and out of no where Kiki was telling us at the reunion about how she turned to Jill in her hour of need and Jill convinced her that the fiancé was bad and had to go.
Luann was her typical distant self perfering to hang with the younger cooler gals bethenny and kelly. Then her sugar daddy dumps her, she’s desastaded, and bam, she’s all BFFs with Jill doing sleepovers and fresh braiding each others hair.
Bethenny had $8000 in the bank, a failing muffin business and had just broken up with her bf when she and Jill started playing Laverne and Shirley for the cameras.
And Cindy had just shot herself in the foot by making enemies with the shows two most popular women not 5 minutes into filming. If she didn’t move over to the dark side, what would she have done for the rest of the season? Beg the blondes to forgive her? She’s
Neither that smart nor that nice.

          • klmh says:

When I heard Kelly say that, Im pretty sure she said Gilles and then she mentions her daughter. Cindy grabbed her hand first and then Jill did. She wasn’t thanking Jill, jmo, of course.

            • LavaLady says:

I agree klmh. The way she said her ex-husband’s name Gilles, sounded very much like Jill.

              • Amy Matheson says:

She was saying her ex Gilles saved her. LOL… of course I am sure Jill heard what she wants.

      • Dwight Schrute says:

I don’t think she’s happy unless she has someone to fight with. First Ramona, then Bethenny, then Alex. I think she is someone who needs an enemy since it gives her a forum to stir up everything. It also lets her play the victim.

    • Trudie says:

I also wonder why Jill isn’t publicly fuming over the bullying poll and Ramona’s comments about her going through AA.

      • Rose Colored Glasses says:

Yes, a hate poll sponsored by her employer, should seem more problematic that say a funny blog site, oops logic. :)

      • floridagirl88 says:

Maybe she and the lawyers are scratching their heads and trying to find the insult in the poll.

  3. Dogfeathers says:

I put this on the last blog post, but knowing Jill would have her minions voting furiously for Ramona to be the biggest bully, I had my teens vote furiously for Jill. And my teens can text better than any of Jill’s assistants. I threw in a few for Lulu because I hate her, too.

    • Golden Girl says:

      LOL!

    • WindyCityWondering says:

I felt that Jill’s calling bots were going after Ramona big time – and that normal viewers went after the REAL bullys – Jill and LuAnn. It surprised me that Kelly didn’t get very many votes but then she is soooooo last season – just not relevent or authentic.

    • Kansas Girl says:

Welcome, Dogfeathers! I think you’ve already earned your, uh, feathers! LOL! Good job!

  4. boston02127 says:

    From the last blog:

    Dogfeathers says:
I know this is terrible, but I also know I can post this here. I read a lot, don’t post very much. But I rarely get to watch WWHL because I go to bed early. But I’m taking a few days off and I was able to watch it last night. I knew with the poll, Jill would have all of her assistants furiously voting for Ramona being the bully, so I got my assistants (my kids) to furiously vote for Jill. And my teens can text like mad! I threw in a few for Lulu, just because I can’t stand her.

Welcome to the blog Dogfeathers. :)

    • boston02127 says:

Dogfeathers—-Sorry for the repost. We posted one minute apart. I didn’t want your first comment at the end of the last blog to go unnoticed. Welcome! :)

      • Dogfeathers says:

Thank you to you and the others for the welcome! I love this website and I feel I’ve found my soul sisters, lol!

  5. Rose Colored Glasses says:

That lie of Kelly’s about the photos is so idiotic and indefensible. She is vile. But too crazy for me to want to dethrone Jill from tops in my poll of hatable Housewives. Ja habeebee JZ (using personal phonetics because my word-correct not doing Arabic this morning… Aargh) It is said with love, just like when JZ tells her daughter that she has a fat a** on national television, so surely you won’t take offense JZ. Mags we are straight on that hyperbole concept? KKB no words except cartwheels are free.
Liking me some Ramona! But thinking Bravo is despicable and Andy is a weenie.

    • Kelly is really really mean. Jill was also really really mean during the reunion – calling Alex and “idiot” was worse than the “f—ing b–ch” comment IMO – plus all the pre-planned things the brunettes did to make Alex feel small. Just mean mean mean. But when it comes down to it – Kelly has a child like brain with some very obvious problems – so it’s hard to take anything that comes out of her mouth seriously. Jill is both mean and manipulative, so she tops my poll too.

      • Cheri says:

I think the way they treated Alex at the reunion was all planned ahead of time. Remember when Kelly was warning alex she would be “iced out”. I think the plan had been made to do this and that is what she was referring to. I also voted fir the first time in last night’s poll and it was Jill all the way. I had my little group (me) texting as fast as I could for her everytime.

        • nathania says:

it bothers me a bit that ramona and sonya do not have Alex’s back to the extent that she has theirs.

      • Bella Bay Beach Girl says:

Kelly keeps mentioning her aversion to “feelings” and the whole 1979 thing…. I think the obvious conclusion to this coupled with the fact that she openly admits to being an emotional child is that something horrific happened to her when she was a child that stunted her emotional growth. I’m not going to pretend to know what that “something” is, but I would probably look to an older uncle, a trusted family friend, or someone who had authority over her, who grossly abused her trust. With that said, I think it stands to reason why she gets upset with conflict and cannot handle it. She literally shuts down and refuses to allow anyone else to express their feelings or thoughts, because it sends her into panic mode. She posed for playboy in what I believe was an attempt to take authority over her sexuality which she openly admits is also stunted. With all of this said, I still really hate her, but I wish she would get some serious therapy and not by the resident “master of the obvious” AKA Jill. Someone please get this hot mess some help.

        • nathania says:

I am not sure the stunting was done that young…it’s also possible that she has been completely sheltered. Gilles was more of a father figure being 20 years older, and because of her looks and who she was married to, she never had people b*tchslap her into reality (well, apparently someone tried but then Gilles came along and ‘saved’ her). She, Lou ann and Jill all have been, in their own circles, probably people that other people were afraid to offend because of who their hubands were. To me Cindy is probably someone that Kelly can take into the bathroom and do lines with, it wouldn’t surprise me if that is all there is to that bond. But whatever chance Kelly had to grow up and mature was ruined before it happened by her getting married to Gilles and now she has the maturity of a 14 year old. Probably forever.

You know it’s funny, she kind of reminds me of a line from an Ani Difranco song where Ani sings:
“They say goldfish have no memory
I guess their lives are much like mine
          And the little plastic castle
          Is a surprise every time.”

That’s how Kelly lives, completely oblivious to the fact that she contradicts herself on a minute to minute basis, and that other people remember her statements from day to day or hour to hour…My sister in law behaves just like this when confronted (albeit even more off the rails) and she’s a flaming borderline personality disorder so maybe that is what Kelly has going on if it’s not just fried brain cells and memory loss.

  6. I finally got around to watching the reunion part 1. Holy cow Jill looked pinched. There was a cutaway to her face at one point where she looked like she was sucking on a lemon. LuAnn wasn’t AS awful as Kelly and Cindy – especially considering she’s been queen mean all season.. Yes she despises Alex – but her fight with Ramona seemed real – not nonsense and lies like Kelly and Cindy spew with Jill telling them what to say.

  7. ItsMeMe says:

I hate how much Andy gets involved. He talks about how the woman are all to hard to handle…but he instigates a lot of it. He is the biggest drama queen of them all.

  8. boston02127 says:

Thanks for the new blog, I fell asleep and missed it. I luv that Jill won the poll!
    .
Lynn ——Thank you for all the personal time that you put in to give us a new blog everyday so we can get together. It’s very much appreciated.

  9. boston02127 says:

I’m off, dragging my feet today. I hope everyone as a good day.

  10. 2Stupid says:

I watched the reunion again last night and when the Countess gives a dig to Alex (I can’t remember exactly what it was) she got this really EVIL smug look. I know someone else has already mentioned this, but I really wanted to wipe that look off her face. I mean it was the most condescending thing I have ever seen. Anyone that watches that reunion and doesn’t think Alex was completely ganged up on is blind. Honestly, I am not a huge Alex fan, she is too awkward, but that it just too much. JZ is the most vile person I have ever seen. She makes Nene look classy, if that is possible. If I was in her circle of friends and I saw her, she would be on my NO Contact list!

    • vilzvet says:

Yes I remember that. She smiled and stared at Alex for several seconds. It was actually frightening. I think Alex is secure enough though (happy home life, unlike most of the others) to overcome the meanness.

    • Rose Colored Glasses says:

If she even has a circle of friends, I suspect that it is dwindling. She is lkely left with only family, people she pays and fools she can buy, plus the cartwheeler club with KKB, club of insignificant titles LdL and her single dental patient (lest we forget) what’s her name .

    • MAMAZ says:

I don’t understand why the brunettes HATE Silex. I get not liking them. I’m not crazy about them myself but HATE them? Why don’t they just make nice the way you do with neighbors and co workers you just don’t have that much in common with, small talk and such. I don’t get why they want to destroy them. I could understand it better if they wanted to destroy Ramona or Sonja, they might be a social/business threat in some way.

      • Error404 says:

        Because they can.

The brunettes married up. Alex married down. They have contempt for her because she defies their gold digger anti-feminist pecking order.

They did politely ignore her when she was quiet. But once she started having opinions, negative opinions about them in fact, they were outraged. Like the servant girl insulting the lady of the house, she needed a good slap and to learn her place. She may have the viewers on her side, but she has no money and no social standing, so they can abuse her and not get back balled. Jill otoh, will ruin your life just for kicks.

        • Chertin says:

I don’t think gold diggers are offended by non- gold diggers. But I think you’re right that they view Alex as an abrasive, awkward interloper who doesn’t know her place.

        • nathania says:

I think it’s because she tells the truth and they can’t stand it. Also because they know instinctively that Ramona and Sonya are really friends and leave Alex vulnerable, the bond with Alex is not as strong. It kind of sucks, really.

Honestly though….Alex is truly a happy person. In the eyes of people like Jill, Lou ann and Kelly, that is a cardinal sin. Alex loves her husband, her kids, her apartment in Brooklyn, and her life. Alex does tons of charity and activism work, because she WANTS TO and because she has a social conscience that compels her to. Alex cares about things outside herself, which to the ladies on the brunette couch is the equivalent of farting in public. The simply cannot imagine doing so.

Deep down, they know they are vile, twisted creatures. And deep down, they know that what Alex has is what they wanted when they were little, and it’s what they traded for the Barbie dream house and the status and the rocks and the other fancy-schmancy stuff. Every time they look at Alex they KNOW they have sold their souls. She reminds them of who they used to be before they whored themselves out to the highest bidder, and they detest her for making them feel the pain of their own choices.

      • AF says:

Well, apparently Jill hates at least Alex because Alex made it her mission to keep Jill and Bethenny apart…*rolls eyes*

Seriously, though, I have no idea why the brunettes literally hate Alex (and Simon). It’s ridiculous. Maybe they’re all pissed off because Alex and Simon are actually comfortable with themselves and their life together? Say what you want about Silex, but I don’t see a lot of self-esteem issues with either of them. They’re weird, they’re eccentric, they own it.

Furthermore, unless someone is slandering them or speaking ill of their children, they just don’t seem to give a flip what the other women think of them. I don’t personally see them making an effort to “fit the mold”, so to speak, which is what the brunettes spend every season trying to do.

Maybe if Alex and Simon were constantly trying to kiss all of the brunettes’ asses on a regular basis, they wouldn’t be considered enemy #1.

        • MAMAZ says:

I agree they seem very happy with who they are. They don’t happen to be my personal taste but I would rather spend the day with them than a minute with JZ and Bawwwby.

          • AF says:

If I had to choose spending the rest of my life with Alex and Simon versus spending a minute with the Zarins, I’d choose Silex. Of course, I actually quite like them post season 1. I understand why they’re not everybody’s cup of tea, but I consider myself to be fairly eccentric, so I think I’d fit in with them pretty well.

      • Rose Colored Glasses says:

My theory which I posted a bit on yesterday is that it has to do with their immature mean girls need to pick on some one who they thought would not be as skilled at the low blows and gutter snipes. It gives their group unity to jointly scavenge the one they see as vulnerable. Ironically Alex’s best qualities being used against her so she is deemed the target.
And I see Andy’s pretense of poking fun at Alex as revealing his own inner weenie in high school status because now that he is finally hanging with the cool kids (in his very own clubhouse) he still doesn’t want to be seen on the side of the weak-geek. I like some of the qualities that undermine Alex and I always dislike the bullying tactics that sad sacks like Jill Zarin use. Andy and Bravo are benefitting from their positions and are so manipulative that if JZ wins as hatable they may give her a bins because they are running with the nasty drama all the way to the bank IMO.
That’s why I think Bravo is disputable and condescending just like LdL. I think Bravo thinks the audience is as easy to play as Jill Zarin’s minions and that in the end it doesn’t matter what we say. I think the more outrageous the casino the happier and richer Bravo and Andy expect to become. I would not be surprised if the view this site as satchels of gold. :)

I totally agree with you, guess I used to have “rose colored glasses” (sorry…i hope you don’t mind?) on when I first started watching this series and the others.. I also started reading this blog and others and read a lot of things that made those glasses become very clear….that made me sad for a while because I thought the HW shows were something “unique” and “real” that I found to watch, now it has become who can “act” or stir up the most crap..especially when jill was stomping her foot at ramona on the trip..who does that? it was really weird! and bad acting if you ask me . but i will still watch them although i will have a slightly different perspective on them..it still lets me escape my own reality of life if only for a little while, and made me so addicted to IHJZ and others! lol! I soooo love all the comments everyone makes here ;-)

        • nathania says:

fantastic analysis of Andy Cohen, I think you hit the nail on the head, thanks for posting that because I have been trying forever to figure him out. When you look at it in the context of him wanting to be the high school mean girl who got away with murder it makes so much sense, no wonder he always picks the WRONG cast mate to cozy up to and defer to…good grief. Now that I look at him as the awkward, cross-eyed nerd it’s no wonder he deifies the more wretched cast mates like Lou ann and Caroline. Sigh…

  12. Sonjafan says:

    Good Morning All,

I am so happy Jill won the contest, but bummed about Andy’s disdain for Alex. She tries so hard, and I don’t think it’s an act or trying for camera time. I truly think she looks at what is fair and will stick up for her friends. I am so happy Ramona gave her support last night. I am praying Jill and Kelly go away, I’m not worried about Luman because I think she would figure out how to fit into the group dynamic. I wish also they would capitalize on all that is New York and more charity work instead of the horrible fighting. Yes the fighting keeps us interested but let’s not go below the belt like Jill does and than cry victim! I re-watched last years reunion with Bethenny and what a difference a year makes. I could actually feel Jill’s joy that Bethenny wasn’t coming back – and her thought process was I’m in charge and will be the queen.
However she didn’t reckon with the blondes. Thank you again Lynn for this blog as it is a happy place!

    • MAMAZ says:

I’m not sure it’s disdain. Sometimes we choose the part we play. IMO Simon plays the fool. Remember him as a tennis partner to Jill? His over the top clothing, his melodramatic fawning over JZ. It spills over on to Alex. If you play the fool don’t expect people to take you seriously.

      • Rose Colored Glasses says:

Yes, plus editors emphasize the qualities and show the actions that tell a dramatic story.

    • Andy said on WWHL and the aftershow that he thought the brunettes really ganged up on Alex at the reunion. I don’t think he hates her – but honestly if she got into a big argument with him about wanting a better seat on the couch – her ego is just as bad as the rest of them.

I like Silex. I mainly grew to like Alex because she was the only one who didn’t say horrid things in her talking heads about the others. Now that she’s found her voice – I’m starting not to care. I love her blogs – but I find her on-screen fights really uncomfortable to watch.

      • I just watched a bit of the video and saw him say that. I thought it was a total cop-out. He acts as though he has nothing to do with what happens on the reunion and that its all out of his control.

      • OneMoreInBoston says:

I would really hate to think that Alex has become as petty and manipulative as the rest of them by arguing about a f*cking seat on a couch.

yeah, yeah it’s a sign of seniority and respect blah blah- whatever, this is a reality TV show not a union- so who care where she sits? her delivery would have been just as bad- her popularity wouldn’t have taken any hits because of the seating arrangement- so stupid.

Very disappointed in Alex. Starving children in our own cities, troops still dying overseas, and she’s bitching about a seat?

I feel like she’s lost her priorities and her perspective- and that was the one thing I really like about her.

Simon I know you’re monitoring the blog- tell Alex to get a grip. It’s not attractive when she stoops to Miss Andy’s and Jill’s level.

        • i~heart~talavera says:

I was very disappointed to read about this also. It’s very shades of S1.

          • Sonjafan says:

I agree about the seat on the couch – it is what it is and where you sit makes no difference to who you are as a person. I think with Alex it was a matter of personal pride and all the bs she put up with over the years. I am willing to forgive this instance, because in other matters her mindset is in the right place. Will is settle world peace or cure cancer – NO and that is a great point.

            • OneMoreInBoston says:

you know this may sound like I’m being a jerk but if I sat on the floor next to the couch in nothing but my brar and no makeup with wet hair- I’d still dominate. So would Bethenny.

It’s about *who* you are- not *where* you sit.

              • i~heart~talavera says:

                Amen One More! A. Men.

              • face turning red says:

Alex isn’t you or Bethenney and shouldn’t have to be! She is who she is and as far as I’m concerned she is without a doubt the nicest, most decent of all the housewives. I like her and don’t think it’s right to be treated the way she is. She has decided the same thing and is trying to stick up for herself, her husband and boys. Doesn’t mean she’s good at that but she does it for survival. Who knows why anbody would want to be one of these woman. Nobody writes a better blog, Alex is an intelligent and thoughtful person. Jill’s behaviour is horrible but she’s not even an independent or strong woman, she either runs away or calls for Baawby every time someone calls her on her bull!

                • klmh says:

I tend to agree with you. If Alex felt it was something that was important to her, to sit in that place, then she had a right to stand up for herself. She has been disrespected thru out this season and probably got blindsided by being treated the same way from Andy and Bravo right before the reunion.
We feel it important enough to be able to give our opinions of Bravo and the HW here, because we couldn’t do it on the Bravo blog. She certainly has the right to voice her displeasure at the seating arrangement if she thinks it unfair to her.

                  • OneMoreInBoston says:

                    to each his own.

This is 100% my opinion. I think Alex is better than fighting over a seat on a coach. If you don’t think she’s above that, okay.

                    • klmh says:

I don’t know Alex, but what I do know is that it was important enough for her to do, because she did it.
All I am saying is that she, at the time, felt it was the thing to do, stand up for herself, and she did it. She didn’t hurt any of the other HW, and she obviously felt she earned a higher place in the seating arrangement than she received. Guess she just couldn’t take the digs and hits anymore… I don’t know the reason, and its not my place to judge because she did what she felt was right for her at the time.

                    • Rose Colored Glasses says:

Name dropping you again and had you in a further state of dishabille for the punchline, a comment or so down because I chuckled at the image of you with wet hair etc. Best coffee spitter thus far today. Kudos. :)

                • Rose Colored Glasses says:

I appreciate all of your points. Lots of us see Alex much as you do. Her blogs are especially candid and well reasoned. Can we get a yea yea? :)

                  • i~heart~talavera says:

I agree. I usually like Alex, and she is the voice of reason in her blogs.

My opinion is when someone is secure with who they are, they wouldn’t let a silly thing like where they are sitting on a couch matter. I understand she’s been poorly and this may have been “the straw,” but… It does seem petty and there are better ways to make a point than throwing a fit over a seating arrangement.

                • Rose Colored Glasses says:

The thing about our raucous board is that we each see the housewives differently in light of our own experiences and since we all respond to them differently a spirited defense as well as humor are welcomed. Alex and Simon get it! And when OMIB wrote that she would be able to defend herself with wet head, without brar and from the floor, I suspect that Alex would be one of the first to laugh. Why because while Alex or Rose Colored Glasses might turn red or stumble, OMIB could run circles around Jill.(OMIB Duch. Suggests the brar should not be on your head)

                  • OneMoreInBoston says:

but it’s so pretty on my head! It brings out my eyes…

That was the first WWHL I’ve enjoyed in a long time. It used to be that the show was for discussing what happened on housewives. Then it just became crowded with all sorts of games, montages and nonsense- leaving no time to discuss the shows
Ramona was excellent. She looked great, was totally fun and upbeat, and she was honest but fair.
Can’t wait to see how Jill responds to the poll

    • Golden Girl says:

      • susanssnark says:

She is in the Hampton’s curled up in a ball with diet coke stains on her caftan crying to Gloria on the phone about how the fans don’t understand or get her and how mean everyone is to her. Gloria is telling her, it’s totally her own fault and to toughen up and stop blubbering.

        • Indy501 says:

No, Gloria is telling her that we are all jealous of her. go back to season1. Topic Jill v Ramona.

  14. Kukulet says:

I was always kind of sorry to see LuAnn switch over so readily to the dark side. In the first season, she played the Countess card a lot, but she also had more of a sense of humor and she revealed a funkier, more down to earth side to her personality-like when she went downtown with her niece and they were looking in the window of the X-rated cake shop, she didn’t act hoity toity, she just laughed and had a good time.

That LuAnn disappeared after Season 1. It’s too bad. If she’d let that side reemerge, she’d probably gain back a lot of viewers.

    • MAMAZ says:

LuAnn has no acomplishments outside of her failed marriage to the Count. Being a Countess became her whole identity. She wasn’t known as that ______ who also happens to be a Countess. Just the Countess. And man to she try to squeeze every drop of prestige out of that bogus title. She tried to parlay it into a role as etiquette maven but that didn’t work out well. Maybe because she’s talking on camera with her mouth full and telling people to shut up at some event. Oh and talking through her friend JZ’s book thing.
So she decide to becaome a singer. But not even a singer who also happens to be a Countess. Her whole singing schtick is the singing countess.

      • OneMoreInBoston says:

I think that’s actually one of the main differences between Ramona, Alex and Bethenny vs. everyone else.
They have businesses while the other housewives have schticks. Toaster oven recipe book? Teddy bears hot glued to a chair? c’mon.

Cindy has a business, not a schtick- but somehow fell prey to the evil scheming Dark Side.

            • susanssnark says:

Simon and Alex keep mentioning on Twitter that we will all find out the details of what they are going to be doing on the reunion show. They recently posted pics of their trip to Egypt which was a business trip. Since we did not see it on part 1 I am assuming it will be mentioned on part 2 when Ms Andy lets each of them mention what they are schilling now.

              • i~heart~talavera says:

I hope it works out for them. They do seem like hard-workers and I respect that.

          • Rose Colored Glasses says:

Alex mentioned that while this season was being filmed she was working on preparing a store opening, presumably using her graphic design and marketing skills from her first seasons work now that she is freelance.

          • klmh says:

She has a shop now, I believe. Before that she freelanced as a designer, like Bethany’s logo attempt. Then she tried to do whatever she could to help support the family, like this show and modeling…

            • susanssnark says:

Simon posted a link on Twitter to a video where you can see the opening of a store that Alex designed. Some kind of electronics retail store. Ramona comes to the opening as did Jill.
It may even be over on the BRAVO site.

              • klmh says:

Thanks. I’ll look that up. Electronics. Well, with her style of clothing, maybe that’s best.:) Hope she sells apple computers, etc. She will be rolling in the dough soon if she bought into that franchise.

I would buy a toaster oven recipe book as well. Unless Im making a casserole, the t.o. is what I use for the two of us. I does a great job and I think it makes the food so much better than the microwave.
Cindy’s crap is, well I guess I don’t need to say anymore.

        • Chertin says:

Do you really think Ramona has a “business”? I mean, I know she ostensibly does, but do you have any idea whether her business would provide her any standard of living if not for Mario? To me, it always seemed possible that she was one of these self-styled “businesswomen” (sort of like Taylor on BH) whose husbands fund their little ventures and nurse their delusions of competence and relevance the way a parent indulges a kid’s fantasy of being an astronaut.

If her business is real, good for her. I wouldn’t be shocked, but I’d be mildly surprised.

          • OneMoreInBoston says:

I know someone who knows her and her financial situation.
            Ramona does well.

          • AF says:

As far as I can remember, her main business (which we saw during season 1) was buying excess clothes/accessories from manufacturers and selling them to other stores. She’s apparently done really well with just this business alone. I do think that her jewelry line sort of stems from her husband’s family business, but if had money on her own before, I don’t really see the problem. I’m more inclined to believe that Ramona – not Mario – funded both her skin care line and Pinot. Not sure about the jewelry, but definitely Tru Renewal and Ramona Pinot Grigio.

The reason that I believe Ramona is successful and financially wealthy outside of her husband is because of her main philosophy in life: You can’t be financially dependent on a man. She grew up in an abusive home, with a father who beat the shit out of her mother on a regular basis. Ramona’s mom told her that she always needed to have her own money in case anything went wrong in her own future marriage. And I say all of this as someone who isn’t actually a fan of Ramona. I’m amused by her, but she’s not my favorite Housewife. However, I do believe that Ramona has real, successful businesses separate of Mario and I do think it’s because she has never wanted to be dependent on a man. Ever.

          • vilzvet says:

Guess you missed several scenes of Ramona in her office buying and reselling fashions, creating the cosmetic and jewelry lines, wine that is doing so well because she makes appearances all over the country, etc. She never appears to be anything less than a hard workin’ woman! She didn’t even MEET Mario till her mid-30′s; I hardly think she was sitting on her butt having her “little ventures” funded by boyfriends.

          • Indy501 says:

She has a long history in the garment business from before she married Mario. That’s a tight network and once you’re are in and prove yourself you can do quite well. I never doubted for a minute that she wasn’t successful on her own terms.
I come from an executive level background of buying and merchandising fine jewelry. Her going in with Mario to market the TruFaith jewelry line was a natural offshoot of his 3rd generation family religous jewelry and awards business. She was able to bring a good business mind and design abilities to further that business.

I’m sure the skin care and wine are just her name endorsements on the product.

            • vilzvet says:

And who can forget the advice her own mother gave her: to never depend upon a man for financial support, advice she is now giving to her smart daughter Avery.

          • LavaLady says:

Have to say I disagree with you here. I believe Ramona is a true “businesswoman”.

      • Rose Colored Glasses says:

Totally agree MAMAZ she hangs onto the title because she is feeling as anyone does with divorce vulnerable on a whole set of fronts. She uses the title as a shield as she does condescension. In season 3, vulnerable on so many fronts she allied herself with the Jill who always seek out the vulnerable as Ramona famously observed to Bethenny. LdL has always known that the whole countess thing matters to Jill. LdL knows that Mario and Ramona mocked it even before LdL was count-less so they would not be allies. She would have gone with Sonja but S went with her history of friendship with Ramona and Mario. LdL would be horrified to be seen with Silex.

        ,

      • nathania says:

That reminds me of Leah on the Miami Housewives. I loved her. She married well but boy did she take that money and run with it and become her own person. She just seems like a fantastic person in terms of her charity organizing. Discountess could learn a thing or two from her.

    • I liked her until she sold her soul to the devil S3 (after she lost her NY city home and needed some relevance). I really started to dislike her this season, because she was just mean mean mean.

      • nathania says:

yeah, honestly I think she and Bravo both thought that she would become the next Bethenny. Bethenny was funny and quick witted and Lou ann has a quick wit but she is so nasty a human being. She is mean spirited, hates everyone, delights in making people feel bad, it’s her favorite thing to do. That’s why I thought it was so funny when she said that the reason Ramona didn’t like her talking to Mario was that they talked in Italian and Ramona didn’t know what they were saying. I’m sure Lou ann makes the same nasty, snide and cutting comments in French and Italian that she does in English, she’s a one trick pony when it comes to demeanor so it’s no mystery what she is saying, ever.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

IMO – LuAnn likely was corrected often and made fun of during her “living the life” and it bugged me how she constantly was correcting the ladies. It is becoming increasingly obvious that the ladies have stopped listening to her as she couldn’t get any attention during reunion part one to chastise anyone’s manner or lack there of!

I loved what Bert made, that is unbelievable. i hope he wins the whole thing. Who on earth would have ever thought that up. It was unbelievable and it actually worked together. I loved it.

Michael K on dlisted implied (jokingly) that he thought some of the contestants were lying, especially the girl who said she had only sewn for four months and did those pants. I kind of agree, I just find it very hard to believe that a novice made those pants, I just don’t buy it. The outfit was cute but those pants…I think she has more skills than she is letting on. By now on reality shows most people have figured out if you come out as a strong competitor people will be out to get you so maybe that is her strategy.

          • sue says:

Thank goodness, I thought I was the only one. Andy Cohen is nothing more then one of those sleaze ball producer types that you see in bad B-movies, who will exploit people. I really used to like him and viewed him just like i love above, but anymore, I feel as though he became a little to “big feeling” for his own good, almost like hes “star struck that celebs are finding him, in his own eyes, to be important. Andy Cohen seems to have forgotten it is also the viewers that put him on top!!..I do agree, and hope he does not get the co-host position either. Its a shame, we will probably be seeing a E-true hollywood story on him soon, and not a good one. It will probably be titled,” Andy Cohen, A story of how the mighty had fallen”…LOL, I know, maybe a little dramatic, but you get my point!

    • klmh says:

Thanks. I enjoyed the pictures of her house. Comfy and eclectic is what a love too.

  17. LavaLady says:

Can anyone here help me find the reunion video of Kelly, Luann and Jill doing something like “massaging their feet” while Ramona is talking? I’ve heard several people mention it here. Is it a preview clip on BRAVO?

    • Causing_A_Casino says:

I’m really curious about the preview showing the brunettes holding hands and chanting and laughing while Alex is talking- obviously this is their way of saying FU I don’t even care what you are talking about.

      • Golden Girl says:

It was awful and gets my blood pressure up when I see it. I don’t know where you can find it now but it was on after part 1 showing the previews for next weeks part 2.

      • i~heart~talavera says:

It’s also their way of saying, “Look at me, I’m a jackass.”

    • WindyCityWondering says:

IMO they are trying to make the blondes loose their cool and say something really bad. The blonde sofa should just stare at Andy until he does something about the turdies behavior.

  18. i~heart~talavera says:

Yes, it’s in the preview that they showed of part 2 at the end of part 1.

  19. i~heart~talavera says:

    Good morning Ladies. Happy Friday!!!

I hate JZ (and her dumb, adopted-daughter Kookoo), but I LOVE Ramona!

  20. i~heart~talavera says:

Is anybody else as excited for BH as I am? I will need something to fill The Bachelorette void. I think I’m the only person on the planet watching. It’s very sad. I don’t remember anyone on this show ever experiencing so much rejection. Painful to watch, but I keep on watching…

    • Golden Girl says:

I am but I have to admit I’m kinda bummed to see the new girl getting physical with one of the other ladies.

    • Not after watching the preview.

    • susanssnark says:

I really really reallyyyy was looking forward to it because I adore Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd. THEN I saw the preview clip and it looked more like the RHONY reunion tape than the BH show I am used to. I am starting to get more and more angry as the focus of these shows turns from “see how the other side gets to live and party” to ” see how sick and demented the other side is and watch how the rip each other apart”.
If I wanted to see the mean girls table from high school all grown up and now rich? I would attend my next high school reunion. That is NOT what I signed up for what I began to watch these shows. I’ve been duped. Andy Cohen took the original premise of this series and twisted it, into something dark, dysfunctional and unpleasant to watch. It used to be my guilty pleasure, my brief escape from reality to get a peek into the lifestyles of the super rich jet setters. Now, it’s just a really poorly done 60 minutes of meanness, drama, addiction, and mental health issues, sprinkled in with adultery, financial ruin and greed.
      Sorry, not interested.

      • Rose Colored Glasses says:

        Exactly.

      • i~heart~talavera says:

Oh no. Apparently I’m the only person on the blog who hasn’t seen the previews.

I’m beginning to feel the same way about Andy turning this into something dark. But then I started to wonder, maybe that really was not his intent, then dealing with people like JZ turned him this way.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?

        • Rose Colored Glasses says:

Andy isn’t a newcomer to wanting to be really, really, liked but his inner Sally Fields is snarky so silly caricatures of women amuse him. He relates to this all with an enthusiasm identical to that of Ben Wiener but he would sell any of these women out for the money, and is doing so in my opinion. He seems to have no qualms about his mean snarks when he holds a large glass of liquid courage. It is all games till somebody gets hurt.
When Jeff Lewis wonders if Andy will only be happy if the housewives kill each other, then you know these women’s dignity matters not.

          S

        • Kansas Girl says:

There was that early interview where Andy said the brilliance of the show was to just turn cameras on normal women (not average women, but normal) and watch what happens. He wanted to see if the notoriety changed their behavior.

          • Rose Colored Glasses says:

There used to be psych experiments like that until they were outlawed! Just saying. Truman Show with informed consent…

            • Rose Colored Glasses says:

Kansas Girl it has become so not normal and I get that could be a defense but it just sometimes seems like blood sport? How do you see it? Who is having fun? People used to bring picnics and their kids to public hangings.
What a casino? Who is going to fix it, Santa. I think I am in need of jelly beans and a shot of Patron. Why must the fun light hearted silliness descend into Kellyland. Oi Vey! All I can think to do is HJZ. ;)

  21. MichellefromNY says:

I don’t get how Luann can see a montage of her behavior towards the blondes and still think, “I have been nothing but nice and gracious”. That’s called being delusional and that bothers me the most about her. She doesn’t own up to ANYTHING and her behavior makes her a horrible excuse for a person.

But Jill, she’s horrible. Like really really horrible. When Sonja talked about her fight with alex and how they made up, Jill tried to stir of drama. But it wasn’t a “stir the pot” kind of drama. No, she tried to get Sonja to be mad at Alex–almost like she tried to manipulate Sonja to gang up on Alex and recruit her to the brunette’s team. And this was only 5 minutes into the reunion!

Jill has become her mother. A bitter, nasty old woman. I think the clip Jill posted in her newsletter of her family eating brunch perfectly explains Jill’s behavior. Gloria is acting like an old bitch complaining about her horrible coffee/tea. This is who Jill is–a horrible old bitch who complains about everything and makes her perfectly attractive daughter feel fat and ugly. The scene with her daughter in the store horrified me. If that were my mom, I would have cried. My sister is like Ally–pretty but not super skinny. But the “f-word”–fat was the evil word in my house. If my sister and I were fighting, and I called her fat, I would have been grounded for life. It’s really one of the worst things you can say to a woman or your own child.

To say your OWN DAUGHTER is fat when she’s probably not even overweight, clearly not even obese is evil and wrong. For that alone I hate jill zarin.

    • i~heart~talavera says:

I honestly think Luann never watches the show. If she does, it’s more like it’s just “on” in the background as she gazes deeply into French Ross’s eyes. *GAG*

I was totally disgusted about the scene where Jill took her daughter shopping too. I really thought Lynn would let her have it on the blog the next day, and I was shocked that she didn’t.

I feel really bad for Ally.

      • klmh says:

I bet her daughter is used to her nastiness and from what I gather she may be developing the same personality. I hope the first year of college didn’t end up with a stomach pump episode and no friends for Ally. If Bethany is right, Jill was a nice person until she got on this show. Maybe when she leaves, things will return to normal. nah…

  22. Zarout! says:

Is anyone else not liking Big Brother this season? I really don’t think it’s fair that these new people have to go against veterans. Imagine how disappointed they must have been once it sunk in that they were going to be facing the veterans (with teammates nonetheless!). It just doesn’t seem very fair. They should have brought the veterans back for an all-star season. I also hope they bring Cassie back. I totally agree with the theory that she was only voted off because Rachel was jealous of her beauty.

    • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

I totally agree with you about Big Brother. To put three pairs of veterans in there was totally unfair to the newcombers and if I were one of them, I would be PO’d. I hope CBS throws a twist in there that gives the newcomers an advantage and scares the begeegees out of the vets. I would really love to see them sweat big time. Not enjoying it much this year as in years past.

      • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

        I meant newcomers, not newcombers.

      • Zarout! says:

I thought I read somewhere that they are sequestering the evicted house guests from the start. I’m hoping there will be a way to bring one or more of them back.

        • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

          I heard that too.

        • i~heart~talavera says:

I think Dominic will be back for sure.

I wonder if they make the rules up as they go. Like if the show is getting boring, they add a new twist. Or do they plan it out ahead of time and stick to the plan.

Years ago, I watched this show Paradise Hotel and it was pretty obvious they were making it up as they went.

          • Zarout! says:

I LOVED Paradise Hotel. The funny thing is, all of my guy friends watched it too and they started having Paradise Hotel viewing parties every week. I was the only female there! Even my husband got into it. I think it may have been because the girls were so pretty, but those guys were worse than any group of girls I know with their chatter about what that thought would happen next.

            • i~heart~talavera says:

We had parties too! I think it came back for S2, but wasn’t as good. Or maybe that was Temptation Island. Can you tell I have a reality tv addiction? I’m watching Love in the Wild now. It reminds me a little bit of PH, but not as good.

    • i~heart~talavera says:

ITA. It was bad enough to bring the veterans back, but then to allow them to play in teams when the new people didn’t even know their partners? Terrible idea. I don’t think the producers of the show really thought this through.

I will say though, it was worth every minute to watch Rachel pouting in the bushes after she lost one of the competitions. What a jackass.

      • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

Oh and to go around crying like a baby because Cassi was so mean to her. What a manipulator. Brenden is a tool and a fool.

        • i~heart~talavera says:

He really is. They deserve each other!

I used to feel bad for him and hoped that he would realize she’s not good for him, but the more I see of him, the more I realize they are a perfect match.

        • Zarout! says:

OMG! Please don’t even get me started on Brenden. He is the most pathetic excuse for a man I’ve ever seen. “Baby, you can’t call me Buki like that…I’m going to be a doctor and no one will take me seriously…okay Buki?”

    • Zarout! says:

It might have been interesting if they would have forced players to pair up one veteran with one newbie. It would have been very interesting to see how that would have played out.

  23. WindyCityWondering says:

Now that I can watch RHNY Reunion Part One without being overwelmingly disgusted this is what I found interesting – When Sonja took Kelly to task over her remarks about her house and lifestyle – I watched Jill’s reaction. Jill look so very afraid that it would come out that Kelly got her info from her! When Kelly got so flustered and tried to say she was “in scene”, Jill had to tell quietly tell her to stop. IMO – Kelly really thinks she is acting and anything she says is fine because she is “in scene” – the fact that she didn’t recall saying those things and tried to answer as if it was a new question proves she isn’t grounded in reality. Now the telling Alex to come back into the Morocco salon make sense – it was supposed to be a happy henna tatoo party and Alex wasn’t supposed to be there and she ruined the scene! I loved Kelly’s reaction to the phone in the toilet – watching her trying of figure out the size of the cellphone vs the size of the toilet bowl opening was just so authentically Kelly.

    • JenFromCincy says:

It wouldn’t shock me at all to find out that Jill is orchestrating “scenes” for Kelly to play out under the guise that the show will be much more interesting that way. Kelly would be an easy target, mostly because she was never really interested in playing out her “real life” on TV. She may toss out accusations of “acting” and “inauthenticity”, not because she has a problem with acting, but because that’s the storyline that Jill or whomever else on that side is pushing.

If you look the scenes, narratives, or whatever you want to call them are carried out in the brunettes’ blogs. It looks like they pow-wow every week, come up with a few key phrases for each of the blondes and then all stick to those phrases.

      • i~heart~talavera says:

I could not agree more. I think this is why Jill needs so many assistants. She’s scripting, plotting, and planning this show 24/7. I can’t imagine what she’ll do with her life when they pull the plug.

        • Rose Colored Glasses says:

“I think I’m having a heart attack. I have to talk to Bawby” shades of Morocco.

    • Kansas Girl says:

That does make sense why Kelly told Alex to go out and re-enter. She thought it would just be filmed again and edited. Hah!

    • DeeDee says:

“the fact that she didn’t recall saying those things and tried to answer as if it was a new question proves she isn’t grounded in reality.”

The really REALLY sad thing is that they just PLAYED it (the ‘scene’) for her! And she STILL acted like she had no clue what anyone was talking about! That made me want to reach through the TV and bitch slap her!

  24. Rory P. Bellows says:

i think that they ALL took a dip in the omorosa school of dramatic reality tv. to get airtime they rose the stakes of outrageous behavior it doesn’t work if they ALL behave that way. worst season ever of any tv show ever.

on a side note denise richards obviously a pretty girl but am i alone on the hair-don’t its soo 70s and unbecoming. shes had it for awhile now but i don’t like it so much.

    • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

I agree about DR’s hair. Not a fan of it. Also, she sure has changed since her own reality tv series. I couldn’t take her then. Not so sure she’d be a good cast as a housewife.

      • Dame Rhetorica says:

Hi Baroness, I wasn’t watching reality then. Who would she have been most like of the HW?

        • Rory P. Bellows says:

i don’t tgink any RH series regular compares but i have seen her type on a few episodes of ‘animal hoarding’ honestly she ‘appears’ classy because charlie is such an A-HOLE. but on her show she had buttload of issues. paris hilton type intelect. i rdered her book on amazon but it came with crayons if thats any indication……

        • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

I could only watch a few minutes of it, so I couldn’t make an educated guess. Anyone else watch Denise’s reality TV show long enough to compare her to one of the housewives. She just seemed a lot more flighty or ditzy to me than she is now. Maybe she’s grown up as she’s distanced herself from Charlie Sheen.

          • i~heart~talavera says:

I’m ashamed to say I watched it. I couldn’t stand her. I’m wondering if she really changed or if she’s just more tolerable in small doses. I mostly quit watching because she was boring, but her dad definitely added to the creepiness factor.

          • K-Ris says:

I watched it didn’t think it was too bad she seemed like she was trying to tell her side since back then cs has the good press; I recall her calling an interviewer a c-nt too so maybe she could hold her own on rhbh. I like her when she’s on wwhl tho if shed put Camille and Taylor in their place I’m all fr it but I think she’s smart enough to not do it-post cs meltdown she’s coasting why put herself up for scrutiny when she doesn’t have to.

        • Larke says:

I thought she was really unlikable on her tv show. Not only did she have tons of animals that went to the bathroom in the house, she used to curse sooo much around her young daughters. I’m probably in the minority, but it drives me nuts when parents use such careless language in front of their children. Although, that’s probably the least of their problems seeing who their dad is.

I just remember her filming a scene in Chicago where she butchered the seventh-inning stretch and that Joel McHale used to endlessly make fun of her with her title, “Denise Richards [colon] It’s complicated”. I don’t care for her and she obviously couldn’t hold her own show, so I hope she doesn’t make it onto BH. I think she would fly under the radar anyway as to not cause any drama because I don’t think is well-liked by the masses. (Her show was canceled and she was booted early from DWTS).

          • Rose Colored Glasses says:

I had forgotten about Joel mocking the idiotic title with colon. You know somebody regretted both the show and
            name!

          • DeeDee says:

The Soup! My favorite! We need to have weekly updates on that one here too. LOL

            • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

I love The Soup, too. But that would be hard to recap. You kinda have to be there. Lol

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Denise does need to change up her hair because it is rather 70s but then I think that is the CA hair standard.

      • i~heart~talavera says:

I live in CA. I think it’s more of a Southern California thing. It’s very beauty pageant. I think it makes her look older and dated.

        • WindyCityWondering says:

No offense meant – it just looks too OCish. But I am sure Kelly would love to steal Denise’s scalp in a NY minute.

          • i~heart~talavera says:

            None taken. :)

I agree it is very CA. It’s just that CA is really like two separate states. Northern CA is more “earthy” and Southern CA is more “plastic.”

Of course this is a generalization and there are small areas that are exceptions to this. But, I’ve lived here my whole life and that is my opinion.

            • MKValle says:

I totally agree with i heart talavera about the California thing….being a Nor Cal person. I think the SoCal people might think differently, like they are so authentic!

              • i~heart~talavera says:

I’ve lived in both Central and Northern so I was thinking the same thing. I do have relatives and friends who live in Southern CA and share the same sentiment. It would be interesting to get a Southern CA commenter’s opinion on this. ;)

                • SBbeachBetty says:

I also think it depends on which area of SoCal. Beach/Surf communities are a lot different. Grew up surfing in Dana Pt, Leucadia, now live in SantaBarbara/Carp/Ventura. Very low key, healthy, beautiful. So Not L.A!

                • Sam says:

I’m in Southern California, and having spent time all over the area I can tell you that there is no cohesiveness to So.Cal. That is, each region is very different from all the others, so you can’t generalize here. OC, for example, is one way, Venice another, Hollywood another, the Valley (San Fernando) another, and so on. And even places that are very close to each other geographically — Santa Monica and Venice and Malibu, for example — are so different from one another in terms of behaviors, ‘looks,’ attitudes, speaking style and vocabulary, etc. that a person from one place can spot someone from another a mile away.

                  • LynnnSoCal/SBbeachBetty says:

Isn’t that the truth! Some places are more botoxed than others. My sister was a manager at Nordstrom, South Coast Plaza for many years. Those OC women were ummm, way over the top, to me. Scary. Montecito, up my way is an interesting mix. Lots and lots of “Old Money”, a fair amount of celebrities/industry people and just regular folks. Very different ambiance compared to Santa Barbara on one side and Summerland, Carpinteria on the other. I think its a slice of heaven here.

                    • Sam says:

Yes, northwest of L.A. is definitely a slice of heaven! I often have to travel to Hollywood, West L.A., and Santa Monica (where I grew up), but I live in Ventura County because it’s so much more pleasant — totally worth all the driving around. When I don’t have to go into “the city” anymore, though, I’ll probably head even further north, maybe as far as San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, or Paso Robles. I love it up there! (I love Santa Barbara too but can’t afford it!)

      • klmh says:

I would kill for her hair.

  25. 2Stupid says:

Did anyone see on the after show where a caller asked about a London HW and if Jill was going to be on it. Andy replied there may be one, but it wouldn’t be on Bravo! I thought that was Andy putting JZ in her place a little.

    • Dame Rhetorica says:

That puzzled me too. So is Jill jumping ship before it sinks?

      • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

Jill is all talk and no action. Unless someone is going to do everything for her except be in the show, it’s not going to happen. She’s too lazy to get anything like that off the ground. She can’t even get her squeeze line on the market.

      • JenFromCincy says:

I took it as Jill trying to toss the idea out there hoping that a wave of public support might compel Bravo to make it happen.

Jill just happened to forget that she has very little public support. ;)

    • klmh says:

Maybe she wants to be the producer, director, and soon and so on and so on… they would also need a Dactar too, so she could handle all situations, including liability, contracts, etc. There is no end to her all knowing all ass-o-holic knowledge.

  26. Error404 says:

    Iirc
Alex went to college but I don’t know her major. She tried acting. Then modeling. Then graphic design/ branding. While freelancing, a client Vic secrets hired her as an inhoue employee. I got the jist that one reason she was laid off was because she hadn’t worked there long. I don’t think she ever considered it her “career” but just a job for now, hence the RHNY stint. Went back to freelance graphics and now modeling again. Oh, and the book. I seriously think she’s throwing things against the wall to see what sticks. Nothing wrong with that, bethenny is quite the same.

    • IndianaHousewife says:

I also was just checking around to see what Alex meant by “I opened a shop” and found an article online where Alex was interviewed about her and Simon writing columns in Metro. They list that among her other accomplishments she is a retail designer. I gather this is what she was talking about on the reunion. I wish I know what store she designed or helped design.

      • LavaLady says:

Indiana: She designed a camera store. Bravotv.com has it as an exclusive video that was not aired.

        • Rose Colored Glasses says:

I think she was disappointed that footage of her “product” did not make it on the televised show. She did not use Ramona’s mention your businesses a lot strategy. Nor did it dominate as Luanne’s “music” did.

      • Pghemtchick says:

I think it was a camera or photography shop. I could be wrong. I haven’t went back through tweets to verify yet. I thought I saw Simon tweet about Akex and a store opening that Nigel Barker was at. I hope thats his last name (the guy from next top model). Something about bravo filmed it, yet it didn’t make the cut.

        • neroes says:

Bravo has the video called See the store that Alex built. She designed it for Willoughby’s camera and the launch of Nigel Barker’s book. All the ladies are there.

      • IndianaHousewife says:

Thanks – will check it out. :)

    • Larke says:

I think in season one reunion she mentioned that she re-designed a second hand store or consignment shop named something like second time around. I thought it was season one, but maybe not.

  27. kbinldo says:

Ok, saw the preview of Monday’s show for the first time & thought I was flashing back to junior high school. That chanting & feet-rubbing that the brunettes do *really* makes them look like idiots. I am so done with each of them, it’s not even funny.

    • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

I wonder how long it took them to plan that. Like I said before, how “authentic” is that?

      • i~heart~talavera says:

BB, I read your comment on the other page. So true. They spent hours rehearsing to look like idiots. Very sad.

      • i~heart~talavera says:

The other scene that looked totally rehearsed to me is when Jill was asking the blondes how they felt about Simon’s behavior/men yelling at women. The way Kookoo and Cindy were leaning in, waiting for the answer with their eyes squinted. I wanted to smack them.

        • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

And their response to her answer made them look like ’50s housewives instead of the supposedly modern New York women they proclaim to be. They are the poor shrinking violets when it suits them. So it’s OK for Jill to yell in Simon’s or Mario’s faces anytime she wants, but she can go around talking smack about them or their wives and they are supposed to not say a thing to her about it. Oh yeah, they are supposed to take it up with Bobby who will make sure Jill behaves in the future. HA! And don’t even get me started on Kelly’s little domestic violence incident.

        • burghgirl says:

The Reunion from what we saw on Pt 1 and the previews of Pt 2 look to me like perfect examples of the dreaded SYSTEMATIC BULLYING that Kelly and Jill were tossing about during last season’s reunion…watching that premediated plan to belittle and bulldoze Alex was disgusting. I barely made it through the 1st episode and I think I will rely on the brave posters here to fill me in on the shennanigans of the next installment. It makes me irritated and frankly sad to watch women go at each other like that – and without any true recourse. They need to be called out and held accountable for their actions, but being a Bravo show- aint gonna happen.

    • Sonjafan says:

I’m almost afraid to watch that show by myself, as I might throw something at my TV (it’s fairly new). Going to those extremes will make jillousy moer hated than ever, plus the rest of her mongrels. I also liked when the Cindy yelled at Luman – priceless!

    • LavaLady says:

Hi kbinldo: Can I ask where you saw the preview? I asked above looking for it, and got a few answers, but I’m having difficulty finding it. Is it on Bravotv.com or did you see it while watching the Bravo channel on TV?

I was watching the Reunion Part 1 repeat last night & they showed it. Maybe it will crop up again as a commercial. The brunettes really are that disgusting.

  28. Dame Rhetorica says:

I KNOW WHAT’S WRONG WITH KELLY!
My daughter teaches special needs children and Kelly always reminded me of them somehow. So, I asked my hubs. He was a practising psychotherapist and now a psych proff. The diagnosis: Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD). I looked it up after he explained it. Sound familiar?

PDD refers to delays in the development of multiple basic functions including socialization and communication.

Symptoms of PDD may include social and communication problems such as:
Difficulty using and understanding language. Difficulty relating to people, objects, and events.
Difficulty with changes in routine or familiar surroundings.
Repetitive body movements or behavior patterns, such as hand flapping, HAIR TWIRLING, foot tapping.
Unable to cuddle or be comforted. (intimacy maybe?)

This is a repost from last nite. Whacha think?

    • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

      Sounds like a match.

    • Error404 says:

I’ve been saying she was dd since day one, just a hunch, but the destiption above are so vague they could mean anything. And maybe I’m pdd, because I can’t for the life on me figure out what “difficulty relating to objects” mean! Just this morning I was commiserating with my toaster, whom people just use when they need toast, but otherwise ignore like it has no feelings. I can relate. LoL

      • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

        Funny!

      • OneMoreInBoston says:

        Funny!
But when i looked at the description I seriously thought maybe I have it too.
I mean I twirl my hair.

although when I am cuddled I fall right asleep. So maybe I don’t have it.
        somethings wrong though.
        with kelly I mean

    • Chertin says:

Based on Wikipedia it seems like PDD mostly encompasses autism-spectrum disorders…while I agree the symptoms you excerpt sound a LOT like Kelly, she is pretty much the polar opposite of autistic, so that gives me pause.

  29. WindyCityWondering says:

ITA with Lynn – a telenovela book of Jill’s many faces of poo would be a hoot!

  30. i~heart~talavera says:

Or Kelly. She’s just as bad.

  31. AZ Girl says:

Jill now has a separate area on her website for fans to post that are not able to get their comments up on Bravo’s blogs. Someone just posted this at the beginning of their comment.

“Bravo rarely posts my comments and it is very frustrating. They seem to lean toward the positive ones for Alex and allow negative ones for you. I wonder why that is.”

    Is everyone on acid?

  32. JenFromCincy says:

Thoroughly off topic, but I just peeked at Jill’s Twitter numbers and they went up 3,000 in just a few days. Granted it’s not impossible, but it seems highly improbable.

Do you think she made Bobby buy her some more friends to console her after Sonja won the favorite housewife poll?

    • Sheena Evans says:

**mouth drops open** NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. for the love of baby jesus, why would anyone want to befriend jill on any level?????????those better be bought followers i can’t imagine anyone thought her shitty ass behavior and mouth were enjoyable.

    • BlueSky_Forever says:

Maybe people are following her to see what she has to say post reunion part 1 plus how she will respond after being voted the biggest bully on WWHL lol. I was thinking of following her myself just for those reasons!

  33. mich_in_mich says:

I noticed something else that points to Andy’s dislike of Alex. During part 1 of the reunion when Andy was introducing a segment featuring Ramona and Sonja’s hijinks, he referred to them as “his favorite blondes”! I didn’t catch that the first time I watched it, but wow how much more obvious can he get :(

    • i~heart~talavera says:

That is not only rude, it’s incredibly unprofessional. But I guess it’s ridiculous to assume that Andy was ever trying to be professional. I am really turning on him. And NPH too.

      • Eve from CT says:

I agree…..I thought NPH was a jerk when he was on……

        • i~heart~talavera says:

I was so disappointed. I’ve always been a huge NPH fan. I saw him in Rent in Los Angeles, and I have watched HIMYM since the beginning. Now I’m wondering if he’s always been this arrogant, but I just never noticed. Yuck.

  34. i~heart~talavera says:

Have you guys seen this baby monkey video yet? It is always good if you need a laugh. My husband attended a conference and a member of the Marine Corps showed this video at the end of his presentation. Too funny!

    • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

Very cute. I passed it on.

      • i~heart~talavera says:

It makes me very happy. I swear, my husband and I must have watched it 25 times since the first time. I’ve been meaning to post it here for awhile.

It’s totally an insult to the cute little critters, but I was thinking this morning after seeing reunion clips that

baby pig = jill and baby monkey = kookoo

Jill’s running around like the pig trying to get attention. Kookoo Beensomeone is holding on for dear life, but she keeps falling off and she’s riding backward. ;)

  35. Okie Folkie says:

Good Mornin’ everyone! I just watched the After Show, does anyone know if there is a place I can see the entire show? I couldnt find it, or maybe I missed seeing the link for the whole show. But, I would like to catch it.

On the After Show site at Bravo, directly under where you watch the show, I started reading Tweets (I’m guessing, coz they were very anti Jill, YAY!) anyhoo, in one of the tweets(?) someone was saying JZ had blocked lotsa fans after she won the poll last night. Referring to those whom were blocked by the wicked witch as “Zictims”!! I liked that part and hadda come here and tell ya’ll!

  36. mich_in_mich says:

I just watched a video where Kristie Alley calls out David Letterman on all the “jokes” her made at her expense:

    http://www.aoltv.com/2011/07/29/kirstie-alley-calls-letterman-out-for-all-the-fat-jokes-video/

Wouldn’t it be great if Alex did that to Andy or NPH?

    • duchess of dryer lint says:

The thing is, in my world you get no points for the obvious. If you want to get to me you are going to have to go deeper. It is not like I look in the mirror and go “Holy Stuff and Puff Batman! When did I get fat? How did this happen!” I KNOW how I got there. I own every Twinkie and Ho Ho that helped create my left thigh. It aint like I don’t know. If you want to make a joke at my expense and have it get to me—the obvious won’t work. Like
Alex and turning red. She knows it. Or her facial expressions–she not only knows it, she owns it and makes jokes about it herself. Probably doesn’t even affect her, or she laughs along with it. Andy’s jokes are all about the surface. He is low brow in his humor.
But, yeah, it would be funny to see someone call him out and turn the tables on him.

      • mich_in_mich says:

totally agree duchess! It sadens me how the mean girls resorted to attacks on physical appearance. Before and after LuLu dismissed Alex from the 8pm dinner in Morocco (I really doubt the blondes were told 8pm), the brunettes torn into Alex about her appearance (calling her pale, Dracula, vampire, etc). I guess in Kelly’s book it’s only systemic bullying if she’s the “victim” not the perpetrator.

  37. duchess of dryer lint says:

I watched some bits and pieces of the reunion last night. Anyone else catch when Andy was asking Cindy a question, the usual melee ensued, She is doing her “I’m 12 so I will roll my eyes and pout bit, and Andy says “Cindy…” and she goes “Whaaat” in a nasty little sing song like my daughter used to do as a kid when she didn’t want to answer my question. There is a movement off camera, but Cindy’s face tells you that Andy must have made a gesture or shot her a look. She straightened up real quick, dropped the attitude and then tried to blame her adolesent snottiness on “Are they gonna let me talk?” Epic fail. Being snarky to Andy will land you in Jennifer whats her name land–gone and never spoken of again.

    • i~heart~talavera says:

I noticed it too. You hit the nail on the head with the “I’m 12″ observation. It’s not cute when a 12 year old does it, but so much worse coming from a 40-something with a permanently-open mouth and horse face.

Also, she should have never stood up. She’s so ghetto. She looked like an idiot, and her dress was incredibly unflattering.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Cindy is so out of her element/comfort zone. She failed her rookie year miserably. The lie about Ramona being the only one not allowed on the super secret horse trail at her party was a pathetic parting gift. Epic fail.

    • OneMoreInBoston says:

I have to tell you Duchess that I LOVED her when she did that. It made me laugh out loud!

I get why they all kowtow to him- he’s the boss man- but really? Cindy already knows this is it for her- whether or not it’s her idea or Bravo’s or a little of both it’s very clear that she has little to no respect for Andy and that makes me laugh!

Why should she kiss his ass? She hasn’t come off too well this season-yeah yeah it’s not just editing it’s her behavior, sorry I think there’s a lot of editing too. Cindy is PISSED at everyone except Jillsy- she was even lashing out at Luanne! Ha Ha!

sorry but it made me laugh even though it was rude- Honey Badger just don’t care.

Cindy will go back to her vaginas, babies with half dozen nannies each, bizarro sexual relationship with her brother and his dead man walking suits, secure in the knowledge she didn’t lie down for Miss Andy to walk on.

      luvs it!

      • duchess of dryer lint says:

It was funny in a way, but I just thought “Jeez how OLD are you!” Having raised a daughter it took me straight back to the adolescent years and how my blood would BOIL at the eye rolling and “Whaaat!” crap. THIS is a woman in charge of a large business? Can you even imagine being in a meeting with her and her pulling that crap? Perhaps this is why Howie seems to handle most of the business. He just needed a woman as the face of the company–because lets face it, most of us would be a little uncomfortable with a man we did not know buffing the muffin’ or worse, putting jewels on it! LOL

        • OneMoreInBoston says:

sorry duchess- I may have to give you back your brar.
          I thought it was hi-larious!
Most of the women in this business are stuck at 19 years old anyway…so she’s fine. Another business? probably not so much

        • DeeDee says:

She reminds me SO much of Jacqueline’s daughter in her immature actions.

To be honest, I completely believe that she fired that lady because of her race. Especially after reading how she (Cindy) and the other co-workers there treated her—I thought–yep, that sounds like Cindy’s immature lead.

  38. NightLight95 says:

Watched previews for RHOBH and my fave housewive Kim is crying about someone she loves or loved. I would say Kim and Alex are genuinely the nicest wives on the series. It took Alex 4 seasons to “try” and go after those crazy women. Not very flattering but understandable. IMO Kim and Alex just need to relax, have fun and they have public on their side.
Taylor’s abused press releases, augh, sorry I am just not buying now. Once you lie and manipulate ON camera…I am not buying. Her husband as far as I could see was indifferent to her. She has a publicist.

    • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

I saw on one of the other blogs where Russell admitted to pushing Taylor but not pulling her hair. I think pushing is considered physical abuse, but that’s just me. He claims it was the pressure of being on the HW show. Not saying I wouldn’t want to slap little Taylor upside the head, but wanting to and doing it are two different things.

      • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

Here it is – second article

        http://absurdtosublime.net/

      • I wonder if she pushed him too?

      • Kukulet says:

In this case, I think Taylor may be telling the truth, at least to some extent.

I always had a vibe about Russell. Remember when they all went to Vegas, and he demanded they leave the party early? Taylor made some crack then about Russell being the one who “drove the locomotive” in their marriage. There was just something about the way he behaved a few times, and the way she reacted to him, that made me think he was controlling and either physically and/or emotionally abusive. Another example was when he asked her how her “little” company was going. And there’s always been suggestions in the media that Russell has had some pretty shady business dealings, so he probably isn’t a stand up guy to begin with.

He admits that he pushed her-and the context suggested he meant more than once. Pushing IS abusive. And it’s not such a stretch from laying hands on your wife to push her to laying hands on her to do more than push. Obviously, he doesn’t recognize the boundary of not laying his hands on his wife at all.

    • i~heart~talavera says:

I don’t understand how Taylor’s stories keep making headlines in People Magazine. As those type of magazines go, I consider People somewhat legitimate and I just can’t believe anybody is interested in what did or did not happen with her marriage and divorce.

    • Rose Colored Glasses says:

Possible that is a reference to a backstory of Kim’s that years ago a boyfriend died.

      • NightLight95 says:

It might turn out to be true, but since she has lied and twisted things before, I need proof. There is all forms of abuse and I don’t want to put things into black and white because then a man raising his voice at a woman would be abuse a la Jill way of thinking. IF Taylor was tired of being treated inconsequential I could see her having a tantrum or she needed to bring the drama, who knows why these women put themselves in these situations, oh wait being a gold digging, fame-seeking, sham of a marriage would put you in this situation.

  39. Bella Bay Beach Girl says:

I wish Bethany would come on a WWHL and not discuss Jill, but put to rest the idea that Jill keeps trying to spew that Romona and Alex attempted to keep her and Jill apart….. Even with editing, both Romona and Alex encouraged Jill to reach out to Bethany. I am seriously going to stop watching if they don’t stop telling these ridiculous lies expecting all us common folk to buy it hook line and sinker.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

One little tweet from Bethenny dispelling the Jill swill would be the tweet heard round the HW world.

    • Causing_A_Casino says:

Jill is just not smart. She can blame everyone else. She came blame editing. The facts are- we saw her do what she did and say what she said. We saw Alex and Ramona try to get Jill and B to work it out. Jill’s excuse.” I wasn’t ready to make up then”, just proves that it’s always about her and she needs to control everything.
I’m curious about Alex’s comment in the pt2 preview where she says Luann is only friends with Jill because Jill has enough dirt on Lu for a landfill. It’s interesting how Lu tolerates and supports Jill’s vile behavior but attacks everyone else for the slightest transgression.

      • susanssnark says:

It is very telling, in my opinion, that Bethenny follows Lynn and this blog on her Twitter. She has 597,163 followers, yet only follows 10 Twitter accounts and Lynn’s is one of those 10.
Don’t even try to TELL ME, Jill Z does not know this and is not painfully aware of that fact. It must KILL her and I love love love it! Bethenny, you rock even when you don’t speak.

  40. i~heart~talavera says:

I think Bethenny needs to keep it classy and never discuss anything to do with this show again.

Bravo is incredibly insulting to our intelligence by continuing these lies. It’s very frustrating. Again, luckily we have this blog to vent our frustration!

    • i~heart~talavera says:

  41. Dee says:

I LOVED WWHL last night!!! I KNEW That Jill would have her robo-callers out in full force, so for the first time in like FOREVER…..i sent in my text vote!!! Two in fact. No WAY should Ramona have even gotten the votes that she did. Had to Jill’s handiwork. So glad that the viewing public let her know that we truly SEE who Jill is and what she is about. I also love that LuLu got 23% of the vote…so 63% of the viewing public believe that these two are the biggest bullies of the show!! BTW..Ramona was GREAT last night. She looked VERY relaxed and happy.

  42. WindyCityWondering says:

Reunion Part Two: I want Cindy to explain what a “golden” one is. Pretty sure Sonja got the platinum, diamond encrusted one, Jill got the gold plated, LuAnn got the brass one and Kelly is askerd of whatever one she got.

  43. shiny14 says:

I’ve been mulling over Luanne’s defense of her leaving the room during disagreements so that she won’t get into arguments. Initially, I thought it sounded sensible as a way to keep from losing one’s temper, i.e. the kind of advice a mom would give a teenager. However, she walks away a lot, and I now see that she does it so she can have the last word (or feel that she has), can feel superior by walking away from someone not worth continuing to speak to, and can avoid ever resolving something where she might be in the wrong (ie is in the wrong).
Leaving is a wise move in some situations, but Luanne uses it as another weapon to make the other person lose.

    • i~heart~talavera says:

      Bingo!

    • lillybee says:

Plus it is a way of not having to pay.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

When someone doesn’t cave to LuAnn’s bs – she leaves because it is what cowards do. It doesn’t show class or manners. I laughed when she struggled to find three positive things to say to counter Alex’s three negative ones.

    • Mum says:

Could it be that the truth bites?

    • klmh says:

I agree with you about her reasoning for walking out on a discussion that involves her, but I also think its to end the conversation, before more information about her life etc. is revealed to the public.

        klmh,
ITA. When Jill jumps up from her seat after yelling at Ramona to not bring up Lulu’s children she not doing that for Lulu she’s doing it for herself because she knows Ramona is going to bring up Ally next. She is soooooooooooooo transparent!

        • duchess of dryer lint says:

Or she is hoping to head off any comment regarding how SHE brought Ramona’s daughter up constantly in her blog, as did LuLu.

      • duchess of dryer lint says:

Seriously, I think it is the check. Old Jacky aint in the same catagory as the Count money wise. And Lulu has no marketable skills. She has done it for all 4 seasons to every housewife. Lulu aint picking up the tab, no matter what!

  44. Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

Sorry I mean Simon’s tweeting. Jill was just plain ugly that day inside and out.

      • duchess of dryer lint says:

It’s no wonder that Ramona is able to see right thru LuLu’s “kind, concerned, gracious, nice” digs. She is a professional at it! I loved how she is all “Jill,I respect you, care for you, etc. and then WHAM! super calm and not even a little bit of a “tone” just WHAM! I know you had a drinking problem and went to AA, but that doesn’t mean I do!
let me just say it again—WHAM! (I just like the word) and for those of you old enough

  45. Bella Bay Beach Girl says:

I don’t care what you call it, Porn or erotica, it definitely doesn’t ring true to the Dorris Day persona this crazy woman tries to portray…. It doesn’t bother me so much that she did a nude shot as much as the WEIRD bondage get up…. hey whatever people do in their own bedrooms is no business of mine, but don’t portray women in a subservient manner with her tits strapped and her leather diaper covering her crotch…..

    • Mum says:

The double standard. But hey I considered the source.

      • duchess of dryer lint says:

No, it is perfectly okay to whip out your hoohaw for MEN to look at. That is really really normal. But if a woman sees it that is just creepy. Except Cindy, because she is really really an authentic business woman and her job is to look at hoohaws so that is different and just really really cool. But if anyone else sees another woman’s hoohaw, even if it is accidental and only for a microsecond, they should be really really offended.

  46. Mum says:

umm, what could be motivating Andy to join the brunettes in crapping on Alex, umm, he is a brunette!! If Andy is not only condoning but blatantly participating in crapping on Alex in my opinion he too is under Jill’s spell, cause he sure is going out of his way to please Jill. I guess Jill is responsible for Andy’s career too.

    • susanssnark says:

He kisses the asses of the women he perceives to be powerful and can help him forward his personal agenda. The only person he kisses the ass more of or OVER Jill Zarin is Lisa Vanderpump. Andy ain’t dumb. What finances and what power does Silex have? None….
And yea Andy is that shallow.

  47. Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

  48. Bella Bay Beach Girl says:

so I just went through all the preview clips and about fell off my office chair when Romona called Jill out for going to AA! LMFAO! Romona Rocks and I would never want to get into it with her, cuz the girl can really thrown a punch!

  49. Mum says:

How come when I think about jill I think about another evil mother Casey Anthony? I guess I see them as examples of despicable women. For Jill, I can’t see what she is getting out of this, I mean this woman is worst than medusa, there is nothing flattering, complimentary, ladylike or genteel about her, she is better suited for the world wrestling federation. She is one nasty person. Good manners don’t seem to matter to her, she is obviously athiest too, not person should ever treat a person the way the brunettes do, and that KiKi, does she have any brains at all? She seems more like an object than a human being. If she has two working brain cells I’ll eat my hat.

    • MaryE says:

Can we talk about getting the women over to paint her apartment?? Really one of the stupidest scenes yet. Was this suppose to be a parody on Jilly the bully/puppetmaster?

I believe Sonja. Cindy is nothing but a big fat liar! (But I kinda knew this already!)

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Heard it too – why didn’t Andy just let them bust the beav on her bedazzled lie?

      • IndianaHousewife says:

All it would have taken would be for Andy to say “Hey what was that Sonja?” Then Luann would have to fess up or chose to lie for Cindy. I hope Ramona gets paid a lot of money for the beating she has taken this year.

  52. IndianaHousewife says:

Quincy – I hope you are checking in on us. I hope all is well with your daughter, son-in-law and new baby. I have really missed you being here and “the voice of reason” the last few days.

Jill has a failed book and a failed bedding line she did for Bed and Bath, I have 4 proven businesses. I embrace all my product lines and use and wear them constantly so of course I talk about them constantly too!”

It is no compliment that Denise Richards thinks a hookup with Charlie and KiKi is a good thing, A mix of drugs and insanity, sorry not a good image.

    • klmh says:

You couldn’t match either of these people with anyone and have a successful relationship. She probably meant, watch the feathers from KKB jewelry line fly when they get together. It was Charile with in the green room with the candlestick.

  56. Bella Bay Beach Girl says:

you can just hear Kelly saying….. “Ya….. Charlie Sheen…… He is soooo AMAZING and I’m sooooo AMAZING…… what a cute couple we’d make….. A couple of nutty folks just having an AMAZING ltime! God I’m authentic!”
And I do love it when Jill and Luman make fun of her to her face and she doesn’t get it.. (Kel Kel – it’s not a compliment to be called a child by those two dried up old coots!)

    • WindyCityWondering says:

But will Charile pass the non demonic boyfriend test?

    • i~heart~talavera says:

      Hahahha!

Charlie doesn’t seem like the type to take a beating from Kelly and not yell at her.

      • mich_in_mich says:

I was watcing Wendy Williams (it was a re-run). The orignal air date was when Charlie Sheen took his “show” to New York. Wendy’s on-site reporter was discussing how lame Charlie’s “show” was. Here is the interesting part, she said the only “celebrity” (she used the term … I wouldn’t) in attendance was Kelly. Kelly is such a fame w**** and stalker!

  57. Rory P. Bellows says:

did anyone see that there are like 3 fake ‘kellys’ on twitter mocking the hell out of her…..lol

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Ironically, Simon (aka the mean tweeter) tried to help Kelly out when the first mocker showed up!

    • susanssnark says:

No! Where are they? Can you give me their @ names I gotta see this! I deleted the brunettes last Monday night. Had enough of their antics. I only followed them before to see the nonsense they tweeted about each other but I am so over it. They polluted my feed with multiple posts of them trying to sell their various garbage lines and products.

      • Rory P. Bellows says:

just google kelly bensimone there are so many the real one doesn’t even show

  58. Ramona did so well on WWHL because she has the ability to laugh at herself-making her personable and likable. She doesnt come off as a know-it-all or as a holier than thou blamer. She says some pretty outlandish things sometimes that make me cringe a bit but I feel that most times she is justified in her remarks.

  59. BambiBaby22 says:

Jill winning the “biggest bully” poll sealed her place on Housewives for next season.

    • Dee says:

Good. Then she can finally lose what little fans she has left and insure that she will NEVER have a succesful business venture. What Jill does not seem to understand is that more screentime is NOT what she needs.

  60. Nancy says:

      • duchess of dryer lint says:

That would be because Victoria had so many kids that when they married royalty to royalty they literally ran out of countries! She aint known as the Grandmother of Royalty for nothing! If you keep to the standard that Royal must marry Royal you are gonna get a cousin everytime! LOL. It explains Chucks ears, though. And why they “let” Wills marry a commoner! Even Diana was a distant cousin of Charles.

        • Nancy says:

My grandparents were from England. They used to joke about this all the time. I hate to say it but I love the Royal family. I grew up with it. I’m sure they would have loved Kate.

        • Kukulet says:

All that money…and they couldn’t pay to get Charles’ ears pinned back? Sad. (Sssh…he can hear us.)

          • duchess of dryer lint says:

Meh….. Anne was the favorite son in the family. Charles got left in her dust.

            • Kukulet says:

It’s only too bad that Anne couldn’t replace him in the line of succession. Anne’s cool. If I were British, I’d pick her over Chuckles any day and vote him off the island.

        • Amy Matheson says:

“If you keep to the standard that Royal must marry Royal you are gonna get a cousin everytime!”

They’ve clearly thrown that standard in the fireplace with the ashes now that the King of England lived with and married a commoner without anyone so much as batting an eye.

      • zanne says:

All the “royalty” in Europe is related. Mostly because of Queen Victoria – which is where Phillip and Elizabeth’s line merge.

    • Amy Matheson says:

Geneologically they are related, but genetically speaking, third cousins are far removed enough to not really be considered related.

  61. Dee says:

Just voted in the poll up on Bravo…the Ultimate Question…The Blonds or Brunettes. The Blondes are TROUNCING the Brunettes in the polling. This is NOT a good day to be Jill Zarin!!

    • Sam says:

I just tried to vote and it wouldn’t go through — just kept saying “voting” without ever giving any results. So either a lot of people are trying to get through, or Jill’s pulling some funny business again! :-O

    • klmh says:

I didn’t realize there was a poll. I’ll go over there now. Tx

    • Dee says:

Wow…I don’t know what is going on but when I last checked it was 72% for the Blondes vs. 28 % for the Brunettes with well over 4,000 votes. Some posters on the HW’s of NY thread were documenting the vote as well.

      • klmh says:

The poll means nothing though. You can vote as many times as you like. blah.

        • Dee says:

Not much different that WWHL polls…people can vote more than once. That fact has never stopped these polls from meaning quite a lot to Jill & Co. Trust me…if by some miracle the Brunettes pull out a win here…you will hear about it from Jill!!

  65. Bella Bay Beach Girl says:

I took from the preview that they are making fun of Alex and Simon… They hum referring to his hypnotism session which was obviously preplanned as they all joined in and started humming…. Then they rubbed feet etc…. all to make Alex feel stupid….. Those jealous bitches are just pissed off cuz they don’t have anyone to rub their calloused feet let alone anything else on their dried up old bodies

    • NightLight95 says:

I think the rubbing of the fee might have to do with Ramona and Mario’s massage session.

      • California35 says:

I find it more offensive, when Jill criticizes or mocks Ramona about the foot massage, than the foot massage itself. The preview of the 2nd part of the reunion shows Jill giving Kelly a foot massage mocking Ramona and Mario. Jill faces while doing it and the actual act of doing this on TV makes her look so childish and vulgar. How can she try to be “good guy”, who changed and is being bullied, when she does THAT on tv. If nothing else she does, shows how stupid, mean, and vulgar she is…that scene giving Kelly the foot massage SHOULD be proof enough…no?

    • BambiBaby22 says:

Well, what else should we expect from a grown -ass woman who fake chokes/wretches when she hears something she doesn’t like. My nephew doesn’t fake choke/wretch and I should mention that he is in 5th grade!

  66. smompy says:

There was some discussion about Alex fighting for a better seat on the sofa but I never really got that whole story. Does anybody know what actually happened? ‘Cause if she was just holding her ground and saying FU to Andy for ALWAYS treating her like the ugly stepsister, then I’d say “Good for her!” But if she really and truly threw a hissy fit, I’d have to once again shake my head and mumble, “Alex, Alex Alex, when will you learn to pick your battles?” I tend to suspect she didn’t pitch a total fit because that’d seem out of character for Alex, but does anybody here know how it really went down?

    • AF says:

All I know is that Simon said on his blog that Andy was curt to Alex because they had just been in a “flaming row” over seating. He didn’t give any other details though. So, nobody knows if Alex was just being petty or not.

      • WindyCityWondering says:

Aledgedly Alex wanted center on the sofa but Andy said Sonja would be crying and in need of comforting….kinda lame. The titan battlers traditionally get first chair thus Ramona vs LuAnn. Last year it was Bethenny vs Jill.

        • OneMoreInBoston says:

well, maybe Simon was exaggerating the “Flaming” part- and it was just a lil argument but Andy was super curt and cold with Alex so I tend to think she took a hissy fit.

        • duchess of dryer lint says:

How did Andy know for a fact that Sonja would be crying—-scripted much?

  67. California35 says:

    Hi everyone!

Denise was nice in the WWHL — As far as her joining the Housewives (any of them), I rathere she didn’t. Not because of her, but because of the others lol. It is like with Cat, I would like to see them, but not in those shows.

  68. California35 says:

    Bethenny Frankel
“I am enjoying my last few days of vacation — I am starting to film SEASON 3 of my show & start a home renovation!! So excited!”

Glad I saw that because I had been thinking she was filming already.

    • Mookies1mom says:

I can’t wait for the new season! I thought that she was filming already as well, don’t know why I thought that I just did.

      • California35 says:

        Hi everyone!
I did too. Whenever I saw her post on facebook about what she is doing, like at the beach, or at park with other kids would be on the show. Now I know, that all that was personal time not for the cameras.

    • Nancy says:

I wonder what home she is talking about. I bet she ends up in California.

      • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

Nope. She bought some new digs around NYC, whether in the city itself or on the outskirts, I don’t know. Not CA. I’m sure the home renovations is going to be part of her new season and included in the filming.

  69. parkeril says:

    From Harper’s Bazaar July 1, 2008
“The countess is probably the swankiest of Bravo’s five, but Bethenny unknowingly hits a bull’s-eye whenever she calls her the “quote-unquote countess.” Though her husband’s great-great-grandfather Ferdinand claimed that Napoléon I conferred the title of count on his father in 1815, LuAnn de Lesseps has a title that “appears to have no genuine origin,” according to aristocracy expert Guy Stair Sainty via e-mail from London. It may be traced to “those who made fortunes under Napoléon and the Restoration” who decided to go ahead and “ennoble themselves. … Hence, many of the Lesseps call themselves count without any right at all. I suppose they could argue that they did not know and that their fathers, grandfathers, et cetera before them did the same.”

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Another version is they bought the title in the midst of a financial sandal because they would have named names…. skeevy people, skeevy title. Skeevy countess.

      • Kukulet says:

What’s galling about LuAnn is her attitude that the “nobility” really are a special breed of human, somehow much finer than the rest of us “commoners”.

AND she’s allegedly also a Native American? She doesn’t do that heritage proud much, does she?

    • duchess of dryer lint says:

How does Jill put it? “Just because you say it doesn’t make it true! Countless!!!!”

  70. California35 says:

Has there been any retaliation from Jill regarding last night’s poll?

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Jillsy has been very quiet – she is just doing the Hamptons. One tweet about sending her posts that don’t make it on Bravo’s blog – lol guessing she is not getting enough positive ones posted there.

    • Eastbayca says:

Jill might be taking a forced time off due to the negativity since the airing of reunion part 1.

  71. This is a tweet from Janice Dickinson:

janicdickinson @Jillzarin send me a dm of who the hell can I call so they remove alex from the show, she’s rude and a model ? From what year 1920?

I can see why Janice Dickinson likes Jill, they are both delusional. Janice thinks she has enough power to get Alex fired. ROFL

    • Kukulet says:

Snort. Guffaw. Chuckle. The Botox and fillers have taken over Janice’s brain.

      • mich_in_mich says:

I wonder if Janice and Jill share the same PR firm? There have been some strange “friendships” lately. it makes me wonder.

    • duchess of dryer lint says:

    • OneMoreInBoston says:

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Isn’t a DM private? And is it Janice who wants Alex removed or Jill asking Janice who she should call (to f**k with Alex’s modeling career or to get her off the show)? I am confused.

    • Scorpiosue1102 says:

Interesting that Jill is actively campaigning to get Alex off the show. She’s a real piece of work.

    • Scorpiosue1102 says:

I don’t think this is really Janice Dickinson. I checked out the account. It is not verified and Janice is doing some show in the UK “Come Dine With Me”. She is a shameless self promoter and this account has no info on this at all. I say FAKE.

    • Amy Matheson says:

      “she’s rude and a model ? From what year 1920? ”

No – sorry Janice Dickenson. Alex is much younger than that. Had she been a model in 1920, you may have remembered walking down the runway with her.

      lol

  72. Causing_A_Casino says:

Poor Janice- probably hitting the bottle again. LOL- Janice actually called someone else rude??
BTW I believe 1920 was the peak of janice’s modeling career :)

  74. smompy says:

Oh, oh, oh, I was just watching the Fox NY News and they were doing a thing about gay weddings, when who should show up on my TV screen but one of the stars of RHoNYC, Brad Boles himself! He says he lives in Tuxedo Park (so apparently he isn’t destitute) and his wedding to his longtime partner will be magical. Both spouses will have separate bachelor parties first, there will be “groomsmaids” too, and there will of course be horses and carriages, plus all of the food at the reception will be “of the period.” No jokes about Jill Zarin and her menses please!

    Jill Zarin: On Real Beauty
(wouldn’t you have to BE pretty for this interview)

As any fan of The Real Housewives of New York knows, Jill Zarin is one of the most successful and requested reality television stars. She appears regularly on talk shows where she talks about everything from politics to style, has two fashionable product lines (“Jill Zarin Home” bedding and body shapewear “Skweez Couture by Jill Zarin”), is the co-author of Secrets of a Jewish Mother and co-owns Zarin Fabric Warehouse with her husband, Bobby. Beyond her professional successes, however, Jill Zarin is also a dedicated mother to daughter Allyson and her Chihuahua Ginger. But, more than all of this, she is great role model for aspiring female entrepreneurs and a Real Beauty.

…which is why I mutter everyone needs to squeeze their fat ass when she’s at her most vulnerable moment in a dressing room on national TV. Did you know Ally switched schools? what? oh no I’m sure there’s no coincidence.

    • smompy says:

Did you read Bethenny’s, Alex’s, and Sonja’s answers to these questions? When asked “Who are your beauty role models?” Sonja answered:

Ricky Lauren, Lauren Hutton, Elle Macpherson, Barbara Streisand, Carmen Dell Orefice, Catherine Deneuve. As well as Jennifer Aniston, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Eva Mendez, Dita Von Teese and Victoria Beckham.

      Jill answered:
      Gloria.

I guess that explains why Jill always looks like a sloppy, violent death warmed over.

    • AF says:

I’m sorry – does Jill actually *co-own* Zarin Fabrics? Is Bawby really that stupid?

      • sue says:

Oh now here we go. Now Jill is lying and bending the truth just like Kelly and all her fake accomplishments. This is becoming tooo much to stomach anymore. There should be a law that when you sign up to be part of a “REALITY” cast, the media should be able to call you out and made to prove it to the public, and like Kelly, you should not be let go until YOU ANSWER THE QUESTION ASKED OF YOU! I was just wondering, when Kelly was being asked about the comment she made about Sonjas house, did anyone else notice that Kelly said “I was just saying that, cause we were shooting a scene”?…That just struck me as really strange, and I wondered if anyone else picked up on that.

  76. Sonjafan says:

I wonder how much of Zarin Fabrics that beyotch really owns. Bobby was married before and this has been a family business; I doubt his kids would stand for her owning half of the store. I’ve known nice Jewish husbands throughout my life and most do not give away their assets to second wives, as their children come first. JMHO

    • Sonjafan says:

One more thought on the above. He is losing money as he is underwriting all her purchased twitter fans and facebook fans, along with paying her online police, plus the book going into the toilet, the bedding line going into the toilet (it was ugly) and now the girdle line went back to the drawing board so who knows who is going to buy it and trust me it will never be able to compete with spanx. I really dislike Jill. Does anyone remember Mario making a crack about her working and she got all huffy about it – all of this stuff is a big write off for Bawby and a mental
glamor trip for the beyotch so she can be seen as a successful businesswoman – like Bethenny and Ramona

      • OneMoreInBoston says:

But notice he keeps her away from *really* makes him money which is RE.
I think he let’s her play to her heart’s content with the store and her own businesses- but no way is she near the real $.

        • Rose Colored Glasses says:

She has made a point of trying to make herself integral in the Zarin real estate business explaining that she had her r.e. license (when she rushed Bethenny through shopping for an apt.) fortunately co-ownership may be split between many parties,as in part ownership, with unequal percentages.

      • Nancy says:

        Sonjafan,
        Where have you been?

    • I doubt she “owns” any part of the family business. She probably started a “design business” in the space that Bawbee underwrote – but that is already gone. She’ll be able to keep her jewels though (when he leaves her). Remember S1 when she was so grateful that he paid for Ally’s camp – if she had her own $$ she wouldn’t have had to ask him to do that.

Whales eat fish. I think my little niece could have told them that. Anyway I’m glad you care about these beautiful intelligent animals. Lets keep our fingers crossed. :)
        Any plans for the weekend?

        • Mookies1mom says:

Hi Nancy! The whole research thing is a bunch of bs. Hubs and I are going to a county fair tomorrow (Everybody around here looks forward to it every year, this is its’ 136th year!) and playing miniature golf. How you and your hubs? For a quick and easy veggie snack try hummus and pita bread or pita chips. But i’m guessing you’ve already tried that. Are you vegetarian or vegan? Maybe, I can think of some recipes for you to try. (I don’t eat red meat but I have a bunch of foods that trigger my migraines so that is fun to try and cook around.)

          • Nancy says:

I love hummus and pita bread. I’m a vegetarian not a vegan but I don’t eat eggs though. Have you been to an Allergist for your food allergies? What a drag. I’m sure the foods you love are the ones you can’t eat right?
Have fun at the fair. I hope if they have animals they are treated well. :) We have nothing planned for Sat but I have rehearsal on Sunday as usual.

            • Mookies1mom says:

I’ve been to several. I used to get shots when I was a kid and hated them! In my 20′s my then neurologist did a blood test. Anything that showed a reaction he told me to eliminate and then re-introduce one at a time to gauge my reaction. Needless to say I reacted to some of my favorite foods. Some I can tolerate small amounts of some others I may as well eat sitting in the ER. I’m trying to come up with some ideas for you to try that aren’t already staples in the vegetarian diet. I’ve been toying with the idea of starting a cooking blog (like there aren’t enough of those!) but I’d like to put my recipes out there since I don’t have children to pass them down to.

What about pasta with pine nuts. It’s pretty quick. In a pot roast the pine nuts until they start to brown, remove them from the pot and leave whole or give them a rough chop. Add some garlic, olive oil, a little lemon juice and the pine nuts and heat until warm. Add the cooked pasta to this and toss until it’s coated. Also add any steamed veggies you like, asparagus is really good with this. There are so good pastas on the market with no eggs, if I remember correctly. Does that sound like something you would make or something you already make?

                • Nancy says:

Thanks. I will try this. Yu are making me hungry. Have you always been a vegetarian?
I think this is all new to you if my memory is correct.

                  • Mookies1mom says:

I was a vegetarian for a couple of years but with my food reactions something had to give. The only way I can justify it to myself, because it’s still difficult, is to follow what the Dalai Llama says ( I can’t find the exact quote so this is paraphrased) to thank the animal for giving it’s life so that you may have substance to fill your belly.

If I go first my hubby knows that he gets to keep whatever he wants, sell the rest and pay the bills and donate the rest to charity. My cats could care less about any of my stuff, unless they have already claimed it. We share a specific blanket in the winter.

The cooking that I like to do is usually fairly quick and easily adaptable. Add what you like don’t add what you don’t like. Holidays I go all out. I don’t cook for just myself either in general. Plus, stuff that you can make and then reuse the leftovers in another way. I wish you and your hubby could eat together more! But it takes a special person to be married to a doctor I think. I’m sure he appreciates your understanding. Eat together when you can and savor the moment!

I have to go cook for a certain hungary person right now or he’ll get very crabby! Be back in a few.

              • Nancy says:

I feel your pain, I don’t either. Something tells me my cats won’t care if they get all my diamonds. I have it in my will that whatever I leave will be sold and the money will go to my animal charity’s.
You should start a cooking blog. It seems like a lot of people here would join in. IF my husband would get home on time I might start cooking a little. But he doesn’t and I get mad and we’ve seen this movie before. I used to get really mad but I don’t anymore. I would love to have a doctor like my husband. His patients come first. As it should be.

  79. Friday night and Im home cooking and cleaning…I long for the days when Friday night meant going out and having a good time!!!!!

    • boston02127 says:

@ Jill…no not THAT Jill —-I’m still waiting for those days.

    • Nancy says:

Do you really? For me a great Friday night is watching Whale Wars in bed with my husband and our zoo. I wish I could cook but it stresses me out. We are both vegetarians so it’s a little bit harder to find quick, easy dishes to make.

      • AZ Girl says:

I want to know which one of the animals gets the t.v. control!!! HA!!

        • Nancy says:

The Whales :) You are funny. When our pug Emily could see (she’s 17 now) we couldn’t watch any shows that had animals on it because she would attack the TV, get frustrated and then attack our sheets our Tea towels or anything else she could find.
It was really funny. Memories can be a good thing or a sad thing. I wish we had another 17 years with her.

      • Sometimes Nancy the day to day cooking and cleaning makes me want to pull my hair out-but when that is all done I snuggle with my 2 girls and watch movies-that part I love about Friday nights!!!

        • Nancy says:

Now you are talking. What type of movies do your girls like to watch?
When I am cleaning I put on classical music and turn up the sound so I don’t even remember the cleaning part. Highly recommend it. :)

          • My older daughter loves Harry Potter and the little one loves anything Disney-either one is perfect for me-good excuse to snuggle and a GREAT excuse to eat some junk food!!!
When it is time for cleaning-it doesnt matter who or what I listen to-I will never forget the cleaning part!-there could be a concert playing in my living room and I would still bitch about having to vacuum

        • Mookies1mom says:

My favorite time, during the winter, is watching tv with the cats snuggling up with us. I know it’s for the body heat, I’m not kidding myself on that. Of course since it’s summer they just want to find the coolest spot and sleep.

  80. AZ Girl says:

I am sure that working class America can feel this woman’s pain…..Jill’s tweet:

I’m so tired can’t move. Party tonight. Can’t even get in shower! Oy. No tennis or golf tomorrow. Sleep late!

    • Thedesigndiva says:

JZ wouldn’t know tired if it bit her in the ass…..PLEASE…..
Why do all her ” activities ” center around BALLS !!!!!!!

PS note to JZ…no time to shower you say…well grab one of those wet naps, go into dingle berry removal mode and you’ll be fresh as a daisy for the next brown nose insertion….. Party Away……
      Diva…..
PS…..never use your finger to stir your drink……

      • Nancy says:

        designdiva,
That was probably the most disgusting thing I’ve ever read! I’m still laughing because I’m not sure I’m getting your post. Would you please explain?

        • Thedesigndiva says:

Nancy…do you really want me to explain it to you ??? LOL LOL…
Sometimes one must use their imagination …..
I am sorry if you were disgusted by it…there are days when my vivid imagination and sense of humor goes into overdrive……

          • Nancy says:

            diva,
I thought it was funny. I’m sure all of us where these perfect ladies and gentlemen before
Jill Zarin came into our lives. I’m not kidding. This “woman” has brought something out of me that I’ve never seen before. If I was a shrink I might have found her intriguing but I’m not so she infuriates me.

            • Nancy says:

              were not where

            • Thedesigndiva says:

Nancy…I have always been “quick” on the draw with remarks and snarks for any given situation… I refuse to allow these HWS to infuriate me….they are EXCELLENT humor material for me….My best GF is a JAP… you can’t begin to imagine the fun we have been having with these past few episodes…… You wouldn’t believe how UPSET the upper crust JAP population in Atlanta is……… They are truly embatassed for them all….
HUMOR ..it does a Body Good…..

              Diva

  81. Nancy says:

I’m sure she is exhausted. Being on the phone all night begging attorneys to sew Bravo because she “won” the poll night would sure wipe me out. Poor thing. Get your beauty sleep Jill it’s only going to get worse. Not very many people like you Jill Zarin. Take lots of pictures so you can remember what friends look like. Have a lovely time at your party and I hope you brought your security guards. Oh no was that a threat?

  82. boston02127 says:

Nancy—If you guys are big fruit eaters try this for a snack. Mix 1 small jar of Fluffernutter with one square of Cream Cheese. You have to use an eletric mixer. Once mixed put it in the fridge for about an hour. Then dip your cut up fruit in in. Sooooo good.

You can use the pink or the white fluffernutter/marshmellow.

    • Nancy says:

What the heck is fluffernutter? We have a big grapefruit tree and a orange tree so we basically live on fruits and veggies. I love cherries the most. When in season I always have a big fruit salad in the refrig. After all these years I still worry about gaining weight.
      It’s pretty pathetic.
Any plans this weekend? Hopefully your b/f isn’t on duty. :)

      • Kukulet says:

I think Fluffernutter is a brand name for marshmallow cream.

        • Nancy says:

Thanks. I’m not a big fan of marshmallows. Too sweet. I like plain yogurt with my fruit.
But I’ll try it. boston was sweet enough to write it down for me I’ll give it a try.

          • neroes says:

I used to eat fluffernutter and peanut butter sandwiches when I was a kid. I’m a vegetarian also and last year I invested in a vitamix. I have smoothies every day for lunch. Easy, fast, and delicious.

        • Meg says:

Not actually. Fluff is a name brand. A Fluffernutter is the name of a sandwich made with Fluff and peanut butter. It’s always made on soft white bread and is delicious!

      • boston02127 says:

Fluff is marshmellow, like peanut butter & marshmellow. I luv fruit salad too, my mother use to make it all the time. Now I’m going to be wanting (we call it) fruit cup.

No big plans this weekend, I have to work. My b/f is on second. He’s out at 10 p.m. tonight and it’s his last 2nd shift night for this week, then on Sunday he’ll start a week of third shift.

        • smompy says:

Yeah, Fluff is a brand of marshmallow cream. A “Fluffernutter” is a peanut butter and Fluff sandwich. They were very popular when I was a kid, although there weren’t enough double dog dares in the world to make ME eat something like that. Blechhh!

          • vilzvet says:

We call that combo “spoo” I kid you not and we usually eat it weekly at our card games. Soooo good with fruit as Boston suggests….although this week we simply went for a chocolate dipping sauce that you buy premade.

    • Amy Matheson says:

fluffernutter… with all the talk of Jill and her proclivities, I am just laughing like a 7th grade boy here.

      lol!

Mine are Pretty Woman, my mother and I have watched that dozens of times. I use to make her laugh because I knew all the words. I also like the movie Baby Boom. And EverAfter.

    • smompy says:

Way too many for me to really narrow it down that much but 3 amount my faves are:

      Atonement
      Night of the Hunter
      Blue Velvet

    • flippy says:

Mine are Kill Bill, Kill Bill 2 and Kill Bill. I am with you on the “know all the words” Boston. “You know, five years ago, if I had to make a list of impossible things that would never happen, you performing a coup de grace on me, by busting a cap in my crown, would have been right at the top of the list. But I’d be wrong, wouldn’t I?” The “right at the top of the list” is just my favorite of all time.

My three favorites are really old ones.
      1. “The Lodger” (1944)
      2. “Dangerous Crossing” (1953)
      3. “Ivy” (1947)

I have a million others that I love, but these three are my faves!!

      O, thats a hard one.
      Babe
      Kings Speech
      Casablanca
      Shawshank Redemption
Ones that I love but can’t watch too often: Schindler’s list, Saving Private Ryan
Oh forget it, I have too many…

    • Indy501 says:

I just saw “Midnight in Paris” and was totally in love.

My all time favorite movie that I haven’t watched in quite a while. Involves several women spending a week in a villa on the Amalfi Coast. “Enchanted April”. Great antidote to any RHW drama.

  85. I came back today to express the reasons why I stepped off the site for awhile.
First let me make some things perfectly clear. When I use the pronouns “I”, “me”, or “myself” I place the emphasis on those words. I do NOT want to be accused of dictating behavior, opinion, or expression to anyone else on this board. I am not self-righteous or judgmental enough to tell others who to interact here.

One of the many things I have enjoyed and appreciated about this blog is the ability to share opinions, personal stories and insights, and views. I have been able to do this will feeling as though I have some anonymity. This site felt safe, non-judgmental and safe. So I became comfortable exposing parts of my life and experiences. I felt that way until Wednesday. Let me share some experiences I’ve witnessed at other blog sites to clarify what changed for me.

I have been to sites that the interactions of the participants on the board where fun. But, after a while the tone, spirit, and mood changed. This is usually what precipitated the change.
    * A new poster would come on board. They would be welcomed and would begin interacting. They would claim to share similar or the same views about people or the topic at hand. They would pose good questions and their responses would be well thought out. They could find facts to enforce their comments. They quickly became accepted by the group.
    * Then a subtle pattern would begin to take shape. They would habitually comment on a select few of posters. They would start out agreeing but then go on to challenge or offer a counter-point view. They would pick apart the other persons views, facts, or opinions. Only for the sake of a “spirited debate”.
    * If their target started to complain, voice concern, or try to ignore; the new person would throw out a compliment like “I find your opinions interesting”. The target could attempt to ignore but the new poster would usually track their comments and respond anyway with the attempt to have the last word.
    * And when the target voice their dislike, some of the boards participates would agree and try to defend. Others would take the side of the new poster. They would say the target was “too sensitive, judgmental, or vulnerable”. Subtle hints as to what the target was feeling would be viewed as passive-aggressive attacks.
    * Eventually the tone, mood and feel of the board would change. The target would no longer feel comfortable or safe enough to share their views or opinions. The target would either leave the site outright or become guarded in their interactions. Eventually their participation would dwindle and they would fall away from the site.
    * Some of the tactics these troublemakers use are-
    1. Win some trust first. Say you share the same dislike for the topic or person being discussed.
    2. Be agreeing at the beginning of your sentences, but then give your counter point or defense of the topic or person that the majority doesn’t like.
    3. Ask questions that seem subtle but could quickly and easily provocative.
    4. Beat the topic to death. Always have the last word or comment. If someone gives you facts challenge those facts. Give counter facts and examples.
    5. The trouble maker always speaks as thought they are the Authority on the topic, person or experience. They know more than you, have a better education or job than you. They talk down to you.
    6. Say anything or do anything to get a rise out of someone. Say subtly provocative or offensive things. Just word it in a way that makes people want or need to respond.

Why do these troublemakers bother? They may have a beef or grudge with the blog sites owner or a commenter on the board. Some may just have nothing better to do and they may get off or feel empowered doing this.

So let me not so passive-aggressively say that “I” believe this is what CHERTIN was doing to me on Wednesday blog and to others yesterday.
I challenge anyone to read all of CHERTINs’ comments and interactions and compare them to the experience I described. My gut instinct tells me a game is being playing here.
Some of you may think I am wrong to call out CHERTIN. Maybe you feel I will make Chertin feel alienated or marginalized. I believe that Chertin is responsible if that occurs. I feel her/his interactions and responses to others have already made that so.
I would love to be proven wrong. If, over time, Chertin comes back to the blog and I see a difference than my opinion can and will change. If I’m off the mark or wrong, I SWEAR, I will humbly apologize, eat my hat, and get on my knees and admit I was wrong. For now, I’m going with my gut. It’s rarely been wrong.

If Chertin returns, I have no desire to interact with her/him. My feelings about the site have changed. I no longer feel comfortable sharing. If I share a view I will keep it short and to the point. I don’t feel comfortable exposing anymore about myself or my experiences. My guard is up.

Some of you may feel I’m over reacting. But consider this……Lynn just had problems with the other site she tried to move to. She has had Maggie (Jill’s cyber-pitbull) trying to stir up trouble. Would it really be so far reaching not to suspect there may be a connection? It could even be a rabid Jill fan wanting to provoke us. Then they could run to other sights spouting out crap like we are close minded, bullies, or whatever names they have and do hurl at Lynn and us.
Also consider some of CHERTINs’ own words

     Chertin says:

Given this site’s pointed title and the venom of some of the posts, I think I failed to anticipate there would be so many sensitivities! Live and learn.

I didn’t come here to be abrasively argumentative, but I admit that I sometimes debate things for sport, and perhaps some people have taken that the wrong way. I certainly don’t presume I’ll be afforded “reputation cred” as a noob, though I guess my hope was that my posts would be received on their merits and held to the same standards as everyone else’s posts, even THOUGH I’m a noob.
The entire first comment and the comment “debate things for sport” raises flags for me.

Lynn, If you think I have overstepped, or am in anyway inappropriate with this, please feel free to delete.
I won’t be offended. I have too much respect and admiration for you.

    • Kukulet says:

Well…I’m behind you, Shadows, having run afoul of Chertin yesterday. :-)

      • flippy says:

Shadows I like you and hope you don’t let this run you off. I always enjoy your posts. I’m withholding judgment on Chertin till I see more…..but I’m watching.

      • vilzvet says:

Just caught a post from said person way upthread and it stated completely the opposite of what we’ve seen on the show for 4 seasons (regarding Ramona), so, yes, I hear you too Shadows…too bad I was the only one basically who bit but that’s okay. The antenna is now up.

    • boston02127 says:

shadowsnomore —-I’m glad you’re here and I hope you stay. I had a negative feeling with someone on here b4 and went with my gut. To this day I don’t post to this person what so ever. I just ignore. You’ve been around for a long time and well liked, stick around.

    • OneMoreInBoston says:

well crap , shadowsnomore, at any point this could really describe quite a few of us. There are a lot of posters here that like to debate- sometimes to hear the sound of their own voice- and every once in awhile because they have more nefarious intentions.

If you want to call someone out- I guess that is your right, particularly if you feel singled out- but you are suggesting that Chertin is a Jill Zarin plant or minion. I just don’t see any evidence of that.

If I blamed Jill’s minions for every time I’ve been attacked here- there wouldn’t be any posters! ok *hyperbole* but you know what I mean.

Personally ? I feel like I’m home at IHJZ- but a home with all glass walls, ceiling, and floors. I think sometimes it’s easy to get lulled into a false sense of security that we’re “safe” here when this site is open to the public, open to really the entire world.

Being careful what you reveal about yourself is prudent and not just because of Chertin, but because anyone can be lurking here at any time.

I’m glad you came back and I hope you’ll feel comfortable enough to stay.

      • But there is difference between a friendly debate and the kind of debate that happened yesterday. There is a difference in expressing your POV to expressing your POV to the point it’s “beating a dead horse”. There is a difference when the mood and tone of the board changes. When things become hostil. If a new person or a casual observer veiwed the board yesterday, they could have gone away truly beliving we where hateful narrow-minded people. The first half of the day was spent beating Jill’s Kodak deal to death. Some people where indeed offended and felt hostility being heaved their way.

        • Sam says:

And as I just said in another post, the person debating claimed to be an attorney but said some things that were flat-out wrong, legally speaking (according to a well-respected entertainment attorney I checked with). I don’t have any problems with someone arguing in favor of one opinion or another, but misstating facts in order to support that opinion is a bit too Jill-ish for me.

          • They also questioned how Sonja would be able to have money to spend while in bankrutcy. Every lawyer I know, no matter what area of law they practice, has a basic understanding of the types of bankruptcy and some conditions to them. You can still earn money, get credit (thought a lot harder) and live life. I explained some general points to bankruptcy Wensday. When they mentioned they were an attorney, it struck me as odd and that they should have known a basic understanding of bankrutcy. It was another flag to me.

        • OneMoreInBoston says:

          you’re right.
this poster is becoming controversial because a lot of us had a visceral reaction to them. Personally, I didn’t.

But I ‘m not minimizing or trivializing what you’re saying, I’ve just had to learn to stop at a certain point in debating with peeps here.

Some of it is because I don’t want to start a big fight, some of it is because I’m too lazy to really push it to the line- I come here for fun, to relax and it is a pleasant distraction in my day.

so I roll my eyes, and mutter under my breath and move along. Maybe that’s all this new poster needs to learn to do.

    • Sam says:

I’m so glad you posted this! I had the same experience yesterday with this person, don’t believe he/she is actually an attorney (because of some fact-checking I did with a REAL attorney), and think he/she only came here to cause trouble, whether for fun or in order to destroy the pleasant nature of this site. Needless to say, I don’t plan to interact with him/her in the future!

    • Jezzibel says:

Shadows I’m sorry you felt that you were bing singled out and harrassed by another commentor, and that the fun and lightness of the blog was taken away from you. Lynn and Q run a pretty tight ship so I hope that you can come back and feel welcome…by the way has anyone gone and dug up Q from under Lynn’s rose bushes yet??

    • WindyCityWondering says:

@Shadowsnomore -from time to time it can get strange here and following your gut instinct is the right path to take. We try to be welcoming and some folks are better at sussing (love that word!) out untoward motives – I follow their lead. It also takes time to get to know each poster’s style.
Lynn’s “rules” are very simple. Trolls are to be ignored, not cool to attack a poster, respect each other’s right to agree to disagree and step away when you are angry or upset are why I feel comfortable here. You are a remarkable individual, you put thought into what you post – you add postive value to this community – I look forward to reading your posts! If I ever offend you – call me on it because that is never my intent! Thank you for taking the time to explain yourself.

    • I don’t know one way or another why that poster is so argumentative, but I’m going to take a cue from you and just not respond. I’m just very very very glad you’ve come back to the blog.

    • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

Shadows, I know exactly what you are talking about. Go with your gut. I have experienced the same thing you have with another poster and it wasn’t a new poster either. There is just a certain vibe I get with certain posters and I’m polite and joke with them but am very careful about engaging in certain discussions with some. I still enjoy this blog very much, but am more careful about whom I engage and what I reveal, but I still think I’m pretty open about my life. There is no way with all the people who post on this blog from all parts of here and there, with every economic, educational and personal background you can think of, that there will not be the occasional scuffle. That being said, I am still amazed that this blog has continued to be one of the friendliest, supportive places I have ever visited in cyberspace. There is none other like it that I know of. It’s a testament to Lynn and all the other great people tho have contributed to the success of this blog. I also think it has a lot to do with the honesty of the people who post here.

Stick around and engage with those you feel most comfortable with and avoid those that you don’t. It can still be fun and safe.

      • Nancy says:

        Hi BB,
How was your anniversary? Do anything romantic? :)

        • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

My SIL is staying at a gorgeous house down at the Outer Banks this week and invited us down for the day. We did a little shopping, swam in and lazed by the huge pool and then went out for a great seafood dinner. AND would you believe we bought each other the exact same anniversary card? We’re twins after 38 years. We had a great day. In fact, my daughter and I are going back down there tomorrow.

          • BB-me and my entire family just came back from vacationing in the Outer Banks-out 2nd year there-what a beautiful place!!!!

            • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

We’ve been vacationing there for almost 40 years. When we first went, there was only one grocery store there, one drug store, but plenty of restaurants and beach stores. Everything would shut down in the Winter. Now everything is open year round. We love it so much we are currently building a family beach house there and it should be ready in about a month.

              • Good for you BB-great place for family vacations-we will be heading back there next year-already looking at houses to rent. We used to go to Myrtle beach but decided to give Outer Banks a try and we all(about 35 of us) fell in love with it.

          • Nancy says:

Good for you. Would you please call your sister and have her invite us. Ha ha.

            • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

Lol. There is plenty of room but you’ll have to get there by tomorrow because that’s her last day there.

I am sorry you feel badly, but please, lets not cut off someone else’s ability to add to this blog.
I simply don’t understand why you need to cleanse yourself on this issue. You are making a fairly new poster probably question about posting and that to me, is not your right. I see nothing in her post that leads me to believe she is trying to disrupt this blog, other than to throw some thoughts and considerations our way, to think about. Please agree to disagree and move on if you are so upset. If you want acceptance on your posts, maybe writing about the weather or criticizing Jill will get a resounding 100% approval rating here. If you feel threatened or persecuted, change the subject, or better yet wait a few hours and come back to a brand new blog that Lynn has provided for us on an almost daily basis.
Unfortunately, you have probably driven Chertin off and I suppose that was your intent.
      Congratulations.
I am not going to hold your hand and tell you everything is alright because I see your move as controlling, as I have mentioned before. You made a list of behaviors for first time users, for heaven’s sake!
No big surprise when I get slammed by others here. This is MY opinion, and I have a right to put it on this blog.
Now, you can knock me for not agreeing with you and start criticizing me and my opinions. Great! I love a good debate! By the way, I didn’t enter this arena with hat in hand. I came out with guns blazing and have enjoyed the 14 months Ive been here. Your idea of rules, lists or tactics don’t apply to me.

      • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

You are right about your love of debate on this blog and you don’t mince words. Yet I have no problem with you whatsoever. Kind of begs the question that nobody seems to have a problem with you being here, but after only one or two days, more than a few seem to have a problem with Chertin. There must be something to it other than just Shadowsnomore’s opinion. I don’t feel bad about maybe have run off a new poster. If they really wanted to be here, they would make a place for themselves. This is a welcoming group of there ever was one, you cannot deny that, and more than one person tried to engage him/her nicely. They just wanted to argue for argument’s sake. I respect your opinion but do not agree in this case.

        • klmh says:

Thank you for your response. This place can be a welcoming place, I agree. But there are no rules to follow other than to not attack other posters, and to me Shadows tried to do just that. She not only attacked her, she tried to control her posts. Shadows came to the blog with a new subject post and laid it on the line, she was leaving for a few hours because she felt persecuted. Oh for God’s sake. Then take a break and don’t try to make people feel sorry for you!
Did Shadows have the ability to not respond to C. posts arguing with her? yes Did she just move on, like most here would do if they felt targeted? no Did she tell C. she didn’t want to talk or fight about it when in discussion with her? No. She singled her out for criticism and sympathy from others here by starting a new subject posting her complaint.
I hope C. doesn’t leave but Im afraid the damage has been done. This blog is for differing views and she brought that here. If you didn’t like what she wrote, don’t
respond. If you care, respond. Handle the situation yourself.
I got into rambling mode and repeated myself. Maybe it will help you see where I am coming from. If not, thats ok. That’s what this blog is all about.

          • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

I see where you are coming from. I had an immediate bad vibe about Chertin so I did not engage at all with him/her. I actually did what you are suggesting. That’s why I advised Shadows to do the same.

      • AF says:

I’m not going to touch upon the Chertin/Shadows feud, mostly because I don’t know where I stand on the whole matter. But, I do agree that new posters shouldn’t be run off this blog because their posts/opinions aren’t exactly on par with the status quo here. I’m not saying this is necessarily what Shadows has done with Chertin – I guess we’ll see if Chertin keeps posting – but I do think you make a good point about how to deal with the many different opinions that come up here.

        • AF says:

And before anyone rides my ass, I’d just like to say that I haven’t agreed with more than one thing Chertin has said so far. However, that doesn’t mean that he/she is a troll or is here to disrupt the blog. It’s arguably true that Chertin is what most would call “argumentative”, but I hardly see how this is the same as harassment or trolling.

        • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

If I wanted to participate on this blog, nobody but Lynn would run me off. Chertin can give as good as he/she takes, so I think it would take more than whatever has been said to run them off. I’m not debating this point any further. Like the Duchess says, it’s like beating a dead horse. I’ve had my say.

      • Let me be clear one last time. My rules and guidelines that I stated on Wednsday are guildelines for MYSELF……..ME………….NO ONE ELSE! I have also clearly stated that I have NO PROBLEMS with differing veiws, opinions,or beliefs. I support YOUR right to state them in any way, shape or form that you want. YOU called me out for being what you described as self righteous, controling and passive agressive. So I chose to take the gloves off and be clear and percise in my feelings and interactions with Chertin. It is MY opinion that Chertin maybe playing a game. A game I will not participate in. I have also stated if my assumption is wrong I will apologize and admit it. I am not alone in how I felt or veiwed Chertin. I finaly had the guts to say it.I don’t expect anything I say or do to apply to YOU. Inever have or I never will.

SNM, your instincts are the same as mine, but you were def. being challenged the other day. I know that I commented in support of you, forgot what I said, being close to 60 and all.
That being said try not to take it personally. Some folks just like to be argumentative. I don’t think it’s necessary here.

I wonder what is going on between the scenes this year. This season was mostly about Lulu. The morroco trip, the new song, the anniversary party with whatever his name is. Very little about Jill.
Did Jill even host a single event, aside from her girdle wear consult?

Lulu even got the best seat on the browns side, I think that Jill is seething and something is going to erupt any day.

    • flippy says:

My take is they are all going to have to develop new enemies or we are all going to get bored and stop watching. Ratings rule and as soon as those decrease friends will start going after friends. I just watched the videos for Season 2 this morning when all were jumping on Kelly and Bethanny and Jill were jumping on Ramona. They will change up partners just to keep us hooked.

    • boston02127 says:

lillybee— I think Jill went in with that intention. She had everyone do her dirty work. Without Jill, I doubt Kelly & Luann would have such hate for the others. Jill feeds them. I could be wrong but that’s how I see it.

PS–I had a dream about you. Even thou we’ve never met. I dreamt that the blog moved and we couldn’t find you. Everyone was upset & looking for you.

      • OneMoreInBoston says:

I dreamt about the blog last night too! I dreamt that Jill had bright neon green nail polish and I was trying to log in to write a post about it. Something horribly Freudian in that dream I’m sure!

      • lillybee says:

Wow what a dream, even with my lousy computer skillz, I will find this blog where ever it moves.

      • Indy501 says:

I dreamt I met LuAnn at an art gallery and she was really nice. But during that same dream a twister just missed my home and a building was bombed by an overhead plane and went down. No joke.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

All season I wondered why so much LuAnn. Seriously, she was pretentious and boring why does she get the good stuff/scenes?? IMO, Bravo knew that she, like her buddy Jill, had a very mean side and they just gave her every opportunity to prove it! And I also believe her ego was to the point, if the season was longer, that she would have gone after Jill too!

    .”HOUSEWIVES” TAYLOR & HUBBY
    ACCUSED OF
    INVESTMENT SCAM
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Taylor Armstrong and her soon-to-be ex-husband are now co-defendants in a lawsuit accusing them of shady business dealings.
Two weeks after Taylor filed to divorce Russell Armstrong …. they’re both being sued over allegedly misleading investors in a company called NuWay Digital Systems, Inc. (NDS).
Russell — a venture capitalist — was CEO of NDS — which held interest in another company called MyMedicalRecords.com (MMR).
In the lawsuit, MMR claims Russell collected more than a million dollars by selling off NDS shares to investors who were told they were getting a piece of MMR.

The suit claims Taylor and Russell “successfully and secretly” funneled money away from MMR and into their own pockets — allegedly using the money to invest in a schmancy restaurant with Eva Longoria … and to redecorate their mansion.

MMR and the Armstrongs reached a settlement over the whole mess … and the lawsuit claims they have breached that agreement.

MMR wants $1.5 million to make things right.

How many times have I said on this blog that “Taylor” and Russell are grifters?
They are no better than Teresa and Joe. Actually I like Teresa and Joe a lot more than these two dirt bags.

    • klmh says:

Thanks for the information. I have tried so many times on this blog to make excuses for her. I just couldn’t accept the fact that she was as bad as everyone here thought, but I was wrong. She is… darn it.

      • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

Lol. Of course she is going to say she didn’t know anything about Russell’s shady deals and she thought is was all on the up and up. Don’t you hate it when you got to bat for one of these dizzy broads and they end up disappointing you? That’s why I won’t say whether I like or dislike Kathy or Melissa on NJHW yet. It’s too soon for me tell.

        • klmh says:

Ha! You know, she might come out smelling like a rose this year but the chances are slim to none I guess. The poor thing looks like she was ridden hard and put up wet. Just looks awful.
Im afraid BH will be a full blown circus this year.. the previews are sad.
I like both of these ladies, but you’re right. Its a bit early.

If I would a castmember I’d be negotiating my salary to include combat pay for every time I had to film with the loon, the goon, the hairless baboon and that screeching harpy Jill Zarin.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Never used to read the comments on the other sites – oddly enough they mirror the thoughts found here more and more! So where are all the sites with Jill Love besides Brafo’s blog?

      • Jezzibel says:

There are a few commentors there that I have seen crop up on the posts having to do this the HWNYC and they seem to really enjoy ripping apart anything that the HW do that is a moderate success, its only a handful, but they are so ugly about it. Its like they can’t just be satisfied with saying they don’t care its not their type of thing as far as so and so product is concerened, they have to try and paint the whole venture as a failure despite any success it has.

Cat has been tweeting to Andy and it doesn’t look good. No Cat for RHONY! :(

          • klmh says:

I wish I had seen the after show with she and LuAnn. I didn’t think Cat came off well. She seemed spiteful and angry. But many here thought she did a great job on the after show.

            • Nancy says:

I go back and forth with my opinion of Cat.
She IS rude, spiteful and angry but I really “hate” Lulu so she
got a thumbs up from me that night.
She would have made minced meat out of Jill. That’s
why I wanted her on RHONY.

              • klmh says:

We can always hope and pray that a new group of women will come to NYHW. I think of all the weirdos on the show, Cindy might be the strangest. I know about Kelly and accept it. I can now see what Jill and Lulu are about, and I do like Alex, Sonya and Ramona, if allowed to take them in small amounts. I would be happy with a new crew, but Im afraid that’s not in the cards. What do you think?

                • Baroness Beachcomber (BB) says:

I don’t think it’s going to be a whole new crew. I think Alex and Cindy and maybe Kelly will be gone and there may be only one or two to take their places. Seven was too many.

He will never let her down. He will comfort her after a bad day.
He will inspire her to do things she never thought she could do.
He will enable her to express her deepest emotions.
He will enable her to be confident, sexy, seductive and invincible…
O.K. Wait..No wait.. Sorry. I’m thinking of wine. It’s wine that does all that sh*t……O.K. Never mind…. ;)

Could someone please fill me in on why we are back here now? I kept going to the other site and eventually someone mentioned that Lynn left.

Anyway…I’m glad I was able to check back here & find you again.

well come back here where you belong

    • Nancy says:

You have to be kidding me. OMG she’s so pathetic.

    • smompy says:

I was once warned for using the term “Silex,” which was funny because I didn’t even use it as a nickname for Simon & Alex (knowing that using nicknames IN THAT THREAD is strictly forbidden by TWoP) but only happened to quote a sentence one of the other HWs had used on the show, verbatim, and that sentence contained the dreaded “Silex” word. They can say it on the show, and I was allowed to talk about what was said on the show, but if I ever again used an actual quote from the show which happened to include such a forbidden term, I was warned, I would be banned. LOL and then they banned me for something else!

Some people really can’t handle power, even a tiny amount of power. Like TwoP’s goderators and Jill Zarin, for instance:)

  97. People who are really nice, don’t go round telling people how nice they are. Others say it either to them or to others about them.

And I can’t get over Jill saying she was afraid of Bethenny . Could she change her story anymore times than she has?

    • WindyCityWondering says:

And people who are classy don’t go around saying how classy they are. Others say it either to them or to others about them. So Kelly is not nice and LuAnn does not have class.
Jill being afraid of Bethenny is another lame attempt to link her name to Bethenny’s!

  98. One last point I’ll make. It is not only jill and her minions that hate Lynn and the blog. Lynn has competitors out there as well. Do you not think there are a number of people who wouldn’t love for the number of veiws and comments here to dwindle? Do you think that maybe Bravo regrets airing the footage of Bobby giving attention to the “hate” site? Because of that more people have sought this site out. Lynn has called attention to the fact that Bravo not only cherry picks what comments they will post, but that Bravo also edits some of the post. Maybe they don’t like attention drawn to their bad behavior.

And there are the trolls. There are more than one type. There are the more frequent “Drive-by” trolls; they only post one or a few comments to stir crap up.
Then there are the trolls who like to hang out for the day being bothersome gnats.
These trolls are quickly and easily spotted. Then there are the trolls like I discribed upstream. They are hard because they wear a false mask. They are subtle and cunning. They tend to do the most damage.
They are often but not always rabid fans of the person or topic of the blog.
Some of these are people who have nothing better to do with their time. They like to search out popular sites. THey like to play the game because they have a warped sense of humor or they feel empowered by the game.

There are plenty of people out there who would love to make Lynn and her site to appear irrelevant. What better way than to try to ce an environment here that appears to be no longer freindly. Attempt to diminish Lynn’s numbers by making by stirring up drama and conflict.
I do believe Lynn has more power than she may even be aware of. Not only does she have the blog but a radio show as well. I have no dobt there are those who would love to take her and this site down. IMOP.

    • Nancy says:

Shame that there are those so mean they can’t stand to see anything positive happening without wanting to cause harm.

Thank you!

    Shadows,
Trust me, many people here were already on the train with you. Beating a dead horse is the best way I have seen it described. It did change the tone of the blog. Jezz tried to stop it, kmlh, kukulet and I was ready to chime in but they stopped posting (and everyone here knows I do not chime in very often in those situations. I tend to snark and run) AZ Girl called them out and others jumped right on board. As for being an attorney, the strange thing would be the timing of the posts. Whoever Chertin is, they work a third shift job. They would post right up to 4 and then out. Then post around noon-1 again until 4 then out. Third shift job. I would bet on it. No attorney there.
Point you should be taking is that many here love and respect you. That is a “relationship” built over time and allowing one “noob” (or boob! LOL) to take your joy in being here away is just not something I think you should do. They come, they go. Those of us that are “da fambly” will never let them really get you. We may give them some rope, but only to see if they hang themselves. Then it is time to take out the trash like Kim G at a party.

The thing is we love new posters. This crew is very welcoming and I would never want us to get the rep of not being the fabulous group of women that we are. So it is a fine line, for me, when someone like this particular poster comes along. You have to let them run for a bit to see if they just had a passionate opinion about 1 topic or if they just want to argue EVERY point to the bottom. I don’t want to shoot off at a newbie and then feel like an ass, so I sit back and wait. By the time this one had tried to start an argument over semantics during a diet coke discussion I was done. Then they were gone POOF and I was waiting on them today, no show.
Lynn’s site is so different because we don’t have a Strega and all opinions are good to go as long as they are respectful and don’t attack. So its a mixed bag either way.

What I have seen here and on other blogs I belong to is that some people MISREAD posts….If you are already in a FRAME of mind when reading something that FRAME carries over ….. then the emotion part kicks in and it festers…..
I have had a bad week here where I live with some of my posters… I attribute it to their FRAME….. I’ve backed off and left them alone…..In a few days they came back and we didnt mention it and it all went back to normal…well My kind of Normal,,which you all know is whacked at times..wink wink……
              HAPPY BLOGGING….

Great post, Diva :) I agree with everything you’ve said 100%. Emotions can run high here and I feel like this can lead to people misreading posts. Hell, I’m guilty of this myself. Sometimes it’s just best to back off, not engage, cool off, and come back later.

Really? I feel like we bend over backwards to be accepting.

Remember Vinnie? I personally thought he was full of crap and insincere, but I was always polite and accepting of him.

          • Mookies1mom says:

Yes that makes sense. I hope shadowsnomore keeps coming back! I love your posts and would hate for this person to make you feel like you need to leave! We should all just ignore Chretin, er Chertin. I did notice the change in the “feel” of the blog when this person was on and I didn’t like it. We can’t turn on each other or let them win.

            • cdninvegas says:

To coin a phrase – oy vey! You gals/guys have been over the top tolerant of Chertin and his/her arguments re the Kodak (supposed) deal without even calling them out as a troll. I’m a passive poster/lurker, but I was waiting for the enforcers to shut this person down STAT and as I wandered thru the posts, I was shocked to find that no one did. STFU Crertin (or whatever your name was). You are so clearly invested in the legal detes of JZ’s alleged Kodak deal, just fess up and tell us who u r and get on with it. I’m sick of the posers on all of the HW gossip sites. Sorry (here’s comes the Canadian in me again – RCH – support me on this will ya?) but the faithful on this site let this go on way too long IMHO…..

  104. Reminder to vote on the Bravo poll – Blondes or Brunettes

    http://www.bravotv.com/

    (mid way down)

75% blondes with over 9000 votes

    • chismosa says:

i keep voting on this, as it lets you- and the total # of votes keeps going up but the %age doesn’t seem to change. weird

      • That’s because it’s rounded – you’ve have to vote around 1000 times and not have anyone vote the opposite way to have it show. But I’m sure it’s counting. Well it is a Bravo poll – so I’m not sure about anything.

  105. cdninvegas says:

And then I watched S3. No comments required…..

  106. chismosa says:

hi everyone- can anyone tell me if Ramona mentioned that Jill was going to call her lawyer and demand a recount from the WWH poll DURING the show that aired or was it on the after show? I watched the live show and did not see Ramona say this or laugh hysterically.
    help?

    ~great recap Lynn!
    thanks

    • LavaLady says:

Hi Chismosa, yes, Ramona did make a joke about this, during the aftershow.

      • chismosa says:

fabulous, now i DEFINITELY will watch it. I have to say Denise Richards really is a -since we use this word all the time, sorry Anderson!- classy girl. Truly. But i wish she was more positive in her review of Alex’s performance at the reunion. aargh

    • smompy says:

It was on the after show..I know because I just now finished watching it! It was also funny to me that Ramona gave such serious consideration to that one question before answering, “I’d marry and shag Bethenny and kill BOTH LuAnn and Jill.” She always tries so hard to answer these idiotic game questions just right. I love Ramoner.

  107. chismosa says:

omg what has happened between yesterday’s comments and today’s! Shadows- i saw the issue you had going with Chertin/Cherchin or whatever- the ‘attorney’ and i found her a little rough around the edges. I’m sorry if things have escalated. Maybe she has left for good? She sort of reminded me of someone else who posts here all the time but i dont want to say who.

Hope you are staying Shadows! Best to you….

  108. Posted up thread – but is worth repeating:

    http://rumorfix.com/2011/07/does-ramona-singer-have-a-drinking-problem/

Ramona talks about Jill’s epic failures as a businesswoman – and her jealousy of Ramona’s success.

    • duchess of dryer lint says:

      Repeating? It is worth FRAMING!

      • Adgirl says:

She left out the Kodak fantasy ddeal that jill blames Ramona for sinking and Jill’s friendship with the terrifying Bethenny that Ramona also ruined.
Jill wasn’t invited to her Jr Prom and that was also Ramona’s fault.

  109. Good Night All-have a great weekend

  110. duchess of dryer lint says:

completely off topic, but, has anyone else tried these Ritz Crackerfuls? I am on serious addiction turf here. And I found TANG at Sam’s Club—drinking a glass right now. mmmmmmmm……

    • smompy says:

Never heard of them before you mentioned them but I just went and googled them. So of course now I have no choice but to look for them next time I go shopping. Damn you and your tempting goodies, you underhanded people in the Snack Food Industry!

I had a coupon, so I bought the 4 cheese kind. Sooo good. Perfect for lunch with an apple. Okay, that is a lie. Perfect for lunch with a ho ho for dessert.

      1.) Take 2 Naproxins/ aleve
(you can take advil, tylenol, iburprofen, etc..)
2.) PURE vanilla extract on cotton ball, put it on the tooth and it should either take your pain away 100% instantely , orr if you’re like me , takes it down about 80 % , i still had pain after this .
3.) soo, take a tea bag and warm it up with hot water place in your mouth for about 10 minutes,
within 20 mins.. your pain should be gone. (:
Hope you feel better. I don’t know if this will work but I hope so.

    • Pghemtchick says:

I hope you found something that works by now, but if not try cloves. Before I had my teeth done, they were my goto remedy. They have Eugenol-an antiseptic and an anesthetic. If you have whole ones, put a few in your mouth near the tooth until they soften then chew a lil. Don’t leave in more than 30 min. When I first tried they burned a lil, but worked. You can use ground cloves too. Just put the powder between your gum and cheek. I hope it or something works for you! Tooth pain is miserable :( good luck!

      • zanne says:

Thanks guys – mortin – and green tea bag has helped a lot. Never heard about the tea bag, but it works. Thanks again. You know this is all Jill’s fault?

I haven’t had the opportunity to read through yesterday’s blog, but I gather Chertin is gone. Good.
I stayed away while he/she was here.

  115. Indy 501 says:

The new poster reminds me of a woman i knew many years ago in the mile high city. It was Christmas eve and we were all single women sharing the holiday with a festive dinner out. Several of us were Jewish and the others were not.
Somehow we got on the topic of Chanukah and this woman took over the topic to remind us of all of the blood and guts that was behind the holiday.
Like a dog with a bone she wouldnt let it go until the spirit of the evening was completely lost.
Needless to say it was a memorable evening and Debbie Downer was motivated to seek more like-minded companions.

Let’s just say that it was an evening not soon forgotten,

      • NYCer says:

There is an article in one of the Hamptons magazines in which she references the “diet book” she is writing.

    • Error404 says:

      No, you’ve completely misunderstood!

It’s a book on how to make you hot.

It’s not about diets, or calorie counting, it’s about being comfortable with who you are.

      Makes sense right? LoL

Then they are doing bashleret thing, sex talk and sexy clothes, but then Hr things it’s not appropriate.. Ok??? It is a bashleret party.if that was going to be uncomfortable then why be there? 119. I just want to say thank you to all of you who supported me.Thank you to all who took the time to read my entire post and allowed me to express myself even if you didn’t agree with everything I said. Look, Wendsday I belived a pattern was forming. I felt that all my comments where being picked apart and it was a game to them. I did interact at first, then tried to ignore. I felt C was following me across the board.Responding to my thoughts to either provoke me or get the last word in. I stepped away.
I came tonight and tried to explain what I’d seen happen on other blog sites. I suspected it could be happening here, especially after seeing what took place yesterday.I called Chertin out. Sam even stated yesterday that she wanted no interaction with Chertin.
I do find it hypocritical that a certain person on the site feels it acceptable to attack me and call me names for expressing my views and opinions. Opinions and views she disagrees with. She states that no one should try to control how or what people express or how they behave. Yet, she lectures me for exercising my right to express myself the way I see fit. She lectures me on my behavior.
I have tried to be clear that when I use the pronouns “I”,”me”, and ‘myself” I am applying my veiws, opinions and belifes to only myself……NO ONE ELSE. My guidelines where and still are for ME. I guess I should not have shared them. But, it was my RIGHT to. RIGHT?
I know now who to avoid, what to blow off or skip over. Sorry if I have added to the tension felt here by some. I have never expected anyone to agree with me, pity me or validate me.
I have appreciated the support and I hope to be able to come here to enjoy the blogs and comments. To be able to laugh at the amazing whit and humor many of you have. To gain new insight and maybe a new prespective from your comments and experiences.
Thanks again to -Diva,BB,Indy, Duchess,Nancy, cdnnvegas,RealMinkey,WCW, All the Bostons,Sam,Kukulet,Flippy,Jezzibel,Housewifeaddict,AF,Mookies1Mom,Chimosa,AZgirl,Rose,Shiny,And QueenBB. Just a few quick comments: first, welcome back you! Lol. See thought it was all serious huh? Anyways, glad you feel back to normal regarding posting again. I fell into the same trap as you with one poster. I agreed with something, then felt attacked which looking back is kinda funny as the overall view was the same. I took a break and then felt the water before posting again. So ***gives you some swimmies**** test the water and then get your tush out here and play :) lol I really don’t get people saying Cher is gone. They posted today on the PDD topic. Hopefully, it’s just a misunderstanding and interwebz life can go on :)

    Good morning~ ;)

  122. BaaBee Loves Kitties says:

Kitty was gone for a day & now he is hurt. Sweetie Pie has some kind of wound by his poor rear end & I thought someone had him fixed but he is still intact. Feel so bad for him he can’t sit down.

      • BaaBee Loves Kitties says:

Hi Error~just read online that it may becould very well be a problem with his anal glands and they need to be expressed. This can cause an open wound at the base of the tail near the anal area ~ I fed him & now he’s not on patio anymore.

        • Error404 says:

Do cats scoot like dogs do?
I was going to suggest it might have been a pimple that popped. That happened to my dog once, she had this big pimple on her side (probably a bug bite) and then a few days layer it was an open wound like she’d been in a fight, but it was just because the absess had exploded. It healed pretty quick.

          • BaaBee Loves Kitties says:

I think that it is an absess & I am going to call vet now & see what they say. Thank you Error~

            • I don’t have any advice – but ((((((BaaBee))))))))))

              • BaaBee Loves Kitties says:

Thank you hwa~I just got off phone with vet & she said Sweetie will be alright till we get him in to be fixed or treated for glands. She also said that he would have to be 6 months old before they fix him for some reason? Anyways Sweetie Pie is going to be alright & they said they would do everything for around a $100.. :P

  123. Oh no – blondes lost ground last night in the Bravo poll – down to 71% (were at 75% last night) so vote vote vote

    http://www.bravotv.com/

    • Cusi77 says:

Thank you Housewifeaddict! Please vote! I am not sure Bravo will give a dam(?) for which viewers really want but at least they will rethink about recasting for a new Season.

  124. From LuLu’s blog:

“I think Kelly is a really nice person who handled Alex’s meltdown extremely well. Kelly was right — Alex is a terrible actress.”

Ummm meltdown – not so much. And which is it – a meltdown or acting? Make up your mind on your insults LuLu – and not a very classy thing to say I may add.

    • Cusi77 says:

I wish she will not be back. Her role is so irrelevant that she needs to be relevant minimizing Ramona and Alex. Two seasons now of inserting herself in none of her business!

  125. AZ Girl says:

Last night Shadow came back and posted about what happened on the board 2 days ago. I am not going to beat a dead horse. You all hashed it out last night. I care about you all.

We all welcomed Chertin here. But for me something was not right about Chertin posts.
In his/her first post Chertin commented undying love for Bethenny and then proceeded to comment that Bethenny has an eating disorder. Discussed and hashed it out to the point of medical diagnosis.

Second post Chertin commented his/her dislike for Jill but continued to comment that Jill had an amazing ability to correctly assess the other housewives personalities.

Finally, once again Chertin posts his/her dislike for Jill but comments that Ramona did in fact cost Jill the supposedly 7 figure Kodak deal. That discussion went on and on. Personally who gives a rat’s ass about that Kodak deal? I just did not get it.

I don’t think Chertin was here to engage a discussion. The exchanges became too personal. IMHO
If Chertin does return I will welcome the posts but I will also be somewhat cautious about engaging in a debate.

    • Cusi77 says:

I’ve been reading but not posting. I am with you, not engaging a futil debate. Nobody wins and feelings can be hurt.

    • AZ Girl says:

I can assure you that Chertin is NOT an attorney. I am married to an attorney and I am a legal secretary.
You could have room full of attorney’s and none of them would know who Bethenny, Jill or Bravo were.

      • Flippy says:

OMG I’m a freak. I always suspected I was but AZ Girl has just helped me realize it. Hello my name is Flippy and I’m a lawyer who knows who Bethenny, Jill and Bravo are. (totally poking fun at me and my “obsession” and not you, AZ. Always enjoy your posts)

        • AZ Girl says:

Personally I think you probably make a great attorney because you watch bravo!

          • Flippy says:

Aw thanks AZ. That makes me feel so much better about my obsession. However I really think its what I learn from reading here daily that has the capacity to make me a better attorney each day. The folks here are good eggs and know a lot about striving to do the right thing each day. I’m glad I have y’all. C
