I Hate Jill Zarin BREAKING NEWS – GIUDICE BK Sept 3, 2010

I Hate Jill Zarin       BREAKING NEWS!         Friday Updates                                September 3, 2010

Yesterday, the US Trustee filed a lawsuit against the Giudices, to block their bankruptcy discharge.  Attached is a copy.  A predictable response to the complaint will be, at least initially, these are only allegations. However you will note that the allegations are all based on the Giudices’ own sworn testimony and their own documents.

See the document by clicking above on the page marked “Giudice Documents”

No new episode of The Real Housewives of DC aired last night to the disappointment of many fans.  Apparently it was due to the Labor Day weekend but it really makes no sense because I doubt that a Thursday airing would have affected ratings all that much.  Even stranger is that Bravo will air the New Jersey reunion on Labor Day, go figure?

Mary Amons from DC took to Twitter last night just to ensure fans that they’ll be back next week with a new episode, a little tweet conversation I had with Mary…

@MaryAmons:  Thoughts on episode 4? M gained at llllleeeeeeeast 20 pounds since her wedding? Hmmmmmmm….

@LynnNChicago:  @maryamons Thoughts? How about you making fun of someone who does makeup at Nordstrom? you asked

@MaryAmons:  @LynnNChicago read my blog on BravoTv.com. I am about honoring and building people!

@LynnNChicago:  @maryamons  You hide it well on TV

Clearly from Mary’s first tweet, she was looking for fans to bash Michaele, I had no intention of doing that with Mary, that’s for sure so I thought I’d call her out on her own behavior.  Mary goes on to tell us that she is “about” honoring and building people.   Well, we haven’t seen much evidence of that at all!

The rumors are flying fast and furious, some pretty reliable sources are reporting that there is already a new member of the New Jersey Housewives cast  and she’s already been filming for the show!

Teresa’s sister- in-law Melissa Gorga, married to Teresa’s brother is New Jersey’s newest victim.   Reports claim that Melissa has been interested in becoming a Bravo Housewife since they began the New Jersey franchise but Teresa Giudice has put the brakes on her aspirations.  Now that Dina is gone and most likely Danielle as well, the show needed some fresh blood.  Sticking with the New Jersey theme, another family member was recruited to fill the void.

EXCLUSIVE: NJ Housewife Teresa Giudice ‘Doesn’t Want To Be On The Show’ With Sister-In-Law | Radar Online http://t.co/CApcl3t

Reports are that Melissa’s baby is the nephew that Danielle was referring to at the reunion of the RHONJ that caused Teresa to go bat shit crazy and scream in Danielle’s face.  Teresa has been talking to as many media outlets as she could get her hands on since the airing with her story of her nephew’s birth.  Teresa is claiming that she was present for the child’s birth and even missed her scheduled Bravo Talk Bubble chat that evening so that she could be at the hospital.  But Jacqueline, in her attempts to help Teresa with her story, actually contradicted Teresa’s claim and tweeted that Teresa had been with her in California at the time but visited the baby as soon as she returned to New Jersey.

Jacqueline’s explanation:

@MsFran53 No, there is no Tara or love child.Lol!Tamra from OC HW was out 2dinner w/us the night of accident, maybe that’s the blond pple saw

@jayneb She didn’t want her bringing up her family who had nothing to do w/ the show & 2try 2cause trouble 4 her family w/more lies

Of COURSE she aknowledged her nephews birth. She ADORES him.

@k8egirl12 she thought T didn’t acknowledge T’s nephews birth but T was @ hospital the day AFTER cause we were in Ca. the day OF doing press

The day after, according to Jacqueline, Teresa’s story is that she was there for the birth and that is why she missed the Talk Bubble…. They really should get together and get their story straight before they put it out there.

I completely believe the stories that Teresa does not like her sister-in-law, Melissa.  There are so many things that would make Teresa jealous, Melissa has a baby boy, Melissa has more money than the Giudice’s, Melissa has a bigger home than Teresa and Joe, Melissa is much better looking than Teresa, and the list goes on….

Teresa is talking to the press so much that it is almost as if she’s trying too hard to dispel the rumors, thou might just protest too much Teresa!

Teresa is rumored to be holding out for more money before signing on for another season of RHONJ, but it is also reported that while she wants more money, more freedom to do outside projects and a cut of the sale of the DVD’s and residuals, it is also rumored that Teresa refuses to continue with the show while her sister in law Melissa is a cast mate.

Bravo usually gets what they want and they clearly want Teresa as a cast member of RHONJ, but the fact that they’ve begun filming with Melissa has seriously cut into Teresa’s bargaining power.

EXCLUSIVE: A New Real Housewives Of New Jersey Cast Member Revealed! | Radar Online http://t.co/Sb306gE

Does anyone remember Bravo’s “Kell On Earth”?  The unsuccessful series followed PR Firm People’s Revolution and owner Kelly Cutrone from New York to Los Angeles to London and back.  As the series wound down, its cast took to Twitter to Tweet HARD for another season, they encouraged fans to write in to Bravo, practically begging for another season.

Apparently that campaign was unsuccessful, and Kelly Cutrone couldn’t be bitterer, here are her tweets:

Babe Kell on Earth is a one off – we have a new deal at MTV and network

Real housewives DC to Danielle Staub singing -Reality is the new Snuff

Watching real housewives DC – this is the most disgusting gross boring show that I have ever seen

Danielle Staub singing w/ her gal pal is like watching a Halloween version of the Carpenters on the Simpsons – thIS is so horrendous

If Kelly Cutrone can’t BE on Bravo, apparently she must SLAM Bravo, but notice she is still WATCHING Bravo!   She always did seem to be a wild card with a quick temper, would have been more professional just to say nothing and move on.  Burning bridges is never a good idea.

Bravo has released a few preview video’s for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, they’re just a bunch of crazy bitches just like any other city, family members, drama, husbands and kids but folks, these ladies are the real deal, they have the big money that this series was originally based on.  I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that we probably won’t see any of these ladies homes in short sale or filing bankruptcy anytime soon.  You can watch their video’s here:

Each of the ladies were asked who their favorite housewife is from other shows, they didn’t all answer the question but they all admitted to watching the Housewives.   Here is my first impression of the six Beverly Hills Housewives:

Adrienne looks like a train wreck at first glance, she claims to put her children first and everything else secondary but also says that she can relate to Jill Zarin the most so she immediately lost points with me!  Her family is in the sports entertainment business and she works alongside them, her voice sounds like she may be a long time smoker or possibly she just needed to clear her throat throughout the interview.

Taylor seems like the fun girl and said that she related most to Bethenny, Jill and Luann from New York.  I’m still reserving judgment on this one.

Camille was married to Kelsey Grammar and does talk a bit about her divorce, she and her husband produce television shows including “Medium” and “Girlfriends”.  She openly states that she doesn’t know what will happen to the production company after the marriage is dissolved.  Camille claims that not only did her husband Kelsey encourage her to join the show but called the production company promising them filming access to some of his productions.  She refused to mention one housewife but said she could relate to all of the Orange County ladies.

Kyle tells the camera that she was a “child actress her entire life”.  Really?  I think we found the Kelly of the bunch, but she also claims to be a friend of Bethenny’s so she can’t be all bad.  She said that she relates mostly to the ladies of Orange County and New York.  She’s also sure to tell us that she’s Paris Hilton’s aunt.  I’m sure her other nieces and nephews weren’t too offended.

Lisa has a Jill size obsession with her dogs and her children are grown and out of the house.  She owns a couple of restaurants and tells us that NeNe has visited her restaurant on several occasions, she also reveals that NeNe seemed to be making fun of some of the housewives who have had plastic surgery but most recently has come into her restaurant sporting a new nose!

Kim is completely obsessed about having been a child star and goes into great detail about every TV show and movie that she’s been in.  Sorry, Kim, I’ve never heard of you.  She talks about how she wasn’t able to go anywhere without press following her and is excited about getting that back.  She claims to have retired to raise a family, however, I think we all know that many child stars are done as soon as they grow breasts.  Kim related most to Tamra from Orange County.

All six of the ladies seem to think that Beverly Hills is the best of the best when it comes to Housewife cities, New Jersey wasn’t even mentioned in any of their interviews, not surprisingly they probably like to pretend it doesn’t exist so as not to attach themselves to it in anyway.

They spoke of the major differences between New York City and Los Angeles, no surprises there, none of them had anything bad to say necessarily but we all know how very different these two cities are.  Mostly, they seemed to want to set themselves apart from Orange County.  I think these were prompted by producers as they questioned the ladies as they seemed to want to provide viewers with distinct differences between life in Orange County and life in Beverly Hills as I think some housewives fans have criticized Bravo for producing two different series in two cities that are so close to one another.

Those are my first impressions, I’ll be interested to see after a few episodes if these have changed, and I’m sure that they will.  What do all of you think of these ladies so far?  Will you be watching?

83. As a result, the Defendants have knowingly and fraudulently made false

oaths in this case in the form of false statements on sworn documents filed with the Court

and false sworn testimony provided at the Meeting of Creditors.

84. Wherefore, the UST respectfully requests that this Court enter judgment

denying the Defendants’ discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4)(A) and providing for

Defendant wife owned and operated a business that had a bank account into which over

$100,000 was deposited in the six months preceding the petition.

89. Upon information and belief, money received during the year preceding

the petition by Defendant wife from several sources was transferred to the TG

Fabulicious, LLC Lakeland Bank account and commingled with other funds to the extent

that it is impossible to separate property of Defendant wife from property of TG

Fabulicious, LLC.

90. Neither the Defendant wife’s interest in TG Fabulicious, LLC, the

Lakeland Bank account of TG Fabulicious, LLC, nor the income derived from TG

Fabulicious, LLC were disclosed in any filings with the Court or in her testimony at the

Meeting of Creditors.

91. The Defendant husband testified at his Rule 2004 Examination that he is

the sole member of 1601 Maple Avenue Associates, LLC.

92. Upon information and belief, 1601 Maple Avenue Associates, LLC had

income during the year preceding the filing of the Defendants’ petition.

93. Neither the Defendant husband’s interest in 1601 Maple Avenue

Associates, LLC nor any income derived from its operations was disclosed in any filings

with the Court or in his testimony at the Meeting of Creditors.

94. The Defendants knew of the existence of the cash and assets they failed to

disclose, yet they knowingly and fraudulently failed to disclose them on their Schedules

and amendments thereto, Statement of Financial Affairs and amendments thereto, and

testimony at the Meeting of Creditors.

95. The Defendants intentionally did not disclose the existence of the

undisclosed assets in order to conceal their existence from creditors and the Case Trustee.

96. As a result, the Defendants transferred, removed, destroyed, mutilated, or

concealed, with intent to hinder, delay, or defraud creditors or the Case Trustee, property

of the Defendants within one year before the date of filing of the petition.

97. Wherefore, the UST respectfully requests that this Court enter judgment

denying the Defendants’ discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(A) and providing for

such other relief as is just.

98. The UST repeats and realleges each and every allegation contained in

paragraphs 1 through 97 as if set forth herein at length.

99. Since the petition was filed, the book publishing deal with Hyperion was

signed, the cookbook “Skinny Italian” was released, and, upon information and belief, the

initial $250,000 advance was paid to the Defendant wife.

100. In addition, the Lakeland Bank account statements produced by the

Defendants reveal that TG Fabulicious, LLC had total deposits of over $190,000 during

the first three months after the petition was filed.

101. Upon information and belief, the book “Skinny Italian,” the Hyperion

book deal, TG Fabulicious, LLC, and 1601 Maple Avenue Associates, LLC are valuable

estate assets.

102. The Defendants knew of the existence of these assets as of the petition

date, yet they knowingly and fraudulently failed to disclose them on their Schedules and

amendments thereto, Statement of Financial Affairs and amendments thereto, and

testimony at the Meeting of Creditors.

103. The Defendants intentionally did not disclose the existence of the

undisclosed assets in order to conceal their existence from creditors and the Case Trustee.

104. As a result, the Defendants transferred, removed, destroyed, mutilated, or

concealed, with intent to hinder, delay, or defraud creditors or the Case Trustee, valuable

property of the estate after the date of the filing of the petition.

105. Wherefore, the UST respectfully requests that this Court enter judgment

denying the Defendants’ discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)(B) and providing for

such other relief as is just.

106. The UST repeats and realleges each and every allegation contained in

paragraphs 1 through 105 as if set forth herein at length.

107. The Defendants presented documents to the Case Trustee that purported to

be their 2006, 2007, and 2008 individual income tax returns.

108. However, upon information and belief, the Defendants have not filed

individual income tax returns for several years.

109. In addition, the Defendants have not produced financial statements and

bank statements for 1601 Maple Avenue Associates, LLC.

110. Furthermore, the Lakeland Bank account documents provided to date

indicate that the Defendant wife commingles funds from several sources, making it

impossible to separate the Defendant wife’s financial activities from those of TG

Fabulicious, LLC.

111. As a result, the Defendants have concealed, destroyed, mutilated, falsified,

or failed to keep or preserve recorded information from which their financial condition or

business transactions might be ascertained.

112. Wherefore, the UST respectfully requests that this Court enter judgment

denying the Defendants’ discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3) and providing for such

other relief as is just.

113. The UST repeats and realleges each and every allegation contained in

paragraphs 1 through 112 as if set forth herein at length.

114. The Defendants’ Schedule F, as amended, reveals over $89,000 in credit

card debt.

115. Schedule B, as amended, disclosed only $1,000 in the Defendant

husband’s checking account, as well as household goods, furnishings, clothing, and

jewelry totaling only $24,550.

116. The Statement of Financial Affairs, as amended, did not disclose any gifts,

losses, or transfers of assets during the year preceding the filing of the petition.

117. As a result, the Defendants have failed to explain satisfactorily why all of

the cash and assets obtained by the Defendants from their credit cards are not now

available to meet the Defendants’ liabilities.

118. In addition, upon information and belief, most of the $106,819.90

deposited into TG Fabulicious, LLC’s Lakeland Bank pre-petition was received by the

Defendant wife in her personal capacity, and was not derived from the sales of TG

Fabulicious merchandise.

119. The Defendants have not satisfactorily explained why the money received

by the Defendant wife under her contract with Bravo, through her operation of TG

Fabulicious, LLC, and other sources over the past several years is not available to meet

the Defendants’ liabilities.

120. Also, as of the petition date, the Defendant husband operated at least seven

businesses, one of which was a stucco and stone contractor and the rest of which owned

rental properties with paying retail and residential tenants.

121. The Defendant husband testified at his Rule 2004 Examination that he

withdrew funds from his businesses as needed.

122. The Defendant husband affirmed his signature on a 2008 document which

indicated that he received $54,269 in monthly income from his stucco and stone

contractor business.

123. Upon information and belief, the operation of the Defendant husband’s

businesses generated considerable amounts of money over the past several years, some

portion of which was received by the Defendants.

124. The Defendants have not satisfactorily explained why the money

generated from the operation of the Defendant husband’s businesses is not available to

meet the Defendants’ liabilities.

125. Wherefore, the UST respectfully requests that this Court enter judgment

denying the Defendants’ discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(5) and providing for such

other relief as is just.

  1. Great info Lynn!
I missed that tweet where Jac contradicted T! Lol.
I have pics of the sister in laws home: http://wp.me/pXhBd-pu

    • Oh and it’s cool that Mary answered you. I asked her how she feels about the fact that everyone on the internet is calling her a drunk and sent a link to the pictures. She didn’t respond.

There is a new twitter account up:

  2. Abby Someone says:

Fantastic blog. I was looking at the document and I noticed #23 of the petition says something about “in the 2 years since they filed”. Correct me if I’m right but wouldn’t that timeline prove that Teresa knew about their finances as she was shopping like Mrs. Got Rocks?

    • vilzvet says:

The document is a wonderful thing! Can’t read to read it in its entirety. Lots of stuff I noticed from just skimming through: Teresa was/did receive $250,000.00 up front from her book, plus $30K and royalties, and has never disclosed this!! The 2005 Maserati was never disclosed either, maybe because it is a lease? Not sure how that figures into their (fraudulent) wealth. Awesome, and thanks to the trustee for not backing down.

    • Had Enough! says:

No. You are misconstruing Paragraph 23, which says:

      23. The Defendants did not disclose on their Statement of Financial Affairs
any income other than from employment, trade, profession, or operation of business during the two years preceding the filing of their petition.

When you file a petition for bankruptcy, you have to disclose all your assets, income, and debts and current income. There are a number of schedules for listing all this information, along with a Statement of Financial Affairs. On that Statement, the first question directs you to list all income for the two years prior to the calendar year in which the petition is filed.

      • Abby Someone says:

Oh you’re right. I didn’t read it correctly. Combination of medicine head and my A.D.D. (I saw something shiney and looked away.)
Damn that would have been great. Still I am certain she knew. If you saw her face when Andy was asking her basic questions, she was definitely lying. She looked extremely nervous and gave short vague answers that were almost a whisper.

I think perhaps they felt that being on this tv show was automatically going to make them wealthy. She kept saying her daughter was going to be a star. I think they considered RH a jackpot of sorts.

Also I can’t imagine ever spending like mad without asking my husband how much money was available. As dumb as Teresa is, I don’t buy her ignorance on this one.

      • WindyCityWondering says:

They are also interested in future income – raises, bonuses, etc so the book/online store and all the other little LLCs out there are income undisclosed!
IMO they will stall with appeals but it looks like they are going down eventually.

        • Abby Someone says:

They are absolutely nuts to hide a penny at this point. I think they are in some hot water.

          • Maxine49 says:

More than hot water, Abby—they may end up in prison cells! Here’s hoping…..they can each get up to five years in prison under the federal statute!

            • laurie chmiel says:

one can only hope these two thieves spend time in prison. maybe whoever gets the children will teach them how to behave.

do they have leopard print prison garb?

  3. nancy says:

Once again, Lynn, great blog. Thank you so much for taking all the time that you do to write these blogs. Love that you provide a site for all those who come here. Be it that we agree, disagree, or agree to disagree this is a place where most all show respect for each blogger. Thank you.

  4. Had Enough! says:

WSL – you asked where I got the court documents. Easy. These are public records. All federal court documents can be obtained from PACER.gov for pennies.

No, I don’t know the judge and please everyone – do NOT contact the judge.

    • babelony says:

Had Enough, thanks for all the great info on the court docs–very educational. You should repost the discrepancies you reported on the last blog. More people need to read that.

I was also surprised by the amount of Teresa’s advance on her book. Will the courts be able to go after that money?

    • Laura aka Just done says:

Thanks Had Enough! I agree, people shouldn’t be contacting the judge, or any other interested parties in this mess. Let the people in the legal system do their job.

      • Quincy IL says:

Will this court let the IRS know about the false IRS forms that they received?

        • Had Enough! says:

I am sure the IRS is already working this case.

          • Quincy IL says:

I reread the document. Do you think T and J are so stupid to think that they could get away with this? It’s my guess that someone fudges on the tax returns every year.

  5. lori024 says:

Oh my, a TON of information in 1 blog…great job! Again!

  6. Linda says:

I loved Kim Richards growing up (Escape to Witch Mountain and Tuff Turf in particular). I fully believe that she left under her own steam – for those of us at a certain age (probably 35-50), I would think we’d remember her.

    • vilzvet says:

Yes, Lynn, Kim Richards was a major kid star back in the 70s, I remember her well. Guess you are just too young to remember, lucky duck!

    • Abby Someone says:

oh wow, I didn’t realise it was that same girl. I was a fan of hers too. haha I remember my girlfriend and I being the only two in the theatre for Tuff Turf. We loved James Spader and envied Kim’s hair so much.

RHOBH looks like it’s going to be a good one. One thing is for sure, it can’t be worse than DC. Watching that show is like being stuck for hours in a waiting room with cold people you can’t talk to.

    • KellitaM says:

I was a fan of Kim’s as well. We are the same age, so I feel like I grew up with her. Loved her in Nanny & The Professor, all the Disney movies and Hello, Larry. I’ll be watching RHOBH specifically because of her.

    • I remember her from Witch Mountain & probably a couple other Disney flicks. 🙂

    • bravofanfromday1 says:

I KNOW!!! I can’t believe that the Escape to Witch Mountain and Tuff Turf girl is Paris Hilton’s aunt AND a “Real Housewife”. I didn’t know Kyle was an actress too but she was on some random WTBS (remember when it was WTBS and not TBS) show called Down to Earth that was so bad, but yet I was addicted to it too. My tv standards have been low since I was a tween, LOL.

This isn’t the first time the Escape to Witch Mountain girl shocked me. I was FLOORED she was in Tuff Turf too.

She was in Meatballs II as well and lots of LIttle HOuse on the Prarie episodes too.

I think her hair as a Real Housewife is as short as I have ever seen it. She always had that hair that was so long you could sit on it as a kid.

      LOVE HER!!

      • TLM says:

All the BH women just look bad to me. Women who are too skinny with hair that’s too long, and all are starting to look odd as they desperately try to hang onto youth with lip injections and botox.

  7. lori024 says:

One more thing…can’t everyone just see Jill Zarin’s heart racing as we speak! Here is her chance to add to her “fabulous circle of rich friends” by meeting the RHoBH. More “celebrities” to put into pictures with her daughter! Jill will surely be a busy woman seducing these women in the coming year….

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Jill will be the butt of their jokes rather than an addition to their fabulous circle! She will fit in there like a twinkie in a sea of Godiva chocolates.

      • vilzvet says:

The new US Magazine with the story about Bethenny not coming back to HW had this tidbit, did anyone mention this yet: That BOTH Jill and Kelly are being REDUCED to part time status?? That line jumped out at me…that only LuAnn, Sonja, Ramona and Alex are being considered as the stars!

        • Pantry Viewer says:

Realllly? Ha! That’s so funny. That would be funny, to have her back, but just in tiny bits. Wonder if this is true – what does everyone think?

        • nancy says:

Crazy Bensmokingsomeing must also have the same sort of contract B. does. She probably has to appear as does B. Just guessing.

          • Had Enough! says:

I would LOVE it if her contract says, “Show up, say HIIIIEEEEE, and cartwheel away.”

Remember that one party where she showed up, hieee’d, and skipped off? I couldn’t believe it. And that was way before any of the conflict, so she can’t say she was just reacting to the negativity. In fact, none of the other HoWives were there.

        • kats2 says:

Oh let’s guess – part time so only when Bethenny makes her guest appearences will Kelly and Jill be around, just to bring some Bravo style drama.

        • Had Enough! says:

I didn’t see the article, just this comment from Sasquatch:

And when it comes to Kelly’s return to the show, the 42-year-old mother of two tells Us magazine, “I was just asked to come back and we haven’t negotiated everything yet.” Adding, “But I can answer honestly I would either come back or I wouldn’t come back — we don’t do part-time.”

Is there more? It could be that this is her way of telling Raggedy Andy to take a hike. Andy – hike, hike fast, hike far. RUN. We do not need this Bizzaro Bitch, we do not want this Bitter Brainless Brown Bag on RHONY.

        • WindyCityWondering says:

THIS is what happens when you can’t play nice with the other wives, lie about your employer, insert your own agenda into the show and are not liked by fans.

        • Gotta love how karma works sometimes. Being demoted to part-time status is an even bigger burn than not being re-hired at all. heh

  8. WindyCityWondering says:

Lynn – another excellent blog! What has always made this my go to blog is the fact that you attract intelligent, witty, fact finding posters. Proof is something that is necessary when there is just too much to speculate about – thanks!

  9. Sha2000 says:

I thought it was sold out

    • boston02127 says:

Are they suppose to be bad? They dance awful, nobody is in sync. They all have dead arms & horrible moves. They can’t even bow in sync. Is this a joke?

    • skinnygirl says:

Thank you for posting the video.

It looks like a bad school play. It seemed like horrible acting with a weak script. Where are the professional actors mixed in with the amateur? So the play was written for the New Jersey Housewives with their daughters?

      • Noelle says:

*Puts pillow in front of face* SO embarrassing!
(This reality-(pseudo)STAR shite has really gone to their heads.) Enough already!

        • vilzvet says:

Exactly, this is just a big ego trip for them, and simply a way to give them a reason to tweet and youtube their mugs, not that Teresa needs any more publicity right now! And didn’t know that Trashley was given a part. If that doesn’t drive down ticket sales I don’t know what would!

  10. Had Enough! says:

Yes, Lynn – this was a really top-notch blog. All meat, no filler!

So Kookoolet is still MIA. Hmm. I am wondering. Her last known whereabouts was a cycling center. Wonder if she hopped on a stationary bike and started to peddle for home…someone better go to Soul Cycles and see if she is still peddling.

  11. Ali's Mom says:

Fun blog! Thanks! My first impression of the Beverly Hills ladies was that they all have spent LOTS of time at their plastic surgeons office….lips everywhere! I’m afraid that when I watch this show I won’t be able to look at anything else but all of their overly fattened up lips. I recognise several of the family names and the businesses that they own and they are super wealthy. I look forward to this show,

  12. Had Enough! says:

Tidbit – Bethenny used to babysit for Paris Hilton and her sister so it is plausible that Kathy Hilton’s sisters would know Bethenny.

Vilzvet – the Maserati was indeed leased. It was already repo’d and just recently, a motion was filed to release the restriction on the owner resulting from the bankruptcy, i.e., so he could sell it. I think the trustee agreed that it is not an asset of the estate.

    • babykakes says:

i babysat for Kathy H. & her sisters when their mom was pregnant with Kyle,
& sat for Kyle 2 days after she came home from the hospital. Kathy was always
dancing around & seeking attention, but she was a very sweet child & was quite fond of her…Kim was 2 or 3 i think when i sat for her..she was adorable also.

  13. Michelle Roonoe says:

I loved Kim Richards! Escape from Witch Mountain was a childhood favorite. She was my idol after Tuff Turf. I tried for YEARS to grow my hair like hers, it never happened 😦

  14. vilzvet says:

Lynn I noticed when you tweeted the court docs to Teresa it did NOT show up on her page…is that how you know you have been “blocked” by her, which of course would not surprise me, both she and Jacqueline block everyone. I am going to tweet it also to see if the same thing happens. In any case, she’s having such “FUN” in Vegas this weekend she will pretend not to see it I bet.

  15. Pantry Viewer says:

Had Enough – just wanted to say thanks for all the info you put out to us. Appreciate it!

    • vilzvet says:

Does this mean the auction would be off? That if there is no bankruptcy there is no need?

    • Had Enough! says:

My pleasure. And I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure that the LynnNChicago’s LynnFam got this one FIRST. Certainly not the MSM – the NY Daily News, NY Post – none of them had it. I didn’t see it on any of the other blogs. So I think we were the first on this one.

  16. jean says:

her last tweet i saw was yesterday when she was leaving. must have lost her bff, has dead batteries or else is nursing a drug/booze hangover.

  17. MickeyMouth says:

I remember Kim Richards. I didn’t remember her name but I used to like Escape from Witch Mountain when I was little. I remember she had a distinctive voice or distinct cadence to her voice when she was a child. I wonder if I will still recognize it.

    • Pantry Viewer says:

Oh, yeah, I remember that, too, Mickey, now that you mention it. I didn’t realize I “knew” her until just now when I saw others recognized her name and Googled her. She was in tons of stuff back then!

      • MickeyMouth says:

When I started writing this there was only one comment on the blog, lol. Head colds sucks a$$ I guess some are two young to remember her. I don’t remember ever seeing the turf movie, but I agree she had really pretty hair.

      • 2Stupid says:

Her sister Kyle was also in a bunch of stuff. Most notably the little girl being babysat in Halloween, a classic horror film in my opinion. She was also in Watcher in the Woods, that when I was little scared the you know what out of me. They were both Disney darlings for a while.

        • KellitaM says:

She was on Little House on the Prairie, too, for a while, as one of the orphan children raised by Mr. Edwards and his wife.

        • bravofanfromday1 says:

OMG – Watcher in the Woods was the first really scary movie I saw as a kid. I never realied until now that they were related to the Hilton’s.

Now that I know I will have to start thinking of Paris Hilton as that person who’s aunts were Disney stars in the 70’s.

  18. jezzibel says:

Kelly has tweeted today..just not i her usual manical fashion
kikilet So excited to give 700 to Feeding America from the chairty earring sold at Blue and Cream. Woooooooo
32 minutes ago via Twitter for BlackBerry®
Funny I thought the pigeon feather earrings were going for $1000 dollars a pop, guess she pocketed the $300 to buy more string

  19. SickenedByThis says:

Lynn, another thank you for keeping some light on this. Andy Cohen and the execs at Bravo NEED to see the complete disgust hard working viewers feel about the fraud done by this BRAVO cast member. BRAVO would be nuts to honor Teresa’s demands for roughly 10 times the pay she receives now. What? The world just turned upside down and now we reward cheats!

  20. JenD says:

The reason why Kyle claimed to be a friend of Bethenny’s is because Bethenny was Nicky and Paris hilton’s nanny/baby sitter.
Kyle and Kim are sisters to Kathy Hilton (Niki and Paris’s mother).

  21. They left-out that the $24,000 worth of jewelry was reported missing and weren’t they paid $120,000 by insurance?
Funny that 1601 Maple Avenue Associates LLC is Joe’s biz.-isn’t the pizza place a different Maple Ave. address?
Good stuff, but they really are missing some. Try looking in Morris County. And under Teresa’s maiden name, “Gorga”.

    • kats2 says:

I think they are going to need a shovel and spend a lot of time digging in the backyard to find all the expensive jewerly.

  22. Quincy IL says:

Wow.. if the court documents are true, Teresa comingled the money from her web site boutiques with her personal accounts. Neither paid income taxes for years. They gave the court copies of tax forms that were never filed. Joe just took money out of his companies as he needed funds. No wonder they fell apart.

Does someone know how to contact the IRS?

New Jersey must have someone who wants a few tax dollars from J and T also.

It seems that they perjured themselves repeatedly. So… will we get to watch them go to prison. I pray Bravo will be in the court room and we will get an OJ view of Teresa going down the tube.

In the Reunion, she mentions “my money.” It reminded me of Lynn Curtin getting a check from her bracklets and immediately buying a leather jacket without the considering income taxes on her income. “My money” is only the woman’s money and she doesn’t have to pay taxes or pay the bills of the company with it?

It makes me sick that I have to pay taxes and bills while Teresa is getting her hair and makeup professionally done.

    Please, please IRS….take them away………….

    • Quincy IL says:

This court wants to deny the Guidices the chance for a “fresh start.” What usually happens when people committ perjury like this seems to be?

Is this information just here or is it all over the net? I have to go back to work, but I want to thank Lynn and everyone for one of the best lunches of my life. I love you girls.

      I hate leaving you…

    • 2Stupid says:

The IRS has to be aware since they are the ones that confirmed to the Trustee those returns had not been filed. I hope they are consulting with a good CPA and tax attorney because things are going to get hairy. How many celebrities have had to pay out big time due to tax evasion. I know Nicolas Cage recently had to sell real estate in New Orleans and other places to pay taxes. They probably would have gotten away with most of this and flown under the radar if it wasn’t for the RHNJ. I would say that karma is working as it should.

    • Had Enough! says:

It is apparent that the IRS is already on to them.

If you read all the detail, you will see that Mr. Gorilla was pulling about 54k/month out of that business. Now remember, he had to pay his guys – the guys who hauled all that heavy stone around. He had to pay for the stone. He had to pay rent or mortage (the address was 393 Lexington Ave, Clifton which is one of the properties he oops forgot to list), property taxes, utilities, insurance, worker’s comp, etc. Assuming he paid all that, he still could pull 650k/yr out of that business? Uh huh. Sure.

The allegation has been made that he pocketed the rent from the slum buildings instead of paying the mortgages and other expenses on those buildings (including utilities).

Please someone go to the pizza place and see if Mr. Gorilla is there flipping pies and cleaning the terlit. Oh the money I would pay to see Mrs. T cleaning the terlits in a crappy pizza joint.

      • Blue Sky says:

Had Enough, do you think they will go ahead with the auction to pay off creditors? If they are convicted of fraud, then wouldn’t their assets be seized anyway to pay off creditors? It looks to me like they will have to forfeit everything to pay off their long list of creditors. Justice may be done yet.

        • Had Enough! says:

There is no criminal complaint pending (for perjury, fraud, or anything else) that I know of. So there is nothing to convict them of. But the U.S. Attorney could bring criminal charges if the facts merit doing so and if the U.S. Attorney feels it is important to do so. So many criminals, so little time.

Here’s an excerpt of the statute:

          PART I–CRIMES

Sec. 152. Concealment of assets; false oaths and claims; bribery

          A person who–
          (1) knowingly and fraudulently conceals from a custodian, trustee, marshal, or other officer of the court charged with the control or custody of property, or, in connection with a case under title 11, from creditors or the United States Trustee, any property belonging to the estate of a debtor;
          (2) knowingly and fraudulently makes a false oath or account in or in relation to any case under title 11;
shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.

I am guessing that the auction is again off, because the authority to sell the assets of the estate emanates from the bankruptcy. If the trustee is trying to terminate the bankruptcy proceedings, then they wouldn’t want to take any other action under the bankruptcy until they know if the case is going to be dismissed or not.

          • Just another Jersey Girl says:

Actually, it’s a little more complicated than that – the trustee is not trying to terminate the bankruptcy proceeding at all, he is just trying to block the discharge. And now the US Trustee’s office is also seeking to block the discharge, in its separate lawsuit. The two suits will probably be consolidated and proceed together.

        • Just another Jersey Girl says:

Hi, the auction will go forward, over the Giudices’ objection. That objection was resolved at the court hearing held on August 16. The auction has been rescheduled for October 3.

The bankruptcy case will still go forward. The case trustee will still collect and distribute assets. It’s just that the Giudices may not get their bankruptcy discharge. In that case, for them, the whole bankruptcy would have been for nothing but the little breathing room (time) they got.

          • SickenedByThis says:

            Your legal savvy is great!

Without the bankruptcy discharge…. does that mean that ANY thing of value currently in their possession must be forcibly taken from them? These are crimes that seem certain to result in jail, yes? Or can pseudo-celebrities skate by?

            • Just another Jersey Girl says:

              thanks for the compliment!

they are entitled to keep limited assets, of limited value, just like everyone else that goes through bankruptcy – enough to re-start their lives with moderate clothing, furniture, modest car, etc. Luxury or high value items are often taken and sold, if there is equity in them.

And yes, lying to a bankruptcy court, hiding assets in bankruptcy – these are federal crimes, very serious ones. People go to prison for that. It is up to the US Trustee (who filed the complaint in this blog post), in their judgment, to refer the matter to the US Attorney for criminal action if warranted.

              • Quincy IL says:

I think it’s the lying to the Feds that the Mafia are convicted of when the Feds can’s prove the other crimes. I know Al Capone was convicted of tax evasion and went to prison for that.

They send mothers with babies to fight in Iraq so they can send Teresa to jail for her failure to do her duty and pay taxes.

          • Had Enough! says:

True. I am assuming that the Giudices will move to withdraw the petition. That would be the logical thing to do if you won’t be able to get the discharge and you want to terminate the authority of the trustee to liquidate your assets. Though they would need the court’s permission to do so. It is unlikely that the Court would look kindly on a motion to withdraw under these circumstances. So you are right – they may be stuck at this point. Checkmate.

            • Just another Jersey Girl says:

they can’t. there is no right to withdraw a chapter 7 petition, and certainly not after complaints objecting to their discharge have been filed.

they have a long, painful road ahead of them.

              • Had Enough! says:

Right! Law school was a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away. I left all that many years ago and I shouldn’t rely on my aging memory. Sorry everyone! I got 90% of the way there, but blew the ending. Just Another Jersey Girl is right and thank goodness for that!

              • WindyCityWondering says:

Once you file you can only appeal not withdraw your petition. Maybe, Chap 13 is around the corner since they don’t qualify for Chap 7……

Per Teresa -“Danielle brought something up that had nothing to do with the show. I just told her, ‘Do not bring up my family.’ When she did, it just got heated really fast.”

I don’t remember her “telling” Danielle. That statement makes it almost seem as though she calmly told Danielle don’t bring up my family and Danielle did it anyway and then Teresa reacted. That is not how it played out on my TV.

The source to that article is suspect in my book.

  24. Zipit Zarin says:

I was amazed at the way Chewy talked to the policeman at the Brownstone. You could tell she has no respect whatsoever for the law. So, it’s no surprise this is how she (and her mate) treat the courts also. I just wonder where their monumental hubris comes from.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

And her baby talk voice and claiming not to know what happened when she started it, caused the sampede and was running around in the parking lot!

      • PJ says:

Didn’t Teresa come home after the country club incident and after telling Joe what she did say to Joe something like “did I do good?” It looked to me like she was so proud of herself for starting all the at drama. BTW doesn’t Teresa maintain that Danielle is a liar? If these court documents are true (and Teresa and Joe do have the right to present their side in court, correct?) but these document make it look like Danielle is playing in the minors as far as lying compared to Teresa. These ladies all condemed Danielle for her criminal past but these are criminal offences, and they still support Teresa. Personally don’t see the logic in that. This is serious stuff.

Lynn thank you for the new blog and all the information. I know nothing about how this works legally so very happy and impressed there are people here who can help make sense of it all.

These criminals have gotten away with so much. This is obviously a way of life for them and a process they are familiar with and know how to work. I guess I won’t hold my breath. I think they will get away with it and will be handed their “fresh start”. Hope I’m wrong. . . . It would be interesting to know the background of the judge and see what ties or connections there might be. Maybe the Manzo’s are calling in favors for them. I don’t trust these people at all.

HW BH – I don’t like that there are “trained” actors who will be part of the cast. This whole franchise is moving further and further away from “reality” and at some point you have to wonder to what extent are we (the audience) being played?

    • dumberries says:

I hear ya Kats2. It’s hard to have faith that the Gs won’t get away with this when they’ve suffered so little for so much. There have been few consequences for $11 mil worth of fraud, 2 DUI arrests, failure to pay income tax for 3 years, multiple arrest warrants on Joe… But, doesn’t that seem very odd? Especially 3 years of no income tax on multiple businesses. I own a business and I’ll tell you, the IRS does not miss a thing. Based on no information and just a gut feeling, I think the Gs are under investigation for much bigger crimes, possibly at a Bureau level. It’s impossible to believe that these 2 morons could have ever legitimately earned enough to qualify for the amount of credit they received, even with Joe’s folks kicking in thousands a month and even with with the lax mortgage loan practices a few years back. And, now a pizzeria – give me a break. That’s not a big money maker and totally outside his previous business experience, but also low profile and a perfect front business for other kinds of transactions. This is much bigger than what we know about so far, imo. I’d love to see some real jail time, but not getting my hopes up either…

      • Quincy IL says:

It’s not good to be a slum lord who lets the building fall into disrepair so great that the poor get injuried either. There was a post about a woman who won a judgement against Joe for her injury, but he refuses to pay her.

I was wondering when this was coming! How will Teresa look in stripes, no conditioner for her hair, and no make-up? YIKES!! I knew they were hiding money because that’s the only people that carry a wad of money to pay for thousands of dollars of furniture/clothing and whatnot! Especially in a city like New Jersey! I would like to buy their mattress (I’m sure they are loaded with cash)! They can remove that F350 (250?) Ford truck…it’s totaled!

Look-up Tacky T, Martha Stewart came out smelling like a rose! By the way, whose driving Joe around now-a-days since you are a working all the time??

    • Quincy IL says:

Not really. We all know she went to jail. It must be on the thoughts of everyone who looks in her direction.

    • Just another Jersey Girl says:

love the mattress joke. priceless! make sure you go to the auction on October 3 and see if you can get one. If I can make it there, I’ll try myself!

  28. WindyCityWondering says:

After reading the court document and all the counts brought against them there is
no way that the Guidice’s will be granted the Chap 7 bankruptsy. “I forgot” doesn’t work in court and there are enough counts to take them down. The IRS won’t be far behind and IMO they will also go after the “family members” who have been gifting them….this is the tip of the iceberg they tried to hide!

    • JazzNightOut says:

Can you imagine the “temper tantrum” Teresa is having today?!!

    • alicia says:

Tax issues have brought many mobsters down in the past. The guidiuce family is a IRS dream come true. It easier to convict mobsters on tax fraud than trying to prove out their illegal activities. Auditors live for this type of fraud !

      • Just another Jersey Girl says:

like tax fraud, bankruptcy fraud is also a federal crime. it includes things like lying in your bankruptcy case, hiding debts, hiding assets, that sort of thing. also punishable by prison.

here, it’s possible there may be both bankruptcy and tax fraud… time will tell.

Claims have been made in various documents by the Guidice that they are/have been receiving monetary gifts from relatives on a monthly basis in the varying amounts of $10,000, $5,000, and $3,000 – who is paying the taxes on these “gifts” and are these relatives truly that wealthy that they can afford to be doing this??

Are there any ?s I should ask him in reference to T & J ?

    • kk says:

T- they received an insurance claim on jewelry that she later claimed to be fake.

Also, T & J have that house in Italy that they don’t have listed above.

      • Had Enough! says:

Hold on ladies. Let’s not make statements we can’t back up. As I understand it, she said all the craptastic shit she wears NOW is paste because the good stuff was (cough cough) stolen. And we have no idea who actually owns that house in Italy. Could be her parents or other family members and she was just talking shit.

        • Quincy IL says:

She does embellish and deny truths. We really can’t trust Teresa at all.

          • WindyCityWondering says:

my question posted above this thread. sorry! so again, where did all the gifted monthly monies actually come from and were they taxed accordingly?

            • Quincy IL says:

Surely, Teresa’s brother wouldn’t help her if his wife doesn’t like Teresa. No one in the family has that kind of money.

            • Maxine49 says:

HI, Windy, gifts to family members, if they fall below a certain threshold amount, are not taxable to the donor. Gifts are never taxable to the recipient.

        • kk says:

The jewelry claim thing is from a blog (don’t remember which) that had a copy of the statements in bk court that the jewelry must have over appraised the jewelry for their insurance claim. I’ll see if I can find the article.

The house in Italy that she claimed to own was during the RHONJ show on camera.

Since they hid other homes why not Italy. Even if it is co-owned with other people or time share or inherited property it is still an asset.

I’ll try and find the article. 🙂

          • kk says:

Found a copy of the article:

This is the Quote from the records, I mean:
Please the whole excerpt, the stealing from insurance company is at the bottom.

Radar obtained a transcript of Teresa’s court hearing in February 2010. Dayum, Radar is the new TMZ, baby! Teresa said, “My jewelry got stolen a couple years ago at our house in Lincoln Park…we had a break-in. So unfortunately, a lot of – all my jewelry got stolen there.”

As far as the jewelry Teresa is seen in now? She says “It’s all costume jewelry… and if you look at what I wear, it’s all costume jewelry.” When asked how much the insurance company paid her for the loss, she said, “like 20?… yeah.”

“You had a claim here much greater. It was like 120,000,” the trustee lawyer probed. “Well, I mean, you know, when you get estimates from jewelers, they always put it for more than what it is,” Teresa said.

Friday before a 3-day weekend. No one around. No e-mail coming in, no phone calls. I think I am the only one working right now. Time to knock off, especially since I will be working all weekend. To amuse myself, I am going to have a little chit-chat with the Sasquatch by interspersing responses to her latest blog entry.

(Sasquatch) I was invited by Appleton Rum to be one of their judges of the Appleton Estate Reserve Bartender’s Challenge. New York City is known for its fantastic nightlife and I’m always excited to try the latest cocktails.

**Even though you have claimed repeatedly that you don’t drink, you stupid cow?
Oh, and Ms. Writer and Editor? That would be Bartenders’ Challenge. It is a challenge belonging to many bartenders, therefore it is a plural possessive and the apostrophe follows the “s.” And as long as I’m add it, let’s lose the extraneous words and let’s use the active voice, shall we?. Try “Appleton Rum invited me to judge the Appleton Reserve…**

    The bartender’s

**Again. Only one bartender? Must be a pretty easy challenge for him to win.”

challenge is a fun idea Appleton developed to celebrate cocktail making. These are some of the country’s most talented mixologists and I can’t wait to see the new recipes they come up with! Appleton is the rum that needs nothing.

**So then why have a contest to see who can throw the most glop in with the rum?**

It makes a Dark and Stormy smokin’ delicious. And all those delicious Tiki drinks are made with rum.

One of my favorite Bahamian drinks that you can only get in Nassau is a “Rumdum.’ Delicious and deadly.

**Why? Don’t we have applejack and lime juice in the U.S.? And it is actually Lyford Cay, New Providence, not Nassau.**

    So, why skimp.

**Ahem. Ms. Author/Editor, let’s make that “So why skimp?” Questions are followed by a question mark and there is no reason for that comma.”

Make all your cocktails with the best alcohol your bartender has. For 260 years, Appleton Estate has been perfecting the art of rum making – since 1749. Appleton Estate rums are estate distilled and estate produced — Jamaican Rum. Appleton Estate rums are small batch copper pot distillation. Appleton Estate rums are masterfully blended. Appleton Estate rums are hand-crafted, premium blended and aged in the finest quality oak so you are probably think? So, what?

**How many did you down before typing “so you are probably think? So, what?”**

Well, I got the chance to meet the hottest and most talented bartenders the USA has to offer and drink all sorts of delicious Rum drinks.

**No cap on rum in this sentence. It is not being used as a proper noun.”

Here’s what happened. Participants were challenged to create an original Appleton Estate Reserve cocktail with a harmony of ingredients inspired by their favorite published song. Each Appleton Estate Reserve cocktail was judged not only on taste and originality but, presentation, creativity and inspiration from song to cocktail.

**Word “also” missing after but. And actually you aren’t contrasting different things (not only…but something different) so “and” would be better than “but.” And let’s make this a positive statement. “Each Appleton Reserve cocktail was judged on taste, orginality, presentation, creativity, and inspiration from song to cocktail.”**

The regional challenges took place in four U.S. Markets:

**Markets is not used as a proper noun here. No cap.**

New York, Boston, San Francisco, and Miami. With the successful completion of the Regional Remixology Bartender Challenges, Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum is pleased to host the finals of the Appleton Estate Reserve “Remixology” Bartender Challenge in New York City on August 31st. Finalists from each market are competing in New York with aspirations to be crowned champion. Judges, Willy Shine , Aisha Sharpe, Contemporary Cocktails, Andy Seymour, founder of Liquid Production, Dushan Zaric , owner Chef of Macao Trading Co., along with guest judge, me, Kelly Killoren Bensimon of The Real Housewives of New York City.

**This isn’t a sentence. There is no verb. It is just a list of names. There should be something after judges. Maybe “Judges will include…?” And the list is a complete mess. Let’s try this. “Judges will include noted mixologists Willy Shine and Aisha Sharpe from Contemporary Cocktails, Dushan Zaric, the chef and owner of Macao Trading Company, and some leathery, brainless freakazoid. Yes! Me. The amazing Kelly Killoren Never-been-nobody from the Real Housewives of New York City.”

The judges will decide which challenger will win a trip to Jamaica, October 20th – 26th, to represent the United States in the Bartenders Challenge Global Showcase . Appleton Estate Reserve is to be mixed into different drinks. They are timed, judged by creativity, originality, and tested on rum knowledge.

**I think you mean “They WILL BE timed, judged by creativity and originality, and tested on rum knowledge.”

You write like you ride, lady. Dilettante. Go look it up. No. Wait. I will save you the trouble: A person who claims an area of interest, such as the arts, without real commitment or knowledge.

    • U.R. Gobbidge says:

I would cross a continent on foot without shoes to get to a television in time to hear Caroline experience her epiphany, wherein she decries “Theresa, YOU are gobbidge.”

  33. Anyone notice that Teresa even lied about her salary? The revised amount is almost $8 grand an episode, for last season. The amount that they owe went up also.
So-looking-around the www, the most interesting thing to me is that someone posted the idea that Teresa’s little niece is also in show-biz, and is actually talented. That would be one more reason for Teresa to be jealous of Melissa. Oh-and the photos of Melissa’s home vs. Teresa’s are a don’t miss. (link upthread)
I don’t see any way out for Teresa & Joe unless they pack-up and go back to Italy.
Even if she gets a raise and stays on for season III, she’s looking at a world of trouble & bills. I’m pretty sure that her bank acounts can be seized, and Bravo doesn’t pay in cash the last time that I checked.

    • dumberries says:

I think the document said almost $8k per month, not per episode. They get paid when the episode is filmed, not when it is aired. So they might have filmed 25 or so episodes in calendar year 2009.

Does anyone know what will happen to Teresa now with the perjury charges ? Can they take her house? I thought it was interesting that when asked on the reunion show if her house could be foreclosed on she did not respond in her usual firm NO.

    • Quincy IL says:

I suspect that Teresa and Joe will be paying off the debtors for the rest of their lives. The government will not allow them to wipe the slate and start fresh. Plus, the IRS doesn’t care if Teresa is a star. They want their money and penalties.

All of the housewives have to pay lawyers, hair and makeup assisstants, drivers for the limosines, fashion stylists and assistants. The just don’t make enough to warrant these expenses.

  37. Minnie says:

First time here; some great info on court case, etc. Keep wondering if sometime jewelers will come out of the woodwork and comment or be called into court.

  38. New York Housewife says:

I just found out some other juicy tidbits about Teresa’s sister in law and new housewife. I read that she is also in or just about in bankruptcy. Not sure if this is true but have read many commentors stating that her husband owes many people thousands of dollars. I am sure all the facts will be coming out shortly.

    • OneMoreinBoston says:

      and so it begins…

    • Quincy IL says:

Her brother is in real estate. It seems that Bravo likes to hire the wives of people on their way down.

      • WindyCityWondering says:

Yesterday someone said that Juicy’s brother had the largest bankruptsy case in Morris County…..it is a pattern! Forget about school, you can get rich ripping all kinds of people off!

      • twoile says:

With Bravos track record of late who on the way up would consider joining any hw show?

    • Quincy IL says:

How much does a huge yellow saffire cost? I have never seen one that nice in our local jewelry stores.

    • Rabble Rouser says:

I would beleive it- as a matter of fact I was going to comment that I suspected it before I read your post. Look at the last add on to the OC cast, it was all just smoke and mirrors, liars, crooks and thieves.

I think this is just a nice cash grab for people who are just like the millions of other responsible people who brought the economy down with buying homes they can’t afford hoping they would go up in value so they could pull money out of it then do it again and again as long as the market supported it with really only having minimum equity in their home. Then when the market crashes they are upside down more than their original mortgage.

      • Zoey says:

It’s hard for me to believe that she would be happy with a $1-2000 ring. That seems like chump change when you think about what she spends every day. With all the begging she did for a nice 10th anniversary present, something doesn’t add up…

  39. Adgirl says:

Grifters!! They need to get a jail cell next to the Curtins, They can have their pity parties there.

    • Cheri says:

Can anyone tell me why Lynn is not on the show thus season. Just wondering

      • Quincy IL says:

If Danielle is off because she didnt’ pay Bravo their percentage of income off of the book or sex tape, then perhaps Lynn didn’t pay on the cuffs.

  40. Someone may have already brought this up, but maybe Bravo is already starting to film season 3 of NJ so the cameras can be around during the bankruptcy complaint proceedings and anything that follows that and the possible upcoming auction. 🙂

Great info Lynn. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re brought up on perjury charges. Martha didn’t get away with perjury after all and her name is a zillion times more well known.

One particular thing I noticed (and remember after all that info! LOL!) was that they’re saying that most of the moneys deposited in Teresa’s Fabuwhatever bank account was believed to be from sources other than sales of the stuff of that website? Does that sound like money laundering?

    118. In addition, upon information and belief, most of the $106,819.90
deposited into TG Fabulicious, LLC’s Lakeland Bank pre-petition was received by the Defendant wife in her personal capacity, and was not derived from the sales of TG Fabulicious merchandise.

    • Adgirl says:

That’s because nobody buys her fabushit.

      Maybe it’s illict pizza money.

    • babelony says:

I was thinking the same thing. They want to catch the shit hitting the “proverbial” fan (so to speak). It will be interesting to see how Caroline reacts when this happens. It’s also been rumoried that Dina wants to come back.

  41. Lynn, by the way, I LOVE how you called out Mary! 😛

    • OneMoreinBoston says:

yes- thank you for all the former and present makeup artists who had to and have to kiss women like Mary’s ass over whether or not that pink lipstick is really just the right pink lipstick after all.

    • Quincy IL says:

Mary seems to think that the working class are want to be social climbers. I think she looks down on people because her grandfather was a success. I don’t think I’d want her as a friend.

  42. Had Enough! says:

Please, everyone – read upthread for the comments by Just Another Jersey Girl. She is right and I am wrong. The U.S. trustee is not trying to end the bankruptcy case. She is trying to deny M/M Gorilla discharge. That means everything that is not exempt can be liquidated to pay creditors, but M/M Gorilla will still owe the balances (which will be most of it because their craptastic crap has very little value). And then the creditors can come after everything – property, houses, businesses, income, the works.

Thanks, JAJG, for catching a whopper!

  43. boston02127 says:

Great blog Lynn. So much info. Thanks for all the break downs everyone.

    • Quincy IL says:

Great blog. I haven’t had time to look around the net. I did a really quick search and I think Lynn and her special friends broke the story.

I felt like there was a whirl wind and I was happy to be swept up in it. LOL.

I’d love to be a fly on the wall at Danielle’s tonight.

      • boston02127 says:

        @Quincy IL–Party at Danielle’s house tonight.

        • Quincy IL says:

          Can we all crash?

          • dumberries says:

Party at Danielle’s – sounds fun! Be forewarned, there will probably be a secret videocam taping from atop a bookshelf or something – so behave..

            • Quincy IL says:

or don’t behave and become a star.

              • dumberries says:

Lol!!! I think you and I are of like minds when it comes to stardom Quincy. I don’t know why anyone would want it. Money, sure. Stardom, no thanks…

              • Quincy IL says:

I pay attention to money and cost of living. I don’t think Joe and Teresa could afford that house on his 500,000 a year income. Half of that would go to taxes. I don’t think you have limosines and all of their designer clothes on that amount per year while living in a mansion. It just isn’t possible.

  44. Had Enough! says:

    WSL – missing you!

    • Quincy IL says:

Surely, they have the internet in NC. I am going to California. I take my computer. Starbucks has wifi.

  45. JazzNightOut says:

The Giudices’ attorney is moving toward a private vs. a public auction IF this is correct.

    • Had Enough! says:

You are reading it right, but not right enough. Between the lines: some family member is going to buy it all and give it back to them.

WSL – tell the trustee to fight this tooth-and-nail. The mere notoriety of the owners is likely to drive the prices up at public auction.

      • JazzNightOut says:

Agree, this a way for them to keep their belongings. The use of the word “we” from G’s attorney makes it sound like the trustee agrees. Don’t know if that is true!

      • JazzNightOut says:

“The mere notoriety of the owners is likely to drive the prices up at public auction.”

Laura is willing to pay top dollar for those Gucci glasses.

      • WindyCityWondering says:

The Guidices want their stuff and have someone lined up to pay for it with some of that stashed funny money and then turn around and sell it back to them for a dollar. They are trying to control the sale and they can’t do that in an auction setting unless they are willing to outspend/overspend for their junk!

        • Sha2000 says:

I don’t think some relative is inline to buy them their stuff…then they would have helped before it got to this point. No I think they are just trying to avoid further embarrassment of a public auction & people like Kim showing up w/maybe media.

    • flippy says:

Just a possibility but…..I’m a bankruptcy attorney and the “private sale” could easily be the Guidices offering a sum of money to the Trustee to “buy back” the Trustee’s interest in their personal belongings. I have this happen regularly in my Chapter 7 cases where the debtors owes an asset that is not protected by an exemption and the Trustee wishes to have the asset liquidated. The Trustee can instead reach an agreement to allow the debtor to buy back the asset. Generally the Trustee will only agree if the debtor is willing to pay fair market value for the asset.

  46. JazzNightOut says:

Still nothing on Google News search re: US Trustee’s filing.

  47. boston02127 says:

@JazzNightOut—Luv that link you posted (WhoCelebsTweet) I may have found a new disturbing hobby. 🙂

  48. TrillianAlice says:

Thank you Lynn, my mind is whirling with all the new information.

Also, thank you everyone else, I love all the information I learn here.

  49. babelony says:

A question for Had Enough or JAJG:

What about the trips and other perks Bravo has provided, are the HW’s required to pay tax on those?

    • Quincy IL says:

The charity aspect of their parties bothers me. Do you think we could find out how much money Danielle raised for the charity birthday party? I’d love to see the numbers on that.

      • babelony says:

Yes, it seems like such an easy scam–charities. Wasn’t there a problem with Ladybug too, not being registered or something?

    • Had Enough! says:

Not if it was travel required for the job. When I travel for my job, my employer pays for my airfare, hotel, food, etc. and it is not considered income to me. Not a fringe benefit.

      Here: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-tege/fringe_benefit_fslg.pdf

      • babelony says:

I’m talking about their trip to Italy, not their own travel expenses. Would they have to pay a gift tax, or maybe regular income tax on that?

        • Had Enough! says:

If I understand it correctly, the entire trip was arranged and paid for by Bravo. It was a Bravo set-up. In other words, it isn’t like they decided to go to Italy and Bravo (actually, the production company) just happened to tag along. I could be wrong. Maybe it was their trip and Bravo just decided to take advantage of it. In that case, I don’t really know.

  50. JazzNightOut says:

Altho this is from July of this year, it explains some of what was filed last night from WSL’s friend, the bankruptcy trustee’s point of view.

    • Had Enough! says:

Right. That’s the trustee for the bankrupt estate. The filing yesterday was by the U.S. Trustee, i.e., the GUBMINT lawyer! Part of the Department of Justice:

Specific responsibilities of the United States Trustees include:

      Taking legal action to enforce the requirements of the Bankruptcy Code and to prevent fraud and abuse;

      Referring matters for investigation and criminal prosecution when appropriate;

This is stuff that the trustee for the bankrupt estate can’t do.

As Just Another New Jersey Girl said, the two cases will almost certainly be consolidated (sort of like merged).

  51. boston02127 says:

What’s up with Kelly? No tweets all day. Did Earl sweep her gargantuan body out to sea?

    • Had Enough! says:

For some reason, her tweets are only showing up on her blog.

    • jezzibel says:

thats weird I’ve been getting her tweets all day..she’s just not tweeting every 5 minutes like she normally does

    • Zoey says:

Did you guys see one of her Utube videos where she was redecorating her apt and she talks about the difference between having things vs objects? Don’t want to post it if it’s old news, but I just saw it a few days ago. It’s painful to watch her try to think.

  52. WindyCityWondering says:

Interesting day……the Guidices are caught yet again in their lying scam/bankruptsy. Teresa’s arch rival SIL could be the newest housewife in New Jersey. Jill and Kelly may only be part time on RHONY.
    Justice may be blind.
    Patience is a virtue.
Bravo may be have more savvy than we give them credit for.
And Karma is a bigger bitch than any of us combined!

  53. Had Enough! says:

Oh wait. They are back up. She didn’t start until after 9 a.m. Guess it took her a while to sleep it off.

    • momsthoughts says:

Forgive my ignorance, but can someone help me with the difference between bankruptcy chap 7. 11, 13, etc…..

I pay for all my belongings, I have no idea about bankruptcy! lol.

You guys really know your bankruptcy law! impressive 🙂 Thanks for the help.

      • Dani says:

Chapter 7 is when debts are dismissed through the bankruptcy (personal), chapter 13 is a repayment plan to creditors (personal) and chapter 11 is bankruptcy for buiness’.

  54. sydney says:

How about the part where they should have disclosed all CASH expenditures OVER $750. Remember Teresea’s furniture shopping in Season 1 where she was paying with a stack of 100’s. Bet the trustee, and the IRS, would love to know about that little shopping expedition.

  55. Jennifer says:

Whoa! the SIL hates Teresa – read alll the way

also I thought the docs said her Bravo income was 3,333a month?

    • Upper WestSide Dude says:

OMG! What in the hell is with these women affixing bows to the heads of their children? They look like circus acts.

      • lillybee says:

Even mama Duggar does the bows on baby girls, Even on her micro premie.
I don’t understand, they look so uncomfortable.

      • dumberries says:

I have 2 sisters; one a year older than me and one a year younger than me. In every single picture of us until I was 6, we all have matching outfits and big giant bows on our tiny little heads. Gawd awful!! My mom was foxy and kinda immature; she loved us, but she did seem to treat us like dolls until we got old enough to protest. Maybe these women are kinda like my mom (though they are much older than my mom when she had us…).

      • WindyCityWondering says:

it looks really stupid on the baby but gotta agree it is distracting on any age. maybe all this headgear has damaged their brains and that is why they all act like they do

        • dumberries says:

Hey Windy – maybe that explains my quirks! I can blame my mom and use the “head bow” defense. Lol…

      • Quincy IL says:

I read all of the comments. Teresa is so rude that she threw out cookies brought over by a pregnant sister in law and actually told her that she threw them out.

This is going to be a war.

The sister in law has a better figure than Teresa at this time also. Her face isn’t gorgeous, but I’m sure the Bravo makeup people are working non stop on that right now.

        • vilzvet says:

Wow that was chock full of inside info! There is NO love lost between the in-laws! I really want this chick on the show, and their kids are very cute. The Facebook postings were hysterical.

      • Rabble Rouser says:

Is it just me or did SIL seem to have found Teresa’s missing forehead- because she has enough for two of them.

    • Scorpiosue1102 says:

So freakin’ rude. Completely classless. Even if you don’t like something you take it with a smile on your face.

      • Noelle says:

I believe that this SIL is the true thorn in T’s side and I for one love it! If SIL is on next season….I have a feeling that outcome will make T look tame this season! “Ain’t I nice?..” Pfft!

    • Zoey says:

Couldn’t this all be a set up you guys? Making us think there is a big rivalry and hatred between these two?

      • flippy says:

I agree Zoey. I’m really starting to think back to the real reality tv back in the day…….wrestling. Methinks the HWs shows are really starting to resemble the WWF and we all know how real that is. Still, though, it sure is fun getting worked up and trashing all these wannabees.

I have to tell ya, I really expected this new to be all over the web by now. Why does it seem like this group are the only one who care that they were busted in all of their lies?

    • dumberries says:

Maybe Teresa knew this was coming by week’s end. Seems like yesterday she was all over the internet refuting cheating and baby rumors, talking about Danielle… Intentional diversion possibly?

    • WindyCityWondering says:

it will be in the news in a week or two – this isn’t the most earth shattering item to the general www population. Today AOL has the sugar on the side rumor with T blaming D for it. And if you google T you get the bankruptsy articles.

    • Just another Jersey Girl says:

nah, the complaint was filed last night and today being the Friday of a holiday weekend, people are away or are not paying attention. it’ll take a few days to catch up and of course months (at least) for the bankruptcy to be resolved. I suspect that if we are patient, more juicy news will be on the way!

      • vilzvet says:

Teresa is in Vegas for a book signing, probably with a huge smile plastered on her face, so she did escape somewhat.

      • Noelle says:

You’re right, that and T is just not that big of a star…a lot more care less then care.

  58. momsthoughts says:

I bet juicy joe is good and pissed by now – he had a good cash scam going….it was all working out fine and TREE had to go get this stupid tv gig for 3k a month….ruined everything!

    • dumberries says:

Wouldn’t be surprised if he just disappears sometime in the near future. I think he’s in a lot of trouble here (beyond just the bankruptcy perjury) and there’s no easy way out. Imo, he’s not the type to face the music if he has any choice in the matter… He can’t blame Teresa completely; he should have never agreed to the show. They both vastly overestimated their ability to fool the public…

      • WindyCityWondering says:

Totally agree – they thought they could get away with their “careers of commandering other people’s money” and the show just put alittle too much light on their lifestyle. Looks like both of them are in a fair amount of trouble. Betting they thought they could declare bankruptsy and then use Teresa’s Bravo/cookbook/online store to tide them over while Joe rebuilt his “contractor business”.

      • Quincy IL says:

Joe is a citizen of Italy. I think he could go back there and take the family with him. America will be free again.

      • Zoey says:

Remember when Joe was in some dungeon room of their McMansion talking to Chris (I think it was) about what to get Hairy-T for the anniversary, and he said the money was not flowing anymore, just trickling. I keep wondering what he meant by that. Where did it flow from that is now trickling? What changed?

I mean, I know they are in a lot of debt, but do we know if anything changed in their income? Seems like a piece of the criminal puzzle is missing.

  59. Wall St Lady says:

I have retired for the evening & as always will read all up line posts.
    Wow what an exciting day.
Cheers to have enough. She slam dunked the press !

  60. sydney says:

So is the $10,000 they claim to receive monthly from “family members” actually the income from businesses they tried hiding from the BK court? Truly I can’t imagine family coughing up 1o grand every month….. for a one time incident yes, but NOT every friggin month while they continue to flaunt their “lifestyle” (which we all know is faux).

  61. boston02127 says:

Just when you think you’re out -nope they suck you right back in! I HAVE to watch now!

I like the SIL just for the plain fact that Theresa doesn’t. Sorta like a fan by default LOL

p.s. luv you guys! how amazing is this blog? it almost looks like Lynn and her guests here ARE the show!

    • Noelle says:

ITA. I thought I was done for good too, but bring on the SIL and suddenly find myself back on board!
“…fan by default.” lmao.. Let the chain yanking of Teresa begin!! Karma, ain’t she nice!?!! Bawaaaaaaahaha

    • Zoey says:

      Yeah, we’re a spin-off!

  63. Wall St Lady says:

I keep wondering about the $10 000 /mo Fam contribution ; I think it is meant to reinforce the lie that he is so income poor so he needs family $$ help.

    • Quincy IL says:

The family member may be in trouble. I read that the gift giver has to pay taxes on gifts over a certain amount. So the person giving J and T might have to talk to the tax man too.

      • WindyCityWondering says:

That’s what I am curious about too – are Joe’s parents wealthy or is it a matter of Joe stashing coffee cans full of cash in his father’s garage?

        • dumberries says:

I don’t think there ever were any family contributions. I think it was just an excuse for having enough money to buy all their crap without having claimed individual income to be taxed or attached. I also don’t think TG Fabulicious was ever meant as a legitimate business that was promoted, staffed, etc.. It was set up as a place to deposit cash that could then be spent just as quickly. If they’d filed income tax returns on that business, they would have owed next to nothing because they would have declared all the personal spending as business expenses and there would be little net income. That was the plan, imo. They were disorganized and desperate to avoid liquid assets being attached by creditors and the businesses they owed before they could spend it. By the time they decided to file for BK, they were into deep and had to decide whether to file transparently fraudulent tax returns on TG Fab and the neglected properties, or not declare them at all and later claim ignorance if they were discovered. Two bad options, they picked the latter. Just my theory. They’re so screwed…

  64. lillybee says:

I am curious as to where does the money in Tree’s separate bank account come from.

  65. boston02127 says:

According to a July 21, 2006 article in The Herald News, which covers Passaic County, Giuseppe coughed up $57,000 for two vacant lots in a rundown section of Paterson, NJ as part of the city’s Redevelopment Plan.

But things went awry when contractors stopped showing up to build the houses — leaving them partially constructed.

Neighbors described the two houses as “crack houses, outhouses and flophouses for users, squatters and hookers.”

    From the NYPost

    • Quincy IL says:

      Teresa should be proud.

I bet no one got paid so they decided not to work for Joe.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

So Joe was paid by the city to help with the redevelopment via a grant and he just pocketed the money, stifted his workers and walked away after a minimal amount of work on the houses?

  66. Zipit Zarin says:

Someone should tweet the “breaking news” to TMZ. 😀

Great blog once again Lynn. You and everyone who comments here have to be among the most intelligent, nice and funny people on the web. I so enjoy coming here.

I sure wouldn’t want to be in T’s shoes right now. I’m sure they thought they could outsmart everybody and walk away clean. To think that someday when her girls are teens and they Google their name all this is going to jump right out at them is disgusting. I can see why she didn’t want her sil to be a HW, she didn’t want us to know that she was the poor one of the family. I think she’s so jealous of her brother and his wife that it’s killing her. Not only is their home bigger and better, Melissa is better looking as well. At least Melissa has a forehead 🙂

    • Zoey says:

Can’t wait to see what Hairy-T looks like without make-up when she goes to jail. We won’t recognize her!
Nah, I doubt she’ll actually go to jail, but if she did imagine with no make-up, no hairspray, and no electrolysis! Werewolf woman is born.

Also, I doubt her hair is actually naturally that dark/black. I saw pics of her as a kid and Gia looks just like her, so maybe she dyes it to be darker, which I don’t think is flattering but rather harsh.

  71. Dawn says:

I’m speculating, but I think that D is leaving the show on her own accord. I think her ex-hubby basically paid her off to have the girls live with him and have her give up the show for a boat load of money so that she can start over somewhere (NYC perhaps?). I don’t know why, but I just have a feeling that the dealings with her ex-husband are figuring more prominently in her life at the moment than the RHONJ. Anyone else think so or is my tin foil hat on too tight? 🙂

Not a lawyer, but I expect the next step for the Grifters will be accusing their accountant of malpractice, their attorney of “inadequate representation,” etc. If they do dismiss their bankruptcy attorney (or if he walks), does this buy them more time? How long could things be strung out in this manner? Seems like it happens all the time in litigation–are we looking at years of due process?

    • WindyCityWondering says:

time is what they have left – answer on the last possible day, appeals, change attorneys – eventually is will be over…..they thought they could stash things away for after the fresh start but now they will likely be looking at garnished wages, no credit, no mortgage – a very unfabulous life

  80. ShelleyT says:

I found this on DList tonight:

If you are a little on the chubby side and lose some weight, good for you! But don’t go around lying about how you did it. This TV girl claims to have lost weight through discipline and portion control. Seems like she forgot to mention the part where she had lap band surgery. Which, incidentally, is exactly the same surgery her husband had to lose weight. We really shouldn’t be so surprised that she is lying about this. After all, her family has a way of shaving the truth on everything. Oh, and if f she still needs to lose a tiny bit more weight, she really should consider the trunk diet. It’s where you are bound and gagged and placed naked in the trunk of a car for a few days until you lose weight or die. Whichever comes first. (Blind Gossip)

Caroline “Shave My Face” Manzo from The Real Housewives of New Jersey? Danielle better reveal this on the second part of the reunion by pulling out a ball of Caroline’s old excess skin (which probably looks exactly like Grandma Wrinkles).

    • Sha2000 says:

I doubt it, she was never big enough for lap-band. poor thing just looked bigger because the others are taller & thinner. That said I’m sure she got help; some of us noticed that she had what looked like a bottle from medi-weightloss clinic…she more than likely went that route. Whatever works & is safe right?

      • Sha2000 says:

        I forgot to add

        on her kitchen counter.

        • I think that trunk comment was uncalled-for.
Its not like the Manzos did that to someone-it was done to someone in their family.
I’m not an unconditional Caroline supporter–the word, “shaved” was a good clue, and they could have put some cute ones, but personally I have the opinion that “tiny” Manzo could have been offed for refusing an offer that he shouldn’t have refused, or that he refused to pay tribute, or some other non-action–I could be wrong, but aside from being whacked Mob-style, and having and old school Mob nickname, and being Italian, I haven’t seen any evidence that he was connected.
I noticed in the car-wash/strip-club episode, Albert was far more friendly & warm to the Indian car wash guy than the seedy strip-club owner. He was polite about the strip club, but that was it.
I wouldn’t put it past his dad, who would be “tiny” Manzo, to be the same kind of businessman who tried to avoid any sleeze?
Unlike Danny Provenzano, who served time for racketeering & has the Mob pedigree.

          • Rabble Rouser says:

While anyone can choose what to beleive and not to beleive- every single news account related to Tiny’s death claims he was accused of skimming from the mob. Just because he might not have been a ‘made man’ doesn’t mean he was innocent.

While I agree, I don’t think Albert (Caroline’s hubby) is involved if what Danielle says is true that they have friends under ‘federal indictment’ the probably aren’t just hanging out with the pillars of the community.

            • Good point about the crooked politician!
And we’ve seen them use their “pull” on the show, they don’t mind playing with the dirty politicians.
Skimming from the mob, means not giving them money. If it was their money he (Tiny), was skimming, then he was in it, if it was his own then he was trying to avoid them.

              • Rabble Rouser says:

It was skimming from a mob casino-I read a few articles about it and one suggested that Tiny and his ‘partner’ opened their own illegal casino and wouldn’t shut it down after they were told to.

          • Sha2000 says:

Somehow I missed that comment. I agree HWH, it was uncalled-for.

      • Rabble Rouser says:

I agree, she was never big enough for lapband.

    • Zipit Zarin says:

      HAHA Carolyn’s mafia name snort

  81. ShelleyT says:

Lap-Band is suggested for people who have to lose a lot of weight. On the first show of the season, Caroline went shopping with Albert to buy him new clothes (since he lost so much weight). Perhaps she was struggling to lose weight and found a doctor to do the same procedure on her. She is definitely much smaller than she was at the beginning of the season. These are all rumors, of course. But all the hints point to her. It is on a lot of gossip sites today as a blind item.

  82. NMhousewife says:

I would watch NJ again if Teresa’s sister-in-law really is part of the show just to see how these 2 would deal with each other. I bet the sis-in-law could give some pretty interesting personal tidbits that I’m sure T would hate to have revealed.

I am bored with the DC ladies already, nothing to say about this really. Can’t wait until it is over.

I am looking forward to Beverly Hills mainly because of the Richard sisters. Lynn, you mention you haven’t heard of them before acting-wise, but I remember them and actually liked them as child actors. The blond Kim did the Disney Witch Mountain movies (that is the most memorable thing I can think of) and I saw a movie in the 70s when she was a teenager with James Spader, nothing else I can recall seeing. Kyle I remember from Little House on the Prairie; she was the stepdaughter of Mr. Edwards, and I also remember a sitcom on cable about some angel coming to earth to be a housecleaner for a family, and she played the daughter (great premise, huh?). She also played a regular nurse on ER for quite a few years of that show’s run. I am really dating myself….

I saw a bit of the preview where it seems these 2 have some major issues with each other and other ladies, so I am a little disappointed as I was hoping for better things with them, but will definitely watch.

I haven’t gotten around to reading all the comments yet, so forgive me if I am repeating information already mentioned.

    • I think we need Kim G. along with the sister in law to really keep Teresa on her toes. The other wives are already “thick-as-theives” with her, and her SIL is family.

We should all send Bravo a huge thank you ..were it it not for this train wreck RHNJ these grifters likely would have continued merrily skipping along their crooked path

  86. Olivia says:

What the hell is Bravo thinking? Seriously? They are now going to add yet another member of that infamous family to the cast for what purpose? From what little I have read regarding the sister in law her finances are under scrutiny as well.

They “hate” each other and this is supposed to gain an audience to see which one gets the upper hand each week? Ridiculous!

And just what does this brother do for a living that allows him to live like a king in another over the top mansion loaded with piles of crap that is on display for us to envy? Someone mentioned that he is in real estate. From my reading of the news this is one market that has been totally hit by the economic downturn to such a degree that foreclosures have never been as high since the Depression and not one indicator is showing that this will change much in the next two years at least.

What is wrong with that entire family that they are willing to shed their self esteem and land a show whose sole purpose is to expose them for their financial shenanigans and their propensity for violence? This is entertainment?

Shady people with questionable sources of income should not be held up to the public and called “stars”. Don’t mean to moralize but I have had enough of this outrageous display of programming showcasing idiots.

    • vilzvet says:

If anything bringing on the SIL is going to further rip the family apart. Not sure how close T is to her brother…that is definitely a recent family pic we saw and they all look like The Waltons in it, but who knows? We read Melissa’s FB postings and they are NOT pleasant and they are quite revealing.

      • Olivia says:

These are Bravo’s offerings. Two members of the cast of BH are warring sisters who apparently don’t like one another so why not throw in another “storyline” that matches this one?

We had the “best friends” feud with Jill and Bethenny followed by the “let’s all hate on Danielle” with the NJ outing and DC offers “everybody hates the Salahi’s” as proof that as far as creativity goes there seems to be a limit. Give Teresa someone to “hate on” and the “story” unfolds.

Just follow the same outline for all franchises and throw in a bevy of bleached, Botoxed, breast enhanced bimbos and lo and behold, “drama” ensues.

Just reading net. Dina has an article complaining that Danielle crossed the line by bringing up Dina’s child. However, Jacqueline brought up Danielle’s husband’s opinion of Danielle’s parenting and the Staub children crying in the nurse’s office. Those happen off of the show. The Manzos brought up the book and bad behavior of Danielle 25 years ago. Jacqueline and T met with Danielle’s first husband for dinner and have been involved in the civil suits from the first husband and Steve, the boyfriend. I think Danielle brings up something and the group smacks her down. They do the same and they support each other. I don’t like sociopathic Danielle, but how do to deal with that group?

    • dumberries says:

      Huge hypocrites.
Also don’t understand why it’s okay to make a big deal about Danielle not immediately acknowledging Jac’s giving birth, but not okay for Danielle to question whether Teresa immediately acknowledged the birth of her nephew. It seems like a sensible response to me…

      • Rabble Rouser says:

The whole thing with the birth of Nicholas was so dumb- Danielle already addressed the fact that she didn’t say anything because Jac already cautioned her in the media not to talk about her or the baby- then months and months after the fact when they are sending each other a few cordial txt messages- she wants to be congratulated? The ship already sailed…get over it Jac-ass.

    • Karen says:

I can’t believe they had dinner with Danielle’s ex and posed for pictures with him. According to the article even Albie was there. Unbelievable.

    • Had Enough! says:

Well now we know just how bargain basement Playboy has become.

When Sasquatch posed (what 18 years ago, except for the cover, which had a large piece of fabric covering her deformed torso) I thought to myself that Playboy had really sunk to the bottom. They are publishing only 10 issues per year, Playboy Enterprises is up for sale for $300 mill and the only bid $210 mill. The stock has been as low as $4/share and the shareholders are suing Hefner (who holds about 70% of the stock).

Meanwhile the demented Sasquatch is blathering on about being honored to be in so prestigious a magazine and claiming it went to 250 million people (when what went to 250 million people, if anything, was promo pieces, not the mag itself). The magazine’s current subscription in the U.S. is about 3 million and worldwide about 4.5 million.

So now they are going to feature another freak. Maybe they should just have a pictorial – the Freakish Women of Bravo – and be done with it. Maybe Lauren Zalaznick should pose, too. And you know that Gretchen will be first in line, TamRUH not far behind.

      • dumberries says:

I would not be surprised at all if Playboy seriously did release a Real Housewives issue. With all the free “adult entertainment” online, Playboy is fading fast. Kelly, Gretchen, Tamra, Alexis, Danielle, Kim, Michaela, Sheree, Luann (and maybe Alex) would probably all sign on.

I would be so mortified & ashamed of myself, I wouldn’t be able to put my face out on public ever, again. She has taken away whatever she had left of her womanhood & looks like an animal escaped its cage.
Her ass has become so wide since the birth of her 4th child, she reminds me of the women of yesteryear, in the old country.
If I was Joe, I might have a mistress myself, for no other reason. She appears dirty looking, unkept & messy all the time. Yep, just nothing but plain trailer trash of the lowest form.
If Danielle is as smart as I think she is, I would get the hell out of that town & never look back, but before I did, I would write a letter to the editor of the local paper & tell everything I knew, time, dates, places & let them all eat sh”t.

also, on thursday I took my 99 yr old dad for his “mussels” fix at Gio’s ,the resturant in macungie pa where theresa had her book signing. (my friend from pa went to it and said there were at least 400 people there at $20 a pop. you got her book and her autograph for that. my friend said she is much prettier in person and very sweet. GRIFTER!) anyway, when I was there for lunch the owner overheard me pumping the waitress for dirt on t and he said they are best friends(that’s why the venue for the book signing) they met on a cruise 10 years ago and he was at all the televised parties etc. they were also at t’s shore house last weekend and said joe is NOT stressed out about the bankrupcy, but he did say he hopes joe “is not doing anything”(affair) because it will definitely come out. he just kept saying over and over how sweet t is and how adorable and NOT bratty the girls are. of course, that”s not what I wanted to hear! • Ellabean says:

I think there is a huge marketing / selling opportunity for American car manufacturers to re-produce the souped up youthful cars of the 70’s / 80’s – ala the Charger, Camaro. They are so quintessentially American. Resurrect the glory days of the fast fun youth spirited car.

That said, I google mapped Teresa’s house once again. Pulled up “satellite” and you certainly get a perfect detailed aerial photo of the McMansion. Easy to spot. The red roof, long driveway with fountain, etc. Actually kind of big brother scary to be able to do this .

But what I found interesting was that the property backs right up to a major state 4 lane highway – Route 287. And for all of us that live in NJ – Rt. 287 is a busy one. So it has to be noisy – at least when you are outside. Go to:

and put in address: 6 Indian Lane, Towaco, NJ

    • vilzvet says:

Yes, that was a known fact, that is right behind one of the major highways in NJ. They seem quite isolated there, not a very neighborhoody type of location.

      • Ellabean says:

I thought that too. Teresa sure doesnt seem like a ‘nature’ person with all that land around the househ and trees, etc. It must really be a hike for her to get to a store when she needs a shopping fix.

Oh – what am I saying – she can shop at home on line anytime and spend away.

        • Ellabean says:

I correct myself again: actually she can’t shop online anymore – because you need credit cards. You also can’t shop over the phone or online with cash only.

  104. icantstandthetoxicity says:

I just finished reading the article about Bethenny in Us Weekly. I know someone posted this yesterday but it is worth repeating, a source for the article states that Jill and Kelly have been reduced to part-time. Another source said that Kelly is fine with the situation but Jill is another story. The “source” thinks that this is going to be a blow to Jill’s ego because she thought she would be the center of attention with Bethenny gone.

Bethenny stated in the article that she thought that Jill’s apologies at the reunion were sincere but Jason thought it was just for the cameras. Bethenny said she hasn’t heard from Jill since the reunion. I found that interesting because Jill claimed that she called Bethenny after the reunion and she said that Bethenny didn’t return her call. This reminds me of when Jill claimed that she sent Bethenny a baby gift in one interview but in another interview she said that she bought Bethenny a baby gift and she will give it to her when she sees her. Jill can’t keep up with her lies.

I was disappointed to read this in the article, Bravo hasn’t announced a second season of “Bethenny Getting Married” but Bethenny said if she were a betting woman, she would say that it will get renewed. I kept reading articles online that there would be second season. I guess we will have to wait and see. 😦

    • WindyCityWondering says:

IMO – Kelly wouldn’t care if she was part time on RHONY – she can still say she is on the show and she can go back to those annoying walk on walk off I’m at a fabulous party filler shots. She doesn’t have anything real or interesting to add and it is doubtful that the other housewives (particularly Alex and Ramona and maybe Alex) would want to film with her for anything more than a greeting at a party.
As for Jill – her ego has to be exploding with rage! Part time?! Part time?!! Well dear – when you put your personal agenda above Bravo’s, when you encourage another unstable cast member to go postal, when the majority of the cast doesn’t like to be around you and when you say at the reunion you won’t film with Alex – you get what you give……part time IMO is too much time for the likes of you! Guess you aren’t the STAR after all…….

Thanks @Dani for posting this upthread: “Chapter 7 is when debts are dismissed through the bankruptcy (personal), chapter 13 is a repayment plan to creditors (personal) and chapter 11 is bankruptcy for buiness’.”

Thanks to @Had Enough and @JustAnotherJerseyGirl for the good insight here yesterday- learning a lot. For all our legal minds, it is my understanding that the Gs filed Chapter 7. Wondering what could happen next?

    1. Since the US Trustee is petitioning against the discharge of their debt (yeah!), is it possible that they will be forced into Chapter 13 and be liable to pay off their debts over time?
    2. How likely is it that one or both of them will be prosecuted for perjury for lying under oath to the bankruptcy trustee? Does this ever happen?
    3. With all the red flags in the personal bankruptcy, will the IRS likely start (or continue) looking into their business income taxes too? This is where I think the trail will lead to a web of illegal activity that could ultimately result in a criminal prosecution.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

      1) Trustees can determine that Chap 13 is what will happen (since Teresa has an income stream (show, book, appearances, etc) a payment plan for what the trustees determine will be repaid could happen. 2) it is very possible that when the US and NJ trustees combine their paperwork this would happen. 3) IRS has alot of money to collect, with penalties, so don’t expect them to go away!

Teresa and Joe have both lied under oath and have hidden assets and income, plus comingled funds to the extent that neither one of them can untangle themself from the total mess. When someone is petitioning with honesty and openness they are treated respectfully – these clowns have unfortunately believed it was just another con and underestimated the power of both the NJ and US trustees, their lawyer is not a very good one because he should have checked their petition before it was submitted (from read the latest document it seems many key requests were not done up front) so he may just be good at drawing this out so they can continue to live in the mcmansion for as long as possible. IMO what they have not realized or have maybe disregarded is that they will not be in the position to get easy money through legitimate channels in the future (loans, mortgages, credit cards) and the fresh start means more than just dumping debt, it means living within your means!

      • dumberries says:

Thanks Windy – I do wonder if the Gs keep holding back info (which will surely be discovered) as a means to drag this out as long as possible. I’m also thinking there’s probably a much bigger investigation of Joe’s business transactions underway. Gotta believe the Gs are extremely unpopular with most of the peeps in their area – so many stiffed and others angry about the negative reflection on the good people of New Jersey. I doubt Teresa would even notice.

  119. ilovelynn says:

I don’t think anyone (aka “anyone” who is stupid enough to buy “lifestyle” rag, er um, I mean mag, like myself! I have got to get a life!) has posted this these tidbits:

    1. teresa may lose all her belongings, but because her 1.8 million mcmansion belongs to the bank they won’t lose that as long as they keep up the mortgage payments.

2.they added to their financial downfall by being on housewives and trying to keep up with everyone else.

    3. teresa is taking any job she can, hawking tanning salons in nj, demanding at least $3000 per appearence, trying out for dwts and working on a follow up to her cook book.

    4. in july teresa had a party at nightclub 4sixty6 with her girlfriends and ran up a tab for bottles of liquor and dom perignon and while her friends assumed she would be paying, she expected someone else to pay and in the confusion they almost dined and dashed! yeah right, confusion!

    5. she admits that joe kept her in the dark about their finances and if she had known she would have changed her over the to spending..bullshit..and they wouldn’t have to auction off their wedding bands! huh.

    6. finally, a psychiatrist said all of this, auctioning off their belongings, depending on her husband to keep her in a lavish lifestyle, etc. is a recipe for divorce.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Boy that mcmansion sure changes in value hourly – $5million yelling at Danielle, various amounts from $4.5 down to 1.8 in magazines/interviews! Hopefully when the trustee decides what they will have to pay debtwise they will be left in one of the Patersen properties – then they can truly start fresh!

I am very curious about the G’s IRS obligations since they haven’t filed returns in years.
Taxes cannot be forgiven in a bankruptcy! You can go BK and still owe huge taxes. I’m not sure what the law is on state and county taxes, but I am sure the G’s will be paying Uncle Sam (no, not the father of the mystery nephew) for years.
Couldn’t happen to a nicer couple.

    • vilzvet says:

Yes that is unforgivable about not filing taxes. Hell, my teenage daughter filed last year and she made only around $1K, but we knew it was what you had to do.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

The penalties are going to be outrageous too! And what is owed to IRS is not forgiven in any bankruptsy petition. This would be the first of many garnishments to their future wages….

    • flippy says:

You also have to file your taxes to quality as a debtor for relief under the bankruptcy code. Failure to do so can result in dismissal. I found it interesting the US Trustee did not include a count for this (that I saw). I suspect its because they would rather have a denial of discharge under 727 for the Guidices.

      • WindyCityWondering says:

Maybe the IRS will be bringing their own suit based on the US and NJ ones…..maybe that will be the big surprise WSL was told about???

If the Juicy’s had spent half the time they claim to be humping each other on reviewing their bills they probably would have noticed they needed to cut back a long time ago.

  123. Wall St Lady says:

WSM said presenting un filed tax statements under oath is a grave mistake. The problem is the court has to PROVE fraudulent intent. J& T as has been said b4 will blame their accountant & anybody else that they can.
One hope is that since Madoff there has been a sea change & a huge attempt to crack down particularly on public fraud & to make an example for others. NJ recently was the first state to b charged for fraud in the state pension plan which had previously been regulated by the state not the SEC. NJ needs to save face w/some head line convictions.
This is kinda a high profile (not high brow)case & I believe the odds r the court will make an example out of M&M Gorilla.

    Hope I am RIGHT !

    • WindyCityWondering says:

IF they have an accountant! And we are talking multiple years in a row – no accountant would sign their name to that mess and there would have to be records of extentions upon extentions. These people are so ignorant – they think they can cheat everyone!

Hi everyone, did anyone catch one of the comments on the Melissa Gorga vs Giuduice -home edition ? I did try that to get the Morris Co site but it showed up as an error. If this is true, the SIL and brother also sound like losers. It’s like a competition to see who can wrack up the most debt.

Melissa and Joe Gorga are heading into major financial disaster. A whopping $17,000 per month in mortgage and property taxes! Borrowing from Peter to pay Paul could go only last so long.

These two are in Hot water, I would avoid national TV and the embarrassment..

2,250,000 mortgage on a house valued at 2.5-2.7 million does not bode well.

Houses of similar size in that development have only sold for mid to high 2 million in the real estate heyday back in 2004-2005.

Public records of the Gorga mortgage and liens are available at morriscountyclerk.org. You can search online documents for free and sort columns by date.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

I thought it was Peter Guidice (Joe’s brother) who has the record of largest bankruptsy in Morris County? As for liens against Teresa’s brother – contractors who don’t pay their subcontractors really leave them no choice except to put a lien on the property they worked on.

I have a Lincoln Navigator and she is big, black, and beautiful! I got her off someone’s 3-year lease and it has every bell and whistle imaginable. With two kids and a 150 lb dog you need a big vehicle. If I didn’t work from home I don’t know if I would have gotten though because of the gas millage.

My 2nd car is my first true love. I have a tiny 1979 red MGB. She has broken down in every state she has ever been in, tried to kill me once when her hood latch broke and the hood came flying up and hit me in the head, but I still love her. No- Chanel taught me to sell. Better education than I got at Boston Univ. too.

No matter where you plop me down I know how to hustle for a living (meant in the best possible way) AND my eyebrows are impeccable! lol -kidding!

  150. Zipit Zarin says:

I was a make-up artist for years. The beginning of the eyebrow should start at the inner corner of your eye, the arch should be over the pupil and it should end at the outer corner of your eye. Thick or thin is preference.

  151. Zipit Zarin says:

Waaay off topic. The *toot* is right on key.

  152. Wall St Lady says:

I sold flowers door to door in a red wagon. And I too would never b hungry. But I have never sold anything I wouldn’t buy myself & never made a Dime at someone else’s expense.
Now eyebrows. I want to lose 10 years. I don’t need to pluck my light brown eye brows. I most look like Alex post new teeth, have long thickish hair. Any eyebrow advice ?

    • Zipit Zarin says:

You want them to be darker?

    • OneMoreinBoston says:

Try an arch if you haven’t already, pluck a few under the eyebrow right above your pupil when you look straight in the mirror. Go slowly and even up the other side as you go. Not too skinny!

      • Zipit Zarin says:

OneMoreinBoston, didn’t you so how women would look in the mirror when you were finished and gasp at how beautiful they were? I can’t paint or draw so my canvas was the face. Wonderful job, no?

        • Zipit Zarin says:

insert the word love in that first sentence lol

        • OneMoreinBoston says:

you know I did it for so long, and whenever the economy tanked I went back to it, that I lost my joy in making women over. I really did it to make money, and found I could sell better and to more woman when I stopped doing makeovers as a sales tactic.

but WSL is right, the way to excel is to really believe in what you do, and to sell with integrity by not overselling your product.

I do miss the comraderie though, and I miss the CHARACTERS I worked with.

      • Sha2000 says:

Right! Too skinny brows is a common mistake. Jacqueline brows look fab on her twitter page.

  153. Zoey says:

Someone posted info on how to read Twitters from both sides of the conversation and I cannot find that post. Not that I need to do this but sadly, I want to, so if you have the info could you repost? Thank you!

    • MickeyMouth says:

      I’ll repost down here.

I know you can in Google. There may be another way – I am new to twitter. If you google for example @kikilet and click on updates on the left you will see all tweets to and from that account.

      • Zoey says:

Wow, I just tried it. I can’t believe it works. Why isn’t Twitter set up like that to begin with?

I’m scared……this could lead to some serious amounts of wasted time. But thank you!!!

  154. Blue Sky says:

go to twitter.com, then use the search (at top, you’ll see it) type in the person’s name or twitter name if you know it. I just did “teresa giudice” and it brought up the stream of twitters that people are sending.

Okay, now it you want to go to Teresa’s twitter, just do this

So there’s 2 ways to do it. twitter.com/anybody’s name or twitter address to find their page; the other way to get what people are tweeting them. someone posted up thread a way to see convo between 2 people. that sounds interesting.

Here’s a link to enjoy, it was in the comments from some other blog – hilarious!

  155. LynnNChicago says:

HI everyone! I’m going to go ahead and just re-post the same blog so that we have a fresh place for comments, I know when it gets over 600, it tends to run really slowly.

Hope that’s ok with everyone! Sorry no new blog today, was out all day, beautiful day here in Chicago today! 🙂 Thanks everyone! Look for a new blog for comments in 1 minute.

    Love you all! Lynn :)xo

  156. Wall St Lady says:

Thanks Blue sky. I made a bookmark of Ms Gorilla’s tweet address appearances r what I want to keep up on. She is such a psycho path that even as she is on her way to jail she will say she is there to teach cooking classes & English to the guests at a very exclusive institution & believe it. I can see her tweet on the way to prison that she “love, love, loves her new gig & they love her back “

  157. Wall St Lady says:

Ione. Did u know the vett in vilvett is for a 6? Vet ?

    • Ione says:

Sorry, didn’t see question…….No, I didn’t understand the 6 part til you brought it to my attention. Thanks.

  158. Wall St Lady says:

Love ya Lynn, but I don’t think it’s fair to judge someone as faking their resume without a fact check like in the case of Kyle.

Kyle was a child actress. She may have not have had Gary Coleman success, but she has some notable credits such as Little House on the Prairie (she played Mr Edwards daughter Alicia) the movie Halloween, and guest roles on shows that were popular then, like Chips, Fantasy Island, etc.

    Here’s the link on IMDB.

As far as her being a friend of Bethenny, that is more than likely true because Bethenny worked for Paris and Nicky’s mom as an assistant which she talks about in her first book.

I never mind opinions, but a google search would have given you an answer of whether or not Kyle was credible.

    Thanks for your time.
