I Hate Jill Zarin Weekend Update Nov 13, 2010

I Hate Jill Zarin            Weekend Update           Nov 13, 2010

I just want to say a quick “THANK YOU!” to all of you who support my blog, the numbers have been astronomical and the comments have exploded to well over 500 a day, over the past week and you’re all a part of the most widely read regular Housewives blog on the internet.  Yes, that is a fact!

Reports are that the Real Housewives of New York are off to Morocco for some exotic filming seem to be confirmed by a few different factors.  Jill, Luann and Kelly were seen checking in at the airport together and one day later reports out of New York confirm Alex, Sonja, and the newest NY Housewife, Cindy Barshop flew out of JFK International Airport to join their cast mates in Morocco. Could this be the filming of Scary Island part two?  Do you suppose Kelly Bensimon was forced by Bravo to make this trip?  This time Kelly has her boss, Jill Zarin there to support her, she will have the confidence with Jill whispering instructions in her ear to call someone a Ho-Bag and to tell everyone to “zip it”!

From Wikipedia:   “Arabic is Morocco’s official language, but French is widely taught and serves as the primary language of commerce and government.”  Three of the housewives do speak French, Alex, Luann and Sonja will have the advantage of being able to communicate better in Morocco.  We don’t know yet about Cindy but we know that Jill and Kelly will be looking like ugly Americans screaming slowly in English to try to get their point across.

The Real Housewives of DC, Michaele and Tariq Salahi are here in Chicago right now bringing with them dark clouds and stormy skies.  Seriously, the weather in Chicago has been fantastic up until today.  We’ve had crisp cool weather, sunny and in the 60’s every day for the past month or so, today is 40’s and cloudy with scattered showers.  There’s a chill in the air, I really don’t enjoy the dismal weather and I don’t enjoy when the news reports on the activities of these two idiots.  They are in town for a charity event at the Hard Rock Hotel to benefit Multiple Sclerosis and are auctioning off a bottle of Oasis Wine (a label change on a bottle of Ramona’s wine maybe?)  And one lucky winner will enjoy brunch with the couple on Sunday.  I wonder if there will be a gag order on whoever wins time with them insisting they not discuss the White House fiasco.  Hopefully they’ll get a police escort right back to the airport very soon!

Does anyone else wonder what is going on with some of the old shows on Bravo that just seemed to fade away?  Nine By Design was a really great show, I enjoyed everything about that show from the couple’s interaction with their seven children to the amazing designs they created, building homes from the ground up in many cases.  Their easy-going style was great to watch.  This family appeared on The Rachel Ray show last week to promote their new book but there was no mention of Bravo or another season of the show.  Disappointing.

Million Dollar Listing following three young guys in the real estate industry was more entertaining than expected mostly because of the snark and back-biting of the three realtors.  Way back in April I got a tweet from Madison, one of the stars of the show, telling me that Chad was no longer on the show and that they were filming without him, he wouldn’t give me any more information than that.  Madison was always fair and impartial while his cast mates went to war but Madison liked to snark at Chad on Twitter while the show aired.  Hopefully we’ll get an announcement soon of air dates.   I would imagine they would need to film for several months before being able to cut together a whole season due to the slow moving real estate market but hey Bravo, Monday nights are available…

Madison  is currently in New York City and tweeted this photograph today:  http://yfrog.com/jbg7qsj

Chef Acedemy – I may have been the only person out there who enjoyed this show.  There were some interesting contestants on the show and Chef Novelli was really easy on the eyes!  There was one contestant on the show named Suzanne who happened to be from Orange County and if they’re ever casting for the Real Housewives out there, she would be perfect!

Great news for Tabatha Coffey fan’s, Tabatha’s Salon Takeover will return to Bravo on December 6, with all new episodes!  I just adore Tabatha!

Kell On Earth won’t be back for another season, I’m not surprised.  Kelly Cutrone is such an angry woman and her staff were just a strange group.  When the season ended, Kelly and all of her staff  were endlessly tweeting asking fans to write in to Bravo asking for another season.  That didn’t seem to do the trick as Kelly tweeted a few months back that she had some other project in the works and sent a bitter ba-bye to Bravo.

I haven’t given you all the Twitter follower numbers for a while, here’s the update on the New York Housewives (rounded to the nearest hundred) I’ve also included their twitter names in case you’d like to follow (or unfollow as the case may be):

Jill  – 97,400                          @JillZarin

Ramona – 60,800              @RamonaSinger

Alex – 55,700                     @McCordAlex

Kelly – 42,100                     @Kikilet

Luann – 33,100                  @CountessLuann

Sonja – 27,200                   @SonjaTMorgan

Cindy – 72 (total)              @CindyBarshop

Just to give you a comparison of Bethenny’s popularity over any of these ladies, her number is 308,900, more than three times that of Jill Zarin.  Eat It Jill Zarin!  Speaking of Bethenny, the rat Perez Hilton who first broke the story that Bethenny was pregnant all over the internet is now slapping Bethenny’s mom for her constant negative comments about her daughter:

The Atlanta Housewives are always the most popular on Twitter, probably because they take their “tiffs” and post it all over Twitter,
as I was checking Kim’s numbers, I found this tweet:

@KimZolciak:  Ummm @BrielleZolciak “accidentally” killed @arianazolciak fish… So she is using her allowance to but at LEAST 3 more fish for her!!

I would really like to know how a child “accidentally” kills a fish but I’d be interested to know how that happened.

The highest Twitter numbers of all housewives are found in Atlanta, here are their numbers:

Kandi – 229,400                 @Kandi

Kim – 101,400                    @KimZolciak

NeNe – 85,300                  @NeNeLeakes

Sheree – 61,200                @IamSheree

Phaedra – 10,200             @PhaedraParks

Cynthia – 2,100                 @CynthiaBailey10

And ex-Atlanta Housewife Lisa WuHartwell maintains 63,000
followers.  @LisaWuHartwell

You don’t have to join Twitter to see what the ladies are saying by going to   http://twitter.com/(insert twitter namehere)

Have a great weekend everyone and Thank you again for your amazing unwaivering support!!!  :)xoxo

Until Next Time..

I LOVED Chef Academy! Would be so happy to see it back on Bravo. Really enjoyed Million Dollar Listing too so I’m glad to hear they’re filming. Chad annoyed me in so many ways so I don’t think I’ll miss him. They probably just brought in another realtor or two.

    • Waxdiva says:

Loved Chef Academy and thought it was coming back. I’m sure Suzanne will be showing up somewhere as she already had an agent when she did Chef Academy.

  2. TrueLifeDiva the troll slayer says:

NeNe posted new pics the other day that were very glamorous. She’s not a pretty woman, but she’s come a loooonnnnggggg way! I love seeing the TwitPics of photo shoots and fun moments in my favorite celebs lives.

    Love Tabitha! Love Lynn’s blog!

  5. Adgirl says:

Hi Lynn, thanks for the great blog! I enjoyed Chef Academy too. That OC lady was a scream. Remember all of the wild animal trophies in her house?? I guess she is a member of PETA like Kelly – just be nice to the animals before you kill and skin them!

I’d like to recommend to everyone – Please read the RHBH PRODUCER’S BLOG! Lots of juicy behind the scenes stuff about the fight!

    • Scorpiosue1102 says:

Interesting that it was Kyle, Camille and Kim who heard the conversation. That has me very intrigued for next week.

  6. Hey y’all! After a span of time away from it, I have added a new blog to my little story base. Lynn let’s me post the link (thank you Lynn!) I hope you all will enjoy and please feel free to tell me what you think, I allow any and all comments! 🙂

  7. majnon says:

Thank you Lynn for all your wonderful blogs. I’m a lurker mainly, but wanted to say I look forward to coming here everyday. Thanks again. This blog has brought alot of great people together.

  8. Rabble Rouser says:

    I loved Chef Academy.

I like Million Dollar Listing but if they got rid of anyone I would rather it be that art stealing ass Josh Flagg.

    • TrueLifeDiva the troll slayer says:

I liked the first season when they had the married couple that couldn’t get along :-D. The dude with the bowl cut always got on my nerves. He wore extra lo-rise skinny jeans and he had girl hips, yuck! Was Josh the “poly-amorous” one? Or the one who’s grandma brought polyester to America? All of them were spoiled little punks IMO. I like the concept, maybe they should rotate the cast and spotlight different agents in different cities.

      • JazzNightOut says:

Josh is the one with the grandmother; Madison is polyamourous.

        • Duchess of Dryer Lint says:

who was the one with the dog that he and his girlfriend literally signed custody agreements for? The girlfriend gave him a legal document that gave him equal rights to the dog for his birthday present and he was all choked up because she had made it legal or something?

          • TrueLifeDiva the troll slayer says:

That was Chad with his Beatles cut, ziploc bags for no reason, and child bearing hips that did that. He was always trying to get his girlfriend to make a commitment. The only thing she would commit to was the the dog. He used that dog to seal real estate deals too, along with his mom’s Red Velvet cake. And that fool was in his early 30’s doing that nonsense. Can you say “future stalker”?

            • Duchess of Dryer Lint says:

and wasn’t he the one who had to punch every pillow in any house he was showing?
and ALWAYS with the hairspray. Yeah, future stalker or serial killer.

              • TrueLifeDiva the troll slayer says:

The pillow punching was his idea of “staging”. Punch some pillows, light some Glade candles, and serve Champaign was his Open House routine. And at 32-33 the obsession with that played out haircut was beyond ridiculous.

          • housewifeaddict says:

            I think that was Chad

        • Rabble Rouser says:

Josh is also gay although he makes no reference to his sexuality on the show, I don’t think he is closeted. Madison also came out as gay last season and is no longer transitioning.

          • TLM says:

I always thought all 3 were gay, especially Chad. I still can’t believe he and Victoria were actually having a sexual relationship.

        • TLM says:

Madison is actually finally out as gay, which is what most viewers suspected; the whole “polyamorous” thing was a label a therapist gave him when he was still telling people he was bisexual.

        • sophie says:

The one I really couldn’t stand was Chad, who looks and acts like he’s 12 years old.

How on earth can he make a sale? If I was looking at an east county San Diego condo conversion and he met me at the door, I’d laugh and ask where his dad was.

He needs to pull up his pants, cut his hair, grow some whiskers somewhere on his face and go to charm school.

THEN I’d take him seriously as a real estate agent. Not so much a high end one, but a junior trainee anyway.

      • LurkerAlso says:

AGREE! I liked it with the older realtors, not the kids.

        That’s just me 🙂

  9. jeang says:

Thank God, America is jillless and krazykellyless for a while. Brave must have put an early muzzle on Kelly cause she wasnt twittering much before they left.

  10. Duchess of Dryer Lint says:

hmmmmm…… I have changing quilt piece syndrome! If I log in I am green, just sign in and I am aqua woman!

    • Adgirl says:

It must be time to try something new!!

      • Duchess of Dryer Lint says:

and they had it in my size! LOL

        • Adgirl says:

You’re so cute! I love your posts!

          • Duchess of Dryer Lint says:

I added a new story to my own little blog, nothing to do with the housewives, but if you want to check it out the link is above. (shameless self promotion!) I haven’t posted anything to it for a while, but I am trying to get back into it since school has become a bit less intense!

  11. Adgirl says:

I’m going to watch Iman’s “De Fawshon Shew” this week because NJ and OC cast members are on it.
But shouldn’t anything those ladies wear be called Trashion ??

    • housewifeaddict says:

Interesting twitters from Camille on the night RHWBH aired. She seems pretty focused on watching Kelsey and his body language. It must be very strange to be able to take a look back and try to see if there were hints there that she missed the first time around. I wonder what they cut out of the dinner fight?

On the 11th but after the show aired:
      Blindly expecting a favorable outcome…
6:46 PM Nov 11th via web

      This from a friend:
@camillegrammer: weird show, seeing kelsey acting strangely distant. The fight that was missing pertinant info……i don’t know
      Camille’s response:
I agree.. You were there. They cut a lot of what was said out.

      Earlier tweet to Camille
@CamilleGrammer Would be nice if life came w/ rewind. I am sure we all can relate, we just don’t have to watch it on tv! must be difficult.
From Camille: I wish I could…That would be nice. I make a mistake on the size of our apartment in NY. It sounds so obnoxious. Yuck!

This must be during the show:
Check out his reaction to me and the kids? Do u think it’s sincere??

      Earlier in the show:
2nites show makes me cringe in so many ways… UGH!

      • housewifeaddict says:

Oops – posted in the wrong spot.

      • Need a Hobby says:

It’s just more public theater. Now she’s got a pending divorce. And back then while filming, I’m sure it wasn’t her and Kelsey’s first time at the wandering rodeo….naive she is not.

There was an unnatural almost forced quality to their interactions on the show from the beginning IMO. Like bad community theater. So there was something going on before then. The split didn’t just come out of the blue, would be my guess.

        • 212 says:

A 3500 square foot apartment, 3 bedrooms to accommodate 10 people and double up the kids…not buying it.

That was HIS apartment. For him and the chickadee.

My guess is that there was a whole lot of pretending going on in that entire scene.

Re Nine by Design…heard they signed with a different network. Also has a new book coming out.

Loved Chef Academy…not sure what he is doing now.

          • dancekrazy says:

Camille spooks the living daylights out of me. This is one wierd chick……two kids, both born of surrogates so she (would retain her body), cared for by round the clock nannies. Makes me wonder how much love she is capable of giving…..perhaps even to Kels over their 13 yrs.
No affection shown toward the children.
Now, with the Kyle drama, she’s showing lots of paranoia and, yes, insecurity. Another “satchels of gold” on our hands, perhaps…..time will tell, but I sure as hell can’t put a fix on that woman.

At first, I thought our Kelly at 90210 would be Kim……don’t think so anymore. Watch out for coo-coo Camille.

And what the hell is going on with the RHOA?
Sheree, though beautiful and seemingly smart, has turned into a true and very much annoying DIVA…….now she’s an “actress” who doesn’t know you wear your costume to a “dress rehearsal”…..things that make you go , hmmmmm. And about Phaedra, Kim said on WWHL that she really is not the character she portrays on the show…………gee, where’d the reality go. She is reported to be an absolutely normal person off camera, yet an absoulte wack job on camera? Reality show?
Of course we expect some drama, but turning oneself inside out for the sake of a show, well, that ain’t real to me.
And to end my discource with a final comment or question: I have never seen Giggy walk, but two steps. Can he walk? Being sedentary and being fed table fatty foods is not conducive to the dogs health. I hope they just take him for his vigorous walks off camera. He’s getting older, bigger, and chubbier……..diabetes can’t be far off, or heart disease.
Thanks all, great to be back after long trips.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

lol trashion! Teresa shoiuld call her online business Trashion by Tre!

  12. housewifeaddict says:

Oh phew – Ramona is going to Morocco too …. here’s her latest twitter:

“Heading to airport packed 2 huge bags and one just for my jewelry that I’ll carry on”

I wonder how insane they are – all going on a trip together. It’s hard enough to travel with folks you like – but this bunch. It’ll be goooood.

  13. Adgirl says:

Are they attending an event this week in Morocco?

  14. Adgirl says:

I just watched BH last night (after hubby went to sleep!). I kept wondering why Kyle didn’t leave the dinner table when things went sideways? Camille is off her rocker but I still thought it was incredibly rude that Kyle took part in ruining everyone’s dinner with the endless arguing.
And I probably would not show up at Kelsey’s show if I had a huge knockdown drag out with his wife! I would have written Camille a nice note explaining I didn’t want to overshadow her family’s big night and left on the next plane (or train in Kyle’s case).

    Am I wrong here?

    • housewifeaddict says:

Kyle threw some pretty hard verbal punches, telling Camille she needed help, and a therapist, then calling her a liar. She has a big part in what happened that evening. It’s just that Camille is so annoying, it’s hard be even remotely on her side.

I agree about the next day. Why stick around and ruin the premier? Why even go in the first place if you haven’t made up. Why not try to make up by phone.

Both those ladies are responsible for their behavior.

      • Adgirl says:

I found them both to be very self indulgent about this entirely idiotic argument.

This showcases the worst of women!

And Kyle, you’re shitting me. Your husband (and therefore your family) has real estate deals with the Grammars so you intentionally insult Camille? Not that Camille doesn’t deserve to be taken down about 10000 pegs but really this was not The Time or The Place or The Subject to do this over.
I can’t stand Camille but I do not respect how Kyle handled herself at all.

        • American Idiot says:

The BRAVO previews for next week show that Kyle does call Camille and offer to not attend the premier. Not sure what Camille’s answer is.

        • quincyil says:

I like Kyle, but she did go for the juglar with the “you need to see a therapist” and “you are such a f****** liar, Camille.” She was very upset because she knew this was going to be on camera, but if she had been incredulous and questioning of Camille’s reasoning skills, it would have been better.

          • dancekrazy says:

I’m telling you…..our new Kelly Bensimon is none other than Camille. She does need a therapist, and I think she will escalate the matter further.
Had I been at that dinner as Kyle, and Cammile, in front of everyone drags this up again (even Lisa couldn’t understand what the hell had happened), I would have had much the same reaction as Kyle. Camille kept stating that Kyle had said that thing about no one being interested in her, just Kels. Then she said ,”I don’t know why you think I’m so insecure”–so let’s revisit that: When they were talking things through alone in Taylor’s suite, Kyle asked why she hadn’t returned her 3 phone calls: First she said I never got those calls, then she said I’m so shy and I hate to impose on people, at which point Kyle said to her in a kind way, “Don’t feel insecure about it.” She did not accuse her of pathological insecurity. But down at the dinner, Cammille made that a major point of contention, plus revisiting the imagined comment about “Who’d be interested in you without Kelsey there?” She’s delusional, and very histrionic. I don’t know, girls, but here may come the reincarnation of the mother of Teddy and Sea.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

I would have left the dinner with apologizes to the other women. I would not have gone to the play. I probably wouldn’t have written a note. Ain’t I nice?! Ain’t I?

      • Adgirl says:

Well if Camille weren’t hosting the damn thing I wouldn’t write a nice note either! Just because I write a nice note to my bitchy hostess/co-worker doesn’t mean I agree with her. I’m just being more polite than she is.
I can tug that bitch’s wig next time I see her!!

        • Kat says:

          8) “tug that b’s wig” LOL

I for some reason think I can see you doing this. I “see” you as 5 ‘8″ or 5’ 9″ and slim. Long dark hair.

    • psol says:

We really don’t know what was edited out of the dinner. Kyle did throw some punches at Camille, and I believed she deserved them. However, if what we saw is what actually happened, then Kyle could have excuse herself from the dinner. On the other hand, if the producers cut something in between that would explain more of why Kyle snapped then I guess that’s just “good reality t.v.”.

    • sophie says:

What we have to remember is that this filming went on for what, 3 hours? It seems that while Kyle thought the matter settled, Camille continued to bring it up. Since she was the one who kept bringing it up, I feel Kyle somewhat justified in defending herself. I don’t agree that she should have berated her ‘hostess’ at the table. I think she should have smiled and said calmy, “well Camille, let’s settle this at another more appropriate time. This is uncomfortable for the ladies and we’re here at your invitation to celebrate Kelsey’s show, not bicker.”

This would have shut Camille up. Granted, she’d have come out of left field later and continued her charade about Kyle stating that Kelsey overshadowed her…which he naturally does.

  15. amy says:

If you guys want to laugh search jeff payton RHONY on youtube for a funny parody. Jill is even in the third one. I guess she tried to do some damage control since they destroyed her in the first 2 parodies.

  16. Adgirl says:

    Taylor’s blog:

    Taylor Armstrong
    Bad Apples
Taylor explains she might have uttered the magic word that began the dinner fight..This week, there was big trouble in the Big Apple. As we departed for NYC, it was obvious that the conflict from Vegas wasn’t going to disappear. I found it odd that while waiting in the airport, Kim, who had begun avoiding me in Sacramento, suddenly wanted to engage in dialogue regarding the disagreement Camille and Kyle in Vegas. Kim was the only housewife (other than Kyle and Camille) who witnessed the conversation in Vegas. Why was she asking me about the altercation and asking my opinion on something I had no knowledge of?

I had never been around Camille and Kelsey together and therefore, I had no frame of reference for how she felt in relation to his celebrity status. I was suspicious of Kim’s questioning to say the least. Once we arrived in the Big Apple, I was hoping the discussion that occurred behind closed doors in my suite would be enough to put the issue to rest. But, the magic word “insecure” seemed to be our Achilles’ heel. As Camille and I were freshening up after our long flight to NYC, I told her how odd I found Kim’s questioning of me in the airport. As soon as I said Kim had asked me if she was “insecure,” things went south. Unbeknownst to me, this was the last word Camille heard from Kyle before the ladies left my room.

What I didn’t expect was what happened next! Camille hurried downstairs and I followed. When she reached Kyle, she made it clear that she did not want to be referred to as “insecure.” That was the beginning of the end for episode 5. We just couldn’t seem to get the wheels back on the bus. We were all exhausted (it was approximately 1 am) and rational communication wasn’t at the top of the list. Sitting at the table while Kyle and Camille argued was really heartbreaking.

When I watched the episode, I was hoping it would feel different–I was wrong. Kyle and Camille each felt so strongly in their position on the matter that a truce was the only answer, and someone needed to waive the white flag. In my opinion, the one sitting between them and the only one who heard the initial altercation should have been the one to mediate and stop the madness.

Stay tuned next week to see if she does the right thing.

    • housewifeaddict says:

Wow Taylor really doesn’t like Kim. At least she admitted she said something, that escalated the tension.

    • Need a Hobby says:

Oh Taylor, our lady of the lips, you knew there was a hassle between Camille & Kyle. And the minute the coast was clear you just “happened” to chat about Kyle to Camille. And were then “shocked, shocked” at what then happened next? You restirred the shit and then it’s someone else’s responsibility to “stop the madness” you jump started?

Pull the other one. We didn’t just fall off the proverbial turnip truck. (Note the agricultural reference since Taylor’s such a down home country girl. Gettin all OOOOOOklahoma on people’s asses. Oh please, as if. )

I wonder if Lisa could get a hypnotist to make Taylor quack like a duck. It would make the picture complete.

  17. Zipit Zarin says:

I keep thinking of Absolutely Fabulous when they went to Morocco and Patsy and Edie sold Saffie. LOL Maybe Alex can sell Jill. ;D

    • DarkSonnet says:

That would probably be a very hard sell. More likely scenario would be that they pay somebody to take her off their hands… ;o)

    • Need a Hobby says:

Yes, I immediately thought of Ab Fab’s Morroco episode. LOL

I suspect J isn’t exactly marketable. Unless they need someone to scare away desert predators…with that voice, oy.

However, I could see Sonja—maybe after a few glasses of wine—bartering for a carpet or such and maybe accidently selling Kelly.

      • Zipit Zarin says:

GMTA! and ROFL Sonya selling Kelly hahaha

      • DarkSonnet says:

Kelly could prove to be very marketable due to the close resemblance of her skin to Moroccan leather. (Potentially a couple of nice purse and shoe combo’s there)

    • dancekrazy says:

All any of those girls would have to do to get rid of Zarin forever would be to pay off a camel driver to tell her on the “q.t. of cource), that there are diamonds, and emeralds, and rubies buried beneath an old goat-skin tent, but way out in the desert just out of Morocco. She would make a broad jump onto the camels back and take off with it herself……..find an old tent and dig, and dig, and dig deeper, ruining her manicure all the way……..no jewels, but now she’s down 60 feet. Oh someone would go to rescue her in about a week or so, don’t you think?
No foul play needed………greed alone is her hunter!

  18. Zipit Zarin says:

I’ve been going to a chat room on undernet since the 90’s. The word troll evolved from “trolling” meaning like trolling off a boat with a rod and reel with bait for fish…fish being the naive who fall for the tricks they use to get a rise out of ya. You get suckered a lot before you learn to spot it. Some trollers are masters at it. I told one guy (who changed his nick every time) he was from hell because he was so good at finding the weaknesses in people to exploit and torture them with. He eventually have me grudging respect because I was so good at ruining his game and warning potential victims. It’s a special kind of psychopath who enjoys cyber-torturing people. It’s as sick as real life psychos but at least they can’tdon’t harm you physically.

      ZipIt – you are awesome.
I guess you are LynnFam’s Secret Service agent!

My first notice of trolls is when they announce themselves and then make lengthy posts about themselves (and not the topic).
I’m not somebody who would jump in with a 200 word personal post as my initial offering to the group!

      • Zipit Zarin says:

I’m not awesome 😀 I’ve just dealt with them for ages. I like to to fug with them right back but this room is far too civilized so I just refuse to engage…it is the best weapon after all.

The funniest and oldest insult is the one where they accuse you of being online 24/7. How would they know this if they weren’t also. So stupid. LOL

        • Adgirl says:

Somewhere in my tiny mind I have a picture of WileyWeed sitting in her trailer typing away surrounded by weeks of National Enquirer magazines and Arby’s wrappers.

Not there is anything wrong with trailers, NE or Arby’s!

I used to live near Aretha Franklin. There was a rumor that when the piano tuner came to tune and opened up the piano to tune it he found the chords caked with Cheeto cheese. HAHAHA I dunno if it’s true but it sure makes me laugh visualizing her playing, wiping her fingers on her pants and Cheeto cheese falling between the cracks.

        • LynnNChicago says:

I agree with Adgirl, you ARE awesome!

  19. Tuzentswurth says:

Hi Lynn, I’ve been a reader and supporter of your blog for a long time now and recently got on twitter. I thought I was following you but when following a thread, noticed I wasn’t. I clicked “follow” and was very surprised to find that I was blocked. I mentioned to some other tweeters I’ve come to know from the blogs and they said it was probably a glitch in twitter, try again later. I have and I am still blocked. I don’t think we ever interacted on twitter, I’m not on there a lot, don’t know my way around too well and not really sure if the block was intentional or if I did something to be blocked. Insight? Thanks.

    • LynnNChicago says:

I honestly don’t know, what is your Twitter name??

    • LynnNChicago says:

I honestly wasn’t sure why I blocked you, or if it was a mistake, but I found the reason why, you tweeted this:

      @JZandLynnSUCK Thanks, glad to help!

I’m afraid I refuse to play with these Twitter bullies and you choose to support them, that is the reason I blocked you, I don’t need to see these losers who have nothing better to do in my timeline.

      • Tuzentswurth says:

I don’t recall what that was in response to, but is this referring to you, Lynn in this persons name? I didn’t even make that connection. Why would someone who thinks JZ sucks lump you in there? I didn’t know he or she was referring to you. I’m not into the twitter politics nor on there enough to have caught that, I just kind of follow people who I see others I know from here have followed. There are breaks of several days where I’m unable to look at twitter. I just realized recently that MrLynn was a troll and stopped following. Many of your followers interact with JZnadLynn and I never made the connection. I’m unable to even find what I was glad to help about. Oh well, I’ll keep looking but I’m sure it was no insult or bullying directed at you.

        • Tuzentswurth says:

Oh I’ve found it, Jzandlynn said to me, I’ve seen you post on I hate Jill Zarin and your posts crack me up. I replied ..Thanks, glad to help. I was not bullying anyone.

          • LynnNChicago says:

Well that person has created that name and exists on twitter just to bully me and anyone who interacts with them disgusts me, I have no time for stupid Twitter games and will not engage with or view anything these people have to say. I will unblock you.

  20. Zipit Zarin says:

I originally went to online chat because I was raped and didn’t want to deal with people in real life but still craved social interaction. Boy, did I find out fast that you can be mind-fugged just as well. Now, I pack a gun and don’t reveal much about my real life. It’s a huge thing that I put my photo up here. I just know I’m going to regret THAT but…baby steps, baby steps.

    • WindyCityWondering says:

Thanks for sharing and for feeling safe here. You are cool, courageous and cared about by all of us. Hugs to you!

      • Zipit Zarin says:

Thank you for the compliments and care. 😀 I hadn’t thought about it for a long time. I’m good at burying crap. Feeling safe isn’t the norm for me for sure. I’m still waiting for the anvil to fall because I’ve opened up this much. My shrink told me I feel like a balloon that has been deflated when I open up. I dunno exactly what that means but it’s accurate.

        • Kat says:

I understand, I *think* how you may feel. When I post something personal – something that pushes the boundary I’ve set it will bother me. However, here people are so nice that I find I have no regrets. My lack of anxiety will sometimes will bother me now.

I very sorry you had that experience. I’m glad you have your gun.

    • quincyil says:

Zip…. I am so sorry that you had to suffer like this. I love interacting with you so I’m glad you are here.

    • KellitaM says:

      OMG Zipit, I’m so sorry!

      • Zipit Zarin says:

Yeah, that kind of thing sux don’t it 😀

        • Tuzentswurth says:

Zipit, I think your posts are awesome and I’m sorry you’ve endured such trauma. I hope you are able to deal with the pain others have inflicted on you through no fault of your own. Many people, myself included, have traumas we carry and have to deal with, people can be utter trash, then other people appear and are incredibly kind. Strange world, strange humans. Keep looking for positives and accept my (( hugs)) too!

          • Zipit Zarin says:

Yes, we all endure. What’s the alternative? Giving up? Screw that! Losing your sense of humor? No WAY! I think my mother gave me a humor gene because my father doesn’t have it and she died when I was 16 months old so I didn’t get to enjoy her humor. The stories about her are hilarious tho. Can’t wait to meet her in Heaven. I just know we are going to roll around laughing together for the first hundred eons 😀

        • MAMAZ says:

Zipit – I can totally relate. I posted a while back about an experience I had with a pyscho ex. It really traumatized me. It was almost 20 years ago but I’m still paranoid. I have been trying to work up the nerve to put my picture up here with the rest of you but I’m not there yet.
I got so used to hiding that it became second nature. I’m scared that I’m passing my fear of people onto my children even though they don’t know about any of it. Trusting is so hard.
I almost left here a couple of times because of troll infestations but Lynn is so good at handling them, with the help of all you warrior women, lol, that I refuse to be run off.
I hate that you were brutalized. I love that you are strong.
I hate that there are people out there that thrive on the fear and pain of others. I love that there are people here who help to alleviate fear and pain.

          • Dani says:

Zipit you are very courageous and I am glad you feel safe here. I am so sorry that you had to suffer through what must have been a horrible experience. I can’t say that I know what you have been through, but, I can say that I will pray for your well being.

          • Zipit Zarin says:

I SO hear you MamaZ. Have you seen the movie De-Lovely about Cole Porter? That was my marriage. Nuff said.

          • Kat says:

Mamaz that’s awful about your ex and your experience with your internet friend turning out to be a man, GRRR

I do not understand intentionally harming another humane being via physical or psychological abuse. And mind games stink.

There should be an event horizon out there just for these creeps to be torn apart by.

            • TrueLifeDiva the troll slayer says:

I can relate to being cautious about posting stuff. I have a crazy and violent ex-boyfriend who I was with for 9 months and ended up spending 4 yrs in and out of court with via restraining orders and violations of those restraining orders. I use my business address (po box I’ve had for 17yrs) for almost everything and a few other tricks so he can’t find me. It’s possible he might find me thru posting my pics online. However the last judge we went before told him, “I really don’t care WHAT you tell me. The fact that previous judges have seen fit to issue a restraining order is all the proof I need. And I will continue to re-issue new orders to Miss. Diva for the rest of her life if she comes before me and asks!”
I have been victimized by sick individuals in my life more times than I care to count. All I can do is be the best person I can be and not let them win.

            • Kat says:

@TLD You carry yourself a certain way.
You keep a distance. Yet you work with developmentally disabled adults iirc.

I can spot a heart the size of Lake Superior, from Nebr.
And a woman who has had more than her share of BS.

You see the bastard you should call me. We could figure out a plan to catch him in an illegal act. Something…
Protection Orders don’t deter a certain mentality.

I like your pic as your avatar more than the spray. I’m not the One waiting for you for 20 yrs so I’ll mind my own business. Will a corset fit the spray can?

              • TrueLifeDiva the troll slayer says:

I foolishly only got the first restraining order for 1yr thinking the mandatory 12 months of DV counseling would cure him. Or his rank in the Navy being reduced to an E1. Or his salary being garnished to $0 for 3months and having to live in “open bay” for that time period. Oh no! 50 weeks into the 52 week time frame, he decided it was the judge that was keeping us apart. He wanted to start the New Year off as a couple. I guess he thought I forgot the bruises, broken out windows, smashed eyeglasses, etc. Because all of that is “normal” and every man has done it at least once….so don’t judge him. I had moved so he started calling my job, asking co-workers to look at my appointment book and tell him when my first and last appointments were. I had never told anyone at work so they passed on the info with curiosity. I’m sure he is abusing someone else right now. He’s very handsome and thinks getting your ass kicked is part of the package that comes with dating a Puerto Rican man. I once stood over him with a pair of scissors while he was sleeping after he held that same scissor to my throat and tried to rape me. I had witnessed my mother being raped as a child and vowed I would die before it happened to me. It was a life or death struggle for me and he did not succeed. And then he arrogantly fell asleep on my bed after wards. I truly considered killing him but didn’t in the end. I hope someone’s brother/father/uncle/loved one gives him what he deserves one day. I barely escaped with my life and he barely escaped with his.

              • Kat says:

@TLD No child should see what you saw. I hope your mom was okay, ah geez. That is F’d up.

I’m glad you got the hell away from him. He sounds like he could find himself in a burning bed or in prison for murder.

Have I told you today how glad I am you are here? I am very glad.

      • OneMoreInBoston says:

        Zipit and TLD and MAMAZ:

I’ve had my share, but not as bad as the 3 of you.

I understand and you understand that this abuse changes you in ways that no one who hasn’t been through it can understand.

I went to my doctor when I started seeing cockroaches darting across the room out of the corner of my eye. Everywhere, everyday, and every nite. When I would turn my head to catch them, nothing was there.

She diagnosed my with PTSD and sent me to a psychiatrist. I went one time and the poor lady tried to get me into a 5051 (?) hold.

I reasoned that I was just a little crazy because we were in the middle of Gift With Purchase week at Clinique and ran out of her office. She called the police and I literally hid in the subway stops for a day.

That is your life when you are abused. You run. You hide. You have inappropriate anger that makes authorities question if you will harm yourself or others. You see things that aren’t there.

All I can say, IMHO, because it’s a different path for all of us, God, the universe, whatever you want to believe in, puts you in situations to bring you to a higher good.

I have to believe that. And as long as I do, the cockroaches stay away.

    Hi Adgirl !
Every one knows I hate Ms. Ape for stiffing merchants of $11mil
I created a google alert on Teresa G. Anyway that’s how I found Lynn. Via an alert for ape woman.
When I first hit the site I loved it. But I hadn’t ever logged on to anything. I still haven’t bought from QVC etc. I. Was terrified to give my email.
I was dying to join the fun so like a virgin I gave in.
    I was first
Wall St. Palm Beach Lady. That got too long fast.
I do remember being told I hate you & some one said go away. It all happened very fast. I think it was when I was in the hospital. WSM was helping me by reading to me when I couldn’t.
Anyway I remember Lynn popped in & told folks not to be mean.
    That is my vague recollection.
Any way Adgirl I am touched u remember me. Do u mind telling me what u remember. Also have I improved ? The thing about a blo is u can’t take dumb things back.

    • Zipit Zarin says:

I remember people were skittish because they were shell-shocked from Otay and thought you might be her. That’s the collateral damage trollers cause. They love it that others get hurt. Sick MoFos

    • WindyCityWondering says:

I remember you got a cool reception too. And it was right after the Otay episode. Once WSM explained what he as doing, you were both quickly accepted into what you have affectionately dubbed LynnFam.

    • Adgirl says:

Hey Lady!! You are so fun.
I can’t remember exactly when I became aware of you, but I DO remember saying to myself WTF? Who is this Perfect Woman!

I would think to myself, Self who is this Perfect Woman??
WSL is a Socialite, Investor, Charity Chairwoman, Self appointed Discusser of the Giudice Bankruptcy with real government attorneys, Southern Belle par excellence and Hob Knobber with the Rich and Richer! She is PERFECT.
WSL also claims she is married to a handsome successful man.
(However WSL’s grammar and spelling are …. well you know! So, hmmmm. What’s the story here?)

So, I thought to myself ….. maybe is WSL actually a dude having fun with us here on IHJZ while he is serving time in Folsom for holding up a 7-11!

After a long while I fell out of skepticism and into love with you

I’m pretty now sure you are the Real Thing! So glad to have made your cyber acquaintance!

      • Kat says:

I thought she was Otay for a long time. Like you I found WSL was growing on me and soon I didn’t care who she was.
Now WSL is like a sweet perfume in the room. Not too strong but a pleasant sensory experience.

    • klmh says:

I remember you as well. You broke the news about T & J Giudice bankruptcy trustee, his name, phone no., etc. and that mentioned you had contacted him. I was able to find his email and wrote to him, against some peoples wishes here. They felt it was too close to the letter writing incident that backfired with JZ’s sympathy card fiasco. I do remember your spelling to be of concern to some who called you on it, thinking you were a troll, but you mentioned dyslexia I believe…
I also remember your husband helping out when you were in the hospital. And all the good stuff since.

      • Kat says:

WSM posting for WSL really alarmed me. I was so certain Otay was here and laughing at us. Thankfully I was wrong. Very wrong.

        • justanothermary says:

I had the same reaction. I had been lambasted by Otay and had a hard time accepting that anyone could be as wonder as WSL. So glad I was wrong.

    • karenne says:

      Wall Street lady!!!!
Last I heard of you….was you singing Oldies in the Night..and I sang some back to you….about four am one morning…lol
      I’ve missed you!
First time I read you, you were already established on this blog.
But I like what you have to say, and I can say you are a strong person, and thats cool! I like when I see your name come up!! I know its always interesting, or funny, or personal. When someone said something mean, I felt like someone in my family was just attacked. I love this group, I’m a new member, but I daily visit with anyone on here and enjoy every minute of it.
Lynnn has a gift I guess….whatever it is, she has birthed something wonderful and drawn us to her…the haters can shrivel up and puke on themselves.
They are just envious of the success of this blog, or just major creeps.
I dont get it….but I dont have to, I just wish I knew who was who on Twitter because I was off Twitter for a little bit over a year I think…when I came back it was all different and I cant tell who is nice and who isnt…
and who is who….here and who is a troll here…
      Unless….they are so obvious.

oh well..I am just glad to be here and happy to say HI..where you been?
Glad you are back….maybe I wasnt looking on right day…hahaha but I havent seen you for a bit….

Never lost my hippie heart…I love you all…

    • JazzNightOut says:

It was right after Otay, and that was brutal. I remember the Palm Beach part now that you say it. It was WSM whose dedication to you to the point of coming online every day for you that made me listen to both of you. You are so thoughtful and generous that I am glad I know you, and I don’t know who you are and don’t want to. I like knowing WSL and, lol, WSB just the way you are here.

  22. Waxdiva says:

There was a mention upthread about Big Papa and his money problems. The story linked looks strangely similar to mine about BP, which I published before they did!

Also, there has been some question as to whether JZ’s overly protective, adoring fan is for real…I’ve done the research and found answers:

Everyone is complicated and complex. It’s why we shouldn’t judge anyone…except trollers. LOL

I had an attack on the Eisenhower expressway CTA, on a Thurs. at 5:30 PM just about 40 years ago. It affected me for years. I still remember his smell. The conductor and another rider saved me. So… I know a bit of your fear.

        • Zipit Zarin says:

quincy, I was thinking “I bet there are so many others with this kind of horror story here” So sorry you had to go thru it and glad you are a survivor too! We might walk with a slight spiritual limp but we run with the wind 😀

        • Kat says:

Quincy I’m glad you are here. That sucks. I’m glad you were helped. If you remember his smell I’d wager the experience must of been terrifying and affected your view of life and yourself.

I think the percentage of women that have been raped in their lifetime is 20-25%. That should be a big ass zero percentage.

You mentioned a trollish person on Farscape.
Please tell me you know that in most lesbian relationships one of the women does not take a male role.
I assumed you were speaking only of the farscape persona/troll/???/thingamajig.
But then I over thought it and decided to ask you.

          • Sha2000 says:

Awful, so sorry but glad you are both okay!!!!

            • Sha2000 says:

              Hi Kat,
              “Farscape persona/troll/???/thingamajig.”
Sounds like I missed a lot. Did they use the term “jumba rejects”, lol? Reminds me of that night w/trolls in & out.

              • Kat says:

On the previous blog Quincy posted about an experience with a person on Farscape. The “she” was trying to pass as a he I think. She outed herself as a lesbian and then went on an angry rampage.
It just hit me the person might have had gender identity issues.
My concern was a stereotype I’ve heard in my lifetime but not lately. I hope it is dead.

          • quincyil says:

I know that. This person had taken the role.

After my mother’s fifth baby in eight years, she had blood clots and major surgery in her left leg. Two female coworkers took care of my mother and us as my dad worked two full time jobs. They were gay. My mother told us that we could not have survive without them. So I grew up with the love of gay women in my life.

  24. Dani says:

If someone has already posted this I apologize. I have not had time to read all of the posts. I thought this was very interesting about Patty Stinger:

    Posting on a celeb website:

I am a professional poker player. You recently had a post with a picture of both Phil Hellmuth and Beth Shak (who is the ex-wife of hedge fund manager Daniel Shak, who is also a part-time poker player.) When the person submitted the photo to your website TheDirty.com featuring Phil Hellmuth they were clearly talking about Beth Shak’s ex-husband Dan Shak (who was not featured in the photo.) Anyways, the best part is that Beth Shak just recently (on November 9th) was featured on Millionaire Matchmaker on Bravo TV. She said that she has made her money playing professional poker and she even makes claims at how she has made an enormous fortune as you see her pulling up to her mansion in a Maserati.

Well, the fact is she is not even a winning or profitable poker player. It says she has winnings of over $400,000 (which is still not a fortune – barely enough to buy you two of the cars seen on the show) but those winnings of $400k do not even count her tournament buy-ins etc. which are in excess of 400k, which would make her a losing poker player.

The fact is that she has been given a ton of money from her ex-husband Dan Shak in the divorce, and now she is looking to do the same to another rich man (her words to a close friend of mine.) The funny part was that on the show she even selected to go on a date with another man that Patty (host of Millionaire Matchmaker) told her was also a rich millionaire like herself. Once Beth Shak heard this, she didn’t waste a second in selecting him for the date. Anyway, I just wanted to clear up a few things while also calling out Beth Shak for bragging about making millions in professional poker. Next time just be honest Beth and tell everyone that you are a professional gold digger!

    • Waxdiva says:

I really cannot stand the Stanker and I have banned MM from my TV, but have watched it in past seasons. Your inside info is great and shows what a scam the Stanker and her “millionaires” are. The guy she chose because he was a millionaire is probably a millionaire in his mind only… they deserve each other.

      • Dani says:

Waxdiva I refuse to watch her show also. I think she is rude, obnoxious and so full of herself. I did watch the first season, but she never matches anyone up so what is the point of the show? I wish they would replace the show with Nine By Design, now that was a cute show.

        • dancekrazy says:

And what gets me too about this show is that the millionaires (esses) get their dues to the club paid for their appearance on the MM. That tells me that this is a bit contrived. Drama and outrageous escapades are what drive the show. Look at the last few millionaires PS “accepted” into her exclusive club, the perfectionist gay fellow with the botox, and the Brooklyn “child” who had not grown up. This show, too, is becoming unacquainted with reality and they choose these yo yo’s whom Patti couldn’t possibly hope to EVER fix up…..

          Things that make you go……HMMMMMMMMMMM

    • quincyil says:

Ha…. I wrote in our comment section that I thought her money must have come from her husband because she didn’t seem intelligent or a person who can “read” people as she claimed. I think Boston replied to my post and she thought that Beth was not telling the truth too.

        • quincyil says:

When I review the shows for Lynn’s blog. I try not to give too many of my personal opinions. I shared it in the comment section as it was my opinion and I had no evidence.

One of my sons played professional poker in Chicago years ago. He’s a computer nerd, but enjoyed the card game and was on a tv show playing poker for a while. I went to some of the games and I never saw anyone as rich as Beth. They were supposed to be the best players in the US.

He also played bridge and was in a game with Omar Shariff, the actor as his partner. I was there for that game. LOL…

          • Zipit Zarin says:

You sat at a table with Omar Shariff?????

            • quincyil says:

No, in the audience. It was a bridge tournament. My son was at the table and Omar was his partner. I think Omar chose who is half Iranian because he had a conversation with my husband prior to the competition. They did very well too.

Wow Adgirl U flatter me. Blush.
Perfect ? I have wanted to b married all my life. I didn’t find my mate till I was almost 40. Then I wasn’t blessed w/children. I also was in the process of leaving NYC when I met WSM ,I was homesick. His life is in NYC.
Last I came to NYC via Boston to go to get my masters in education. I fell into Wall St & succeeded due to my selling skills & good sense to sell good products. Your daughter or son or niece could succeed too. Its really not that hard & u can get paid while u train.
Anyway any career is possible w/discipline.
I would give it back to b surrounded by children. Now don’t feel sorry for me ;I surround myself by other friends children.
Now let’s discuss my spelling ; hasn’t it improved ?

Me and my husband were stalked and harassed by a Tareq Salahi type guy and his ex-wife who believe we owe them a living even though they never paid a dime they owed us or anyone. They sued us twice for millions and hounded our landlord so we lost our businesses lease with no notice so our business went under. The same day my father-in-law died. We also use a PO box, we live in a relatives house, we can’t register to vote etc.
My ex-husband killed himself last year and devastated our children.

Zipit – I’ve never seen that movie but I love the music of Cole Porter. Miss Otis Regrets is my favorite. Do you know it?

quincy – I’m glad you were safe. Thank God for the conductor. I’m just surprised you didn’t flatten his ass all by yourself.

WSL – I confess I was another that was wary of you. You seemed too good to be true. But you won me over by your consistancy. You never wavered. Your story stayed the same even when questioned and outright attacked.

    • MAMAZ says:

WSL -I’m not sure why I’ve been feeling so off in general lately. But my dream last night was very sad.

I lost someone very dear to me about 5 years ago. As I said I don’t trust easily so when I give my heart I really give it, lol. This was an older woman who was like a big sister to me. For a long time time after she died I thought of her every day. I felt like I was finally over mourning and last night I dreamed of her.

I was walking down the street and I saw someone from behind that reminded me of her. The woman turned and it was her. I was so happy. I asked where she’d been, and why she came back. She said she was only here for a short time. We went on one of those wife swap shows only there were a bunch of us women and the father was horrible. We tried getting him to be a better person but he wouldn’t cooperate at all. My friend decided she’d had enough and floated away up into the sky. I ran through a field calling to her not to go that I missed her.

When I woke up the pain of losing her was as sharp as it was the day she passed. I keep thinking of her and crying. She was the best friend I ever had. In some ways losing her was harder than losing my father.

Now why do you suppose I dreamed that? Do you know anything about dream analysis?
I feel like it might have something to do with the troll visits here.

I have dreamed of her before and it’s so real I almost believe they aren’t really dreams but more like visitations. Crazy, right?

      • justanothermary says:

Not at all. Dreams are windows into ourselves and often, I believe, there are messages we need to garner from those that have touched our souls. Our waking selves are very good at pushing back sadness and buring anguish, but our dreams will have none of that. There’s a message in your dreams, the bitch of it is figuring out what it is.

I’m sorry your dream made you sad. I know what it’s like and it can be very hard to shake. I hope tomorrow is a much better day.

      • Adgirl says:

          That’s rough Adgirl.
I’d rather having a good old horror movie style nightmare than these dreams of the loved ones who slipped through our fingers.

      • jillz68 says:

Not sure if you buy into this or not (sounds like you might), but I always feel it is friends or relatives who have passed coming to say hello in dreams.

It has happened to me a couple of times. A good friend died WAY too young in a horrible accident and a month or so after in my dream we had a great conversation. I woke up missing him terribly. It has been almost 25 years and I STILL remember the dream and feelings like it was yesterday. My mom passed 5 years ago (November 2) and it was hard as she had been sick for over 10 years. A year or so after I got a new job that was very good timing and much needed. That night I heard ‘good job kiddo’ and knew it was my mom. She is the only one that would say that to me. Makes me tear up just to think about it.

You friend must have known you needed to see/hear her.

        • quincyil says:

The mind is a curious thing. My grandmother died when I was 14 and my grandfather immediately married one of her friends. I had dreams that she came back and had no place to go for decades. Not any more.

      • Kat says:

I know nothing about dream interpretation.
That said I think it’s possible your friend has been walking with you Mamaz. And now it’s time for you to go forward without her for a time. Be reassured you haven’t lost her. You will meet again one day. She seems to never be far.
Because the dream brought you very real sadness maybe you aren’t done grieving the separation from your friend.

The wife swap father that won’t let anyone help him to be a better person, could that be a situation that is out of your control that you need to not try to fix? (The Serenity Prayer)

      • Need a Hobby says:

It’s late night so just my rumination on the subject of trolls. My 2 cents FWIW.

Just in general, I tend to be wary since anyone can say anything and be anyone on the net. If people are posting and having a good time, without harm, OK. Are some fabulous stories really that fabulous or just fables? Since I don’t like to be taken for a fool (I can be a fool all on my own, thank you), if I happen to be motivated at the time & there’s something I can check, I’ll check. Sometimes with surprising results.

But when someone starts to bring in the drama…for just one recent example, a tale of woe and persecution (need for attention, check; drama, check; play for sympathy and support, check) and tells you how many umpteen pages of notes or the “evidence” they have (obsessive, check) , and tries to turn people against others and start a blog and/or twitter war…then IMO they’re just stirring up shit for whatever reason or psychological need and I tend to give them a wide berth.

They may not be classic trolls, who play games just for sport. Just as in real life, there are disturbed individuals who need an audience and support team for their starring role in their self-created dramas.

Frankly FWIW I don’t like when this place becomes a battleground. Or when new posters who aren’t obviously shit stirring can’t post without responding knowing smirks and not so thinly veiled accusations. Someone observed that we must be vigilant. Well we’re not exactly protecting the crown jewels here and it’s not really a matter of life and death. I would suggest as individuals we should be naturally cautious online, just as in real life. But overzealous vigilantism, seeing a big boogeyman troll in every new (or perhaps even just an occasional) poster can become in a way far more ugly and disruptive than a mere troll. It’s sometimes all too easy to fall in love with our own cleverness and “skillz.” And sometimes it’s not really clever, it’s just ugly.

As much as I don’t have much use for trolls and those who thrive on drama and discord, I have even less regard for bullies.

I recall when WSL first started posting and was met with some aggro. Some clearly regarded her as a troll or just a nut. I didn’t think she was a troll, but kinda favored the nut theory. (No offense, there are some nutty folks who are delightful.) She typed and expressed herself in a remarkably peculiar fashion. Often I was lost trying to decipher her posts. But I was certainly intrigued. So I sat back, waited, and watched. IMO, in time people will eventually reveal themselves and what they’re about. And so, I think, she has. But if folks are quick to trounce on others and triumphantly succeed in running someone off, they may be missing an opportunity to engage with an actual real person who may have something positive to bring to the table.

We don’t have to like or trust everybody here, just as with any group of folks n real life. But at least observing a modicum of civility would be nice.

Yes the internet is a strange, wondrous and mysterious place, full of unseen voices. But some natural guidelines exist just as in real life. If someone comes in from the get go stirring up shit and drama and attacking others, you don’t need to wonder if they’re a “troll” or not. You already know they’re shit stirrers and unpleasant, whatever their motivation or possible designation. On a rare occasion it may be a be the result of a misunderstanding and a hot head…but if that’s all it is, that will become clear.

Others may play nicely but have “issues” and it may take a while for it to show. But eventually there’ll be some trigger and out comes the drama. Some folks may just be cranky and having a bad day or week. But when there’s a continuing pattern, it reminds me of that Far Side cartoon, “How Nature says ‘Do Not Touch.'”

I tend to give folks the benefit of the doubt if they are playing nicely. Just like chatting with a stranger on a bus. If they’re pleasant and polite, OK. If they start talking about dark conspiracies and how the men in black are after ’em or if they’re an angry unpleasant person verbally attacking others….I tend to move to another seat or get off earlier than I had planned and walk. And then share it all with the invisible 6′ rabbit who follows me around.

How did that get up here?? Meant to post below. Damn.

        • quincyil says:

There are people in the real world who are in hiding like trolls. I’d say the Curtins and Salahis are real life trolls with personas that steal from others and false faces to the world. Slade is a real life troll. I think Gretchen and her false engagement to a sick man taking money and jewelry and leaving him one million dollars in debt at the time of death was troll like behavior.

        • OneMoreInBoston says:

          @need a hobby-
          I posted the vigilence quote.

When you read through others stories such as zipit, TLD, anothermary etc, you realize how important of a place this is to some of us. It certainly is for me.

I do believe we are protecting the crown jewels.

I was also the one that attacked WSL when WSM first posted for her when she was in the the hospital, because there were so many non sequitors in his/her postings. My mistake and my lesson, as WSL is truly one of my favorite posters here.

So yes, I agree that we need to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and I try to.

BUT one of the hallmarks of trolliedom is to find and garner sympathy from a strong poster. In marketing 101 it’s called finding an opinion leader.

The strategy is one that has played out here, time and time again.

I realized with WSM and WSL that they weren’t trolls very quickly because they didn’t attack and retreat and seemed genuinely bewildered by my hostility.

Then I felt like a BIG PIECE OF SH*T!!! and I still do! (OMG, WSL-if I could only take those posts back!)

Unfortunately, I don’t see that same sincerity in the above posts. I will reserve judgement and of course remain civil. But yes, please allow me to also remain eternally vigilent.

There comes a time in each Human life when the person has to take responsibility for their own behavior. How you were raised and your life experiences play a role, but I believe that you have free will and can make the decisions that can enrich you life and the lives of those around you. I have told my children this when they are young. They made mistakes, of course, but are on good paths. They know how important being a responsible person is when you raise your children and that the children’s nuturing is important. My thought was this is a gift that I can pass down to generations of my family. I think my nieces and nephews are listening to me too.

What about the tons of leaves? Can we make them into something of value?

          • Adgirl says:

I am using my leaves to drown the english ivy that I didn’t get to this summer. That plant should be outlawed. You actually have to excavate it out by hand using a hoe, clippers, saws and leave zero residue of it. Round up doesn’t work.

  55. Adgirl says:

On Topic! Yay, did anyone think that would happen tonight??

Why was Adrienne’s husband/plastic surgeon at the husband’s dinner when Adrienne did not go to NY because her uncle passed away? Was it filmed earlier? Did Bravo need 4 husbands at the table?
What do you think the story is??

    • Salish says:

Speaking of that dinner, I thought it was so sweet when Lisa’s husband said “I feel like my right arm is missing” when he was talking about Lisa being gone. Those two seem like a down to earth in love couple. I’m happy when I see couples that have been together and still have love like that for each other. Go Lisa!

    • quincyil says:

I think Paul feels like he and Adrienne are the center cogs in the BH housewives wheel. She did two trips before this fiascal of a NYC adventure. She is going to shop with Kim because she sees Kim is isolated.

I think that Adrienne and Paul decided to go on this show because they have some experience with the medium when Paul was on a plastic surgeon show. They brought in the others. Camille lives in Malibu, but she was once in the BH gated community with Adrienne and Lisa.

I was a little shocked by Taylor’s street when they got into the car. It looked nice, but it was nothing like the homes of Lisa, Adrienne, and Camille. Kyles home is fantastic, but it is smaller than the others too. I like Kyle’s art. She has similar taste to Jeff Lewis.

      • realminkey says:

Wow, I’m reading through last night’s personal stories. What a unique and wonderful place this is, for people to feel secure enough to share with eachother.

Now, as far as the Hos…

I think Adrienne’s number one reason for being on the show, is to promote her family businesses, pure and simple.

Taylor’s home and street look like they belong on OC.

      • Salish says:

I agree about Taylor’s street. What was up with that? The houses were so close together

  56. JKW says:

Someone asked about that earlier. They thought it may have been filmed out of sequence or just she went to the funeral and he stayed home.

    • Adgirl says:

I know the segment was meant as relief from the NY trip but it seemed a little forced. They should have gone golfing or played tennis.
In real life they would have been picking up waitresses or flight attendants.

  57. JKW says:

Yea, it was kind of like filler. I doubt any of them would get together for lunch unless Bravo suggested it.

Shod them yourself? How cool. You don’t have a pro come in?

        • boston02127 says:

My brother and a man who trains for me from the ground do the shoes which are purchased. We trim every Sunday as there are 20 horses. Some get done more frequently because hooves do grow at different rates.

          • vilzvet says:

For some reason I always loved to pick hooves. Do you still have to replace shoes every 6 weeks? With 20 horses that’s gotta get semi-costly.

          • vilzvet says:

  60. quincyil says:

I need a stylist and I want Mamaz and people who know about fashion to take on this challenge. Yesterday, at noon, I got an invitation to the Prince’s Ball that was to begin at 7pm. The is a small kingdom’s big event at the exclusive Country Club with tuxedos and fashion. Women go on shopping adventures to far off kingdoms like Chicago and NYC to look for glass slippers for this event.

Cinderella had no glass slipper, ball gown, or a tux for the small sized husband. I thanked the prince of a fellow who thought to invite us when someone else cancelled at the extremely expensive table that he had purchased, but declined. In our small kingdom, the only long dresses available are in JCPenny. They are the dresses left over from the pickings of high school girls for those Fall homecoming events. The shiny dresses for the proms are not in the stores yet.

No fairly godmother was on call. Well, there was one, but she was in CT with my granddaughter and had no way to get a dress to me in time. She (my daughter) wanted to find one for me. I had the mother of the bride dress from her wedding (125 dollars and no shipping costs) from Nordstrom’s, but I have dieted and exercised myself into a six-eight which by Beveraly Hills standards is absolutely huge and that dress is going to the Ladies of Charity tomorrow.

If you wanted to have one dress on hand should an invitation ever be offered again, what would you look for? Something, that would last for a score of years, because this was the first invitation in 33 years and I may have to wait until hell freezes over for another invitation.

I sat near the fire and this morning I will clean the ashes up. Cinderella thinks it would be a good idea to be prepared just in case.

Does anyone else find that Fashion Police is very disappointing? I watch to see the celeb photos, but I have found Joan Rivers is not only not funny but offensive most of the time. Also, Kelly Osbourne is so unfashionable and has hair that reminds me of a 1950’s housewife. She’s so young…I don’t get it. But Kelly at least seems to not say anything cruel about anybody. She does laugh hysterically at Joan’s comments, though. Giuliana Rancic has been pretty cold in some of her comments, which also surprised and disappointed me.

I am saddened that Niecy Nash is leaving Clean House. She was more than just a show host; she was part comedian and part psychologist. It won’t be the same show without her.

As far as fashion goes, I used to agree with Joan, but I rarely agree with any of the FP people anymore, and I generally can’t stand what they are wearing! I just think Joan is no longer funny and is just crude in her jokes. I’m not a prude but her remarks are just in poor taste and not funny. And you can be hysterically funny without resorting to crude sexual references. To me that’s the skill of a real comedian.

@AdGirl, shoe size don’t mean a thing! I don’t know if you were around the day we were discussing shoe size but I’ve been dissapointed by tall, big foot men and scared by medium sized foot men ;-). I’ll take an “average” size shoe man every time! I’ve never birthed no babies and I do now what Kiegels are!

      Whooooopsies to those handy Kiegels.
Who needs sugar, pop rocks or cookie batter when Kiegels are the muscles that makes the magic!

Speaking of the grocery list, I kept wondering if Phaedra insists on caviar instead of sugar because we know that she requires Gourmet treatment in all aspects of her life!

  79. Does anyone know if the email address for PayPal up-top is a good one to send email to Lynn?
There were some email addys posted here last night, but there were incorrect.
Someone said that Lynn’s email was posted up-top, but in my browser, all I can see is the PayPal one. Is that the, “official” email for this blog?
Also-I know that this blog runs on Central time, but it is more wonky than ever for me here even after clearing the cache etc. Maybe due to so many comments-I saw way more than 500 on the previous. After 500 I guess that it kind of chokes in my browser.

This is gonna sound random and maybe not put very well but; I need to say thank you to Lynne and all the people who post here. It has been a VERY long time since I posted. This blog has honest to God saved my sanity. I was diagnosed with severe depression awhile back. I had no idea I was depressed. I just knew I was isolating myself more and more, physically hurt, lost all interest in everything and everyone around me. Anyway, the one place I have come everyday is here. You guys are AMAZING people. You make me smile and for a little while everyday I had somewhere I wanted and looked forward to being. I am on new meds now and I think they are helping but I needed ya’ll to know that this blog has been THE best medicine of all. Peace and love, Debbie

    • justanothermary says:

I’ve dealt with a lot of depression in my life and when I met my biological family it became very apparent that, at least in my case, it is genetic. If one med doesn’t work, keep trying. Not everything works for everyone. Be sure to give them enough time to help (usually about 6-8 weeks) but DO NOT GIVE UP. When you come out of the fog it’s often so gradual that you don’t notice until you find yourself in a room full of people you’ve avoided for months in situations you thought you’d never experience again, and loving it. It’s a wonderful feeling and you deserve to have that, we all do. It took me 3 different meds to find what works for me. I haven’t needed meds for over 2 years now, but I know the warning signs and will go back on the moment I feel like I’m losing control. Always keep in mind that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel and life WILL be wonderful again. I promise!

Debbie: Hope you’re feeling much better. Depression is a very dark place and your mind is very vulnerable when you’re in that state. Just wondering… can you look at someone and tell if they have the ‘depressed’ gene? I can pick someone out of a crowd who has it…it’s just like gaydar…

I believe many of us here suffer from depression. Support that some receive from others here is a blessing because we can interact and be consoled without leaving our homes, and the anonymity allows us to open up about subjects we might not feel comfortable talking about with another face to face. If posters feel comfortable with their peers without troll involvement, its a win win for all here.
Maybe this is why we become so defensive about the site. Instead of making the troll invisible by not addressing him, the possible troll is attacked. Sometimes you win, sometimes you loose, ie. WSL, klmh, ?,?,?.
      This is simply my opinion.

The comment section is hilarious. “Kelsey’s wife” has busy friends who write terrible things about him in the comments.

I have visions of my exhusband (that committed suicide) walking towards me. He’s not looking at me just walking. I think he’s lost and doesn’t want to ask for directions.

This is what it means to me.
Ur X husband looks at u but doesn’t. see ur face because he asked for advice from u but ignored it. So he ignores u. His walking toward u is because he wanted u to solve his problems but again didn’t heed ur advice.
He is lost. He choose a permanent solution for a temporary problem.

OK, first the producer used the excuse of lateness, saying it was 11:00pm when they went to dinner. Now Taylor is using it as an excuse, saying it was 1:00am. Umm.. aren’t they still on CA time, so it really was feeling more like 9:00pm to midnight. Whatever!

I don’t care if Camille was up since last Tuesday and had an unsettling surge of IBS..freaking out over the word insecure is just so, well insecure. Insecure is like this chicks official MO no matter what time of day it is.

    Smoke and mirrors.

    • Adgirl says:

I did notice in the producer blog they were at dinner for 3 hours. One thing I noticed is alcohol didn’t seem to play as much of part in this fight as other RH shows – like ATL and OC. Kelsey’s wife doesn’t drink (or drink much) so she doesn’t have that excuse.

I think Taylor jumps into the action to secure her place on the show next season.

The site took me to psalm 18:

” The cords of death entangled me; the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me. The cords of the grave coiled around me; the snares of death confronted me…He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the LORD was my support. ”

Thanks, WSL! That’s also what I found. I just didn’t recognize the “Without Hope a man will perish” verse. Sounds like a proverb, but none that I was familiar with.

OO–while I was writing that, I remembered one about “hope deferred.” Googled that and found: Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. Prov 13:12. That’s the closest one I can think of to what she wrote.

Anyway, thanks. And thanks for the laughs and love, Lynn and everyone!

  93. cdnfillie58 says:

Bit of advice is needed here…my beautiful soon to be 13 yr old grand-daughter, told me yesterday that boys don’t like her because she’s fat and ugly..broke my heart, and I wanted to kick someone’s ass for making her feel that way. She’s a little overweight (15 lbs) but she has the most amazing hazel eyes and beautiful smile but an even more beautiful personality. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body (except with her brother) and never says nasty things to anyone (again except with her brother 😛 ), it’s the way both of them were raised. I know kids say stupid things sometimes, and I know I’m being naive but wtf, I wish moms and dads would pay more attention to how their kids interact socially. Either way I told my little sweetie that no she’s not fat and definitely not ugly but I know she thinks I would say that cause I’m her grandma and I don’t think I helped her. Should I have said different?

    • shanna says:

Tell her to tell the boys “I can lose weight but you can’t get rid of ugly”

    • OneMoreInBoston says:

Did someone actually say that to her, or is she feeling down about herself?

      • cdnfillie58 says:

u know what, I’m not sure..that could be a whole other thing if she is just feeling down about herself, but she’s never been a fan of pity parties, she saw too much of it with my ex but that’s a whole nuther can of worms. I think she may have been told that or overheard someone saying that. She has a lot of girl friends

    • Kat says:

It’s an awkward transitional period to adulthood, with periods, pimples and hormones. Tell her to be patient it gets better. Much better. 😉

      • cdnfillie58 says:

Yes we have one. 13 and 14 were tough.
He even thought he was fat and wanted to diet. Ahbedah
Long talk ensued about media vs real life.
He really wanted a girlfriend but wouldn’t say that.

Now… methinks he has too many.

        • justanothermary says:

I know this is not helpful, but I have always been fat. The teen years were brutal. The only that thing would have helped me is if my family had been able to be supportive and would have told me exactly what you told your daughter. I think you did the right thing. Be there, be supportive and reinforce in her always how beautiful she is, but you already do that.

    • ches says:

I hate when that happens. I always feels like whatever you say is never enough because you want to fix the problem and can’t. My #3 daughter was sort of the same way…beautiful blue eyes, very sweet, slightly shy, kind of plain, a little on the chunky side and a late bloomer. But when the time came she bloomed big time. She is now in her early 20’s and strangers on the street walk up to her and tell her how beautiful she is. She walks into a place and everyone looks. People actually sit and stare at her. She got taller but, even now, is in no way thin. And she doesn’t really care. She just laughs when people make a fuss over her.
She had one or two close friends at that age and I think that helped. Is she interested in sports at all? I know sports help to raise a girl’s self-esteem. If there are any school groups that she likes she should look into those.
I would also talk with her teacher. She may be able to give you some insight into the problem. She might be able to tell you if anyone is picking on her and who they are.
You just wish kids this age would realize that everyone goes through this at one time or another and it gets better. My heart goes out to her.

      • That’s a tough one because 15 pounds overweight is fine so I would not try to help her loose weight. I’m always squeamish about young girls leaning to anorexia & eating disorders when they try to control their weight.

One thing that you could do is take her to a department store beauty counter for a professional make-up lesson and maybe buy a lipstick or mascara? Of course you should tell her that she is beautiful & perfect, but sometimes a little make-up, (ha ha and I do mean a little), can make someone feel better?

        • cdnfillie58 says:

          • I hope that makes her feel like a million buks!
That sounds like it will help-and spending time with someone who loves her doesn’t hurt either.

          • twoile says:

How wonderful that she arrived on your B’day a lovely/loving gift for you both….a very special b’day indeed. I would offer a suggestion 4 martial arts….carefully selected instructor/school….serves many purposes such as health exercise w/o it having a focus on wgt but on fitness/discipline/spiritual enhancement & of course self esteem. This can b expensive but worth every bit. This would also include your attending & cheering her on…even more time together. Blessings 2 U both.

        • When I was younger I had to stop looking at magazines with “perfect” pictures of models because I was trying to actually achieve perfect skin like that.
Make sure that she knows that most models & celebrities are photo-shopped, even with weight.
I think that body dysmorphic syndrome, where you basically think that you look horrible when you don’t, is something that kids go-through like a stage. So maybe you can tell her that it is normal, but that its all in her head & to try and be more realistic about how cute she really is?

        • quincyil says:

My physical trainer has parents bring daughters to her. She said that teens and preteens are so delicate that they can fall into eating disorders so you never talk about lbs. You talk about health and feeling good. 15 lbs is not dangerous. Change the way the family eats. Be careful.

      • Cdnfillie58 says:

Thanks ches…she absolutely hates anything that makes her sweat LOL, but she internalizes everything..the only reason she said that was because one of her friend’s mother had lectured her about what she thinks is my sweetie’s boy crazy behaviour that’s rubbing off on her not so innocent daughter…my little sweetie didn’t defend herself cause she’s covering her friends not so sweet behaviour. She won’t let the cat out of the bag with her friend. Maybe I should have kicked the mother for daring to lecture my little girl and making her feel bad.

        • ches says:

Your posts are giving me deja vu. You have to watch out for those sweet ones. lol That mother would piss me off though. I’m afraid I would tell her if she has a problem with my grandchild she should contact me and I ‘ll take care of it. I have to admit I’ve yelled at other people kids before, but I knew their parents well enough that I was comfortable doing so. And if it was a biggie I would let the parents know after the fact. I was a stay-at-home mother, unlike a lot of the mothers of my kid’s friends, so if it needed to be addressed while they were working , it was.
As for boys, it’s been scientifically proven that 99% of boys who are cute at 13 end up totally bald with man-boobs by the time they’re 25.

  105. Its working fine for me now I think.

    More eloquent insults:

“He had delusions of adequacy.” – Walter Kerr
“He has never been known to use a word that might send a reader to the dictionary.” -William Faulkner (about Ernest Hemingway).
“Thank you for sending me a copy of your book; I’ll waste no time reading it.” – Moses Hadas
“I didn’t attend the funeral, but I sent a nice letter saying I approved of it” – Mark Twain
“He has no enemies, but is intensely disliked by his friends..” – Oscar Wilde

Check this out http://wp.me/pXhBd-T5 . Read the comments from HouseWifeHater aka NotMyRealNameIAmNotTheTroll. She’s smack talking over there but comes over here acting “brand new”. I hate people who don’t have the balls to say something to your face.
Oh, and by the way…she’s getting her own PodCast 😉 Coincidence?

    • justanothermary says:

I was just reading that TLD. I left her a post, but don’t know if she’s read it. Seems she may be challenged when it come to taking responsibility for one’s actions. And I was not drinking last night – lol.

    • Kat says:

I posted before I had read all the posts. Didn’t read all of the long posts.
I’m exhausted and calling it a night.

TLD I love ya. This one I’d set down and walk away from. But I feel that way about the TV remote too – it’s not worth finding at the moment. 😉

    • OneMoreInBoston says:

I’m really surprised at you. What is all the secrecy about? Why couldn’t you just be normal about your request? Seems almost like a set up.

I’m also disappointed that you are blaming the other poster’s trepidations about your request on alcohol, rather than on your piss poor communication style.

Even Lynn was confused as you misspelled her name 3 times. Maybe you were the one drinking?

      • I think that I’m just about done with this.
A-I could not get on this site. That’s why I posted at RCHW. And if the tattle-tale/thing that I will not mention here, knows so much about what I posted, she would know that.
B-I was attacked here last night, and called names and other BS. And I wondered if I was blocked from this blog because of that.
C-Podcast? I didn’t even say that and no way would I ever be able to have my “own” podcast because it is beyond me.
Now that I replied, I guess that I’ll be accused of TMI again!
I’m over this so if anyone else wants to pile-on, I reserve the right to not say anything.

        • OneMoreInBoston says:

          There is no pile up.

You posted an anonymous cryptic request for Lynn’s email.

          You did not identify yourself.

You were questioned. You got defensive. Others reacted to your defensiveness.

You went onto ANOTHER blog to complain at length about how misunderstood you were, and blame the posters here misunderstanding you because we were drunk.

You are now being questioned about your motivations and your insinuations.

You ought to be absolutely ashamed of yourself. You deliberately tried to set up posters on this blog by pretending to be a troll. Or you weren’t pretending at all. How many other times have you played the troll?

          What a sick puppy.

          You’re right- you are done.

          I’m all set.

          • OneMoreInBoston -Are you freekin’ kidding?
Who died and made you boss? How dare you.
You are one nasty piece of work and I did not accuse the entire board of being drunk, I noted that I was aware that people would act so weird for what I consider normal reasons.
And now you’re accusing me of more garbage?
I know what my intentions are & they are not to mess-up this blog, but people who are nasty to other people, and think that they can because they are accusing someone of acting like a troll and I’m not even talking about what happened to me, are the ones who are making this a hostile environment.

            • OneMoreInBoston says:

              I see.

So the following is to make this a warm and fuzzy place to come right?

How about if someone wanted to send Lynne an email: and they were too lazy to search all of the old blogs for her address: and they did not want anyone who is reading the messages to know that they had something to tell Lynn?
If they wanted everyone to know what it was, they would use there real name, and post it-right?
And zipit-if you really want to know what it is, post an email that I can send you a message, but it is confidential so I would have to ask you to not say anything before I tell you what it is.
Or maybe I am just being mysterious. There’s not enough of that around hjere.”

I am not the boss here, Lynn is. It’s her call who is on this board and who isn’t.

I am not accusing you of more garbage, the garbage you’ve been accused of is quite enough.

You’re behavior is duplicitous, and I stand by my opinion that you ought to be absolutely ashamed of yourself.

    • LurkerAlso says:

Why do all the trolls come on with the same game of asking “how to contact Lynn?” That sent up and immediate red flag when I saw “housewifehater” ask that, just like the last troll, right?

      • TLM says:

My suggestion is that when something really hostile is said directed at someone on the blog, don’t respond and move on. I scroll past any arguments I see because I would rather talk about people on the shows anyway. It is pretty hard for an argument to happen if no one responds to the bait.

  116. housewifeaddict says:

Oh man – Atlanta is starting with Sheree showing off her Austin Martin. Didn’t it just get repossessed?

  117. WSL! Dang!

WHERE did you get that nugget of info?

SO! There is more. I searched on the station 107.9, in East Orange, NJ, where someone at Giudice’s property was issued the FCC violation for broadcasting without a license, and YES! there is more.

DBK-where I confirmed that “17 Webster Place, LLC” is one of Joe’s business names.

ANOTHER FCC notice. (there are more)

LAWRENCE MASON, EAST ORANGE, NJ. A Notice of Unlicensed Operation is issued to Lawrence Mason, East Orange, NJ. Report Number: W201032380020

And that is copied, Lawrence Mason, and the notice refers to “17 Webster Place, LLC” violations.

SAME frequency/station, 107.9, and BOTH properties, owned by Joe G.

So that FCC notice that WSL posted is not some fluke. The signal strengths were different, and of course this is a different property, than the one that WSL posted (but BOTH owned by Joe G.)!.

    • WOW so what did this notice mean then? is he gonna get in trouble this time?

    • Adgirl says:

The original contact here for that was ches (see up thread) whom I do not know.
ches had the link and made a remark about maybe we should all be wearing tinfoil to protect our brains or something. So of course I ran over and clicked the link because I love to wear tin foil or make little origami swans out of it (oh never mind). Then I bugged WSL to give up her lovely Sunday uplifting rituals and pass the info around to those of you LynnFam CIA agents who would understand it.
      Anyway it’s ches’s find.
I don’t know how or where it was found or wtf it means – other than I get to legitimately wear a foil headdress.

  118. TrueLifeDiva says:

@Kat, I’m already done 😉 Once I realized I was arguing with Kelley I walked away. Just wanted it on the record, so to speak. I try not to waste my time with folks who have 2 digit IQ’s.

    • housewifeaddict says:

Justtomakeyoulaugh – most of the people on the blog aren’t aware of the twitter nonsense, please keep it off the blog. I appreciate it.

        • quincyil says:

If I don’t know something, it doesn’t affect me. LOL. I don’t go to twitter looking for information other than looking at Kelly twits so see how her mind is functioning of late. I only take the links on the show that Lynn and some posters put on because I trust their safety.

I know that people are out there making comments and their intention to to hurt others. If I don’t read those comments, I feel no pain. Thanks for leaving me in the dark in all of the hurtful stuff.

        • twoile says:

    • American Idiot says:

Hi WSL – I think it involves a twitter war between people on another blog. I’m ignoring it. I’m not on twitter, and this is the only blog I care about, so I have absolutely no interest. Sounds like there was some stuff going on here over the weekend. I’m trying to piece it together, but after the fact it is difficult. I was no on much this weekend due to family obligations. • justanothermary says:

Calling anyone one of the long-time and/or known posters on this blog a bitch is totally out of line. Enough is enough. You should admit you were acting strangly last night, apologize to all and call it a night. It’s the only decent thing to do at this point I’m wrong sometimes, but when I am I admit it. It’s called integrity, look it up.

        • Kat says:

@HWH These women are not bitches.

  127. TrueLifeDiva says:

    Ha! Go scratch 😉

  128. TrueLifeDiva says:

@JustAnotherMary, I’ll never scroll past you! Don’t say the “T” word, one might think you are inviting them in. As for Tuesdays, that’s Turkey Taco night at the Diva house ;-). Wouldn’t work anyway, bridge dwellers don’t follow a schedule or logic. Too civilized.

    • justanothermary says:

You’re right, just saying the T word seems to bring out the crazies (note some of the posts tonight). What time are the Turkey Taco’s ready, I’ll bring Corona.

  129. kmuellfa says:

boston- I just posted my apple pie recipe on your blog. I came across the recipe a few years ago, and now I am required to make it about 5 times a year. I have to make it for every thanksgiving and x-mas, and I get asked to make it for about 3-4 summer BBQ’s a year. The BF wants it for his B-day as well. Seriously it’s the best I’ve ever made.

I have a few more, I’ll post them tomorrow. This WASP makes some mean Puerto Rican slow roasted pork and yellow rice with pidgeon peas.

    • ilovelynn says:

kmuellfa, where is boston’s blog? I want that receipe! my mother passed 11 yrs. ago and it took me 5 yrs to figure out her stuffing receipe for turkey,(she was a fabulous italian cook who never used measurements, one year people complained so much that I didn’t duplicate it correctly, so the next year in a pout, I made stove top stuffing! the following year, I finally deciphered it!) anyway, for the first time since she died I tried to make her apple/cranberry pie that everyone would swoon over every holiday and something seems off. any help you can give would be appreciated, so please steer me to boston and her blog.thanks!(which boston?)

      • kmuellfa says:

Thanks, Kat, for posting the link.

Ilovelynn, the recipe is easy to make (hell, I use refrigerated pre-rolled crusts), and you could add cranberries to emulate your Mom’s recipe.

If you decide to go old-school and make your own crust, these are my tips: use half butter/half lard (Crisco)-it makes it rich and flaky. Also, substitute any water with OJ, it gives something “extra” to the crust but no one can ever figure out what it is.
Making your own crust from scratch is not as hard as most people would think, but having a pastry cutter helps.

        • ilovelynn says:

wow! white sugar AND brown sugar! definitely going to try this. hope it works with the cranberries in it. thanks
          kmuellfa. xx

    Does anyone believe (broke) Kim
Spent $60 000 on her childs room ?

    • kmuellfa says:

Ridiculous. Wonder where she gets the cash as Big Poppa is broke and can’t pay his light bill.

LPN’s don’t make that kind of scratch.

      • justanothermary says:

Especially an LPN who probably isn’t really and LPN and who certainly does not get up and go to work everyday. Any money made off of TFTP wouldn’t cover handbags and thongs, how the Hell does she pay for the cigarettes and booze? Gawd, she just gags me. I still have nightmares about her saying that magic had been made on that bed NeNe bought – in front of her daughters! EWWWWWWWWW

        • MSU Chicago says:

To quote Cat, “that is bullocks!” My good friend is a nurse and could retire tomorrow, if she wanted. She would not waste $60,000.00, nor would I! She graduated in 1999, she has a great family and has made great investments (I would imagine WSL, and other posters, would know about that)!! I also know bartenders as well that can retire! Kim is just Kim…

      • quincyil says:

Where is the money coming from for all of these women? Look at their cars and homes. Even if they are rented, the landlords have to charge a good rent for such large homes.

Does Kim comingle her funds like Teresa? Are there tax filings on any of these women? Not pretend tax filings like Teresa ….

I just don’t understand where they get all of the money?

        • MSU Chicago says:

Quincy, you are correct. I am not an avid poster, but I recall you stating that you lived in Chicago. Could you imagine the $ spent to rent a comparable home in the North Shore, or to make it more or less expensive, a home of that size in the city? I do not have any friends currently living in Atlanta, so I do not know the prices in the area. I would love to know how much their properties cost.

          • MSU Chicago says:

Excuse me, not that you currently live in Chicago, because obviously you are closer to St. Louis; but in the past you were in or by Chicago. 🙂

  140. TrueLifeDiva says:

Sheree’s dress was hideous! She’s not very girly and that dress did her no favors. I can’t decided who’s mirror is the biggest liar, Sheree or Kim?

  141. JKW says:

I agree, she didn’t even look good when she walked out, let alone dancing.

  142. TrueLifeDiva says:

What a great blog – glad to see that Lynn is getting widespread attention in the blogosphere.
Taylor’s lips are disturbing, that’s the only word I have for them.
Camille is slipping…those cold eyes will betray her before long.
Kyle is obviously enjoying picking on Kim…a little cold, but still not unusual between sisters, I think.
Underneath it all, though, runs the thread…IHJZ!

I would love to post pictures but I not sure how. Do I email them to Lynn? Let me know. Have a great day everyone.

    Have I ever !
My father was friends w/the owner & helped pour the concrete on the floor for the original floor when Thad Ure took a risk to start the restaurante when I was a little girl.
NC was one of the last states to have liquor in restaurants so we had few restaurants cuz with brown bagging they made little $$$.
When I was one of 125 debutantes at the 2nd oldest deb society in the US I had my party there. It was a square dance w/Homer A Briar Hopper a famous dance caller & band leader who came down from the mountains from Montrete (where Billy”Graham & fam live). My mother said no alcohol so my Dad (bless him) organized to have Applejack in apple cider and Prissy (my mom)didn’t know it was alcohol ! We took over the whole top floor ! I had invitations w/a light blue & white checked cover to match my long empire gown & a sketch of me inside saying Lee’s Deb Ho Down !My mom hand painted 130 tin cups white saying Lee’s Deb party 1971. We all got very drunk. Having a Ho Down was very risky cuz square dancing was not cool. After mine 3 more girls copied me !
Van took over when her Dad died. The Barn serves the most people at the highest cost of any restaurant in the US (at one time anyway). Van is my only friend who I can identify with as a business owner w/National recognition. She is a speaker to national restaurante associations, chambers of Commerce etc etc etc. She regularly has Presidents and sport & Hollywood stars. The Barn has won too many Hospitality awards to count & its win cellar too.
Every time I come to Raleigh my BFF & I go to the Barn & have champaign cocktails & the same menu item we have had since we can remember. We always have a designated driver or a cab to take us home.
If u go there ask for Van & mention WSL from NY & she will know who I am immediately.

No I never herd of the
    Angus Barn.
kmuellfa u just made my day ,probably my week.

LOL. When I was digging around for recipes for Boston’s blog, I came across the recipe for the Angus Barn’s Chocolate pie.

My Aunt and cousins live in Raleigh, and for my Mom’s 65th B-day the whole family flew to Raleigh to celebrate and we went to the AB. I think I mentioned before that my grandparents lived in Wilmington. My Pop Pop was a pilot (AF then always owned his own plane) and he used to fly clients up to Raleigh to wine and dine them at the AB. I loved the “family history” we had with the place and loved that we got to celebrate there. Right now I am craving some Blue cheese spread and homemade crackers.

It’s so funny that you had your party there, I remember thinking if I get married, I would lovelovelove to have it there.
That place is so old school, and I can see why my grandparents loved it so much. (When I was little, I thought my Pop Pop was 007-he was the only adult I knew who drank martinis, ate raw oysters, and flew his own plane.)

Dammit, now I have a plan a trip to Raleigh (and I’m not above name dropping). If anyone wants the chocolate pie recipe, I will post it on Boston’s blog later.

    Hi Lynn,

I just read your post and from the bottom of my heart I have to say THANK YOU. After an exhausting 4 day weekend with the kids you put a smile on my face. You are truly one of a kind lady! Thanks for taking the time out of your busy life to keep the rest of us entertained with your wit and humor. I’ve seen a lot of posters come and go on this blog but i’ve also felt welcomed by you.

  153. Wall St Lady says:

Oh don’t forget. My brother committed suicide. My Dad was an alcoholic & my mother married 4Xs and I would have traded anything to have had a tiny house with calm & peace & love. So I hope u had that cuz $$$ doesn’t make u happy or safe & I know LynnFam
Knows that. And I left out worse things because I am too ashamed to admit them much less talk about. But I do Love God & He was my Mom & Dad & I wouldn’t trade that for the world.

Teresa Giudice’s Attorney Says Denying Their Bankruptcy ‘Would Destroy This Family’

Attorney James Kridel has his work cut out for him in trying to convince the bankruptcy court to grant the petition filed by his clients, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Roberta DeAngelis, the attorney in the U.S. Trustees Office who evaluated the Giudice filing, recommended that the court not grant their Chapter 7 petition.

She alleged that the couple had fraudulently tried to hide assets.

“I am going to be sending a letter to the US Trustees Office because I would like to resolve with them their issue rather than have to try it,” attorney Kridel told RadarOnline.com.

“I’m not doing it out of desperation; I’m doing it in their [debtors and US Trustees] best interest. That’s the next step. But ultimately the ball is in their court.”

Kridel said he is going to try to convince the Trustee Office that they’d lose in a trial and that his clients “have been punished enough”.

“Instead of just looking at it as ‘Joe Giudice,’ it is a family and to deny a discharge in this case would destroy this family. Some of the family members are clearly not responsible for anything that occurred here.”

The Giudices’ attorney also argues that Joe didn’t intentionally omit assets from the petition.

Kridel said, ‘If you have a bank account that has zero in it, but you didn’t disclose it because you didn’t realize it was open, I don’t believe that to be a really egregious offense. The omissions made would not change the outcome of the case. Their discovery would not increase the value of the estate.

“To deny a discharge would be a very severe consequence and I don’t think it’s deserving.”

Whatever the court’s decision, the Giudices will still suffer, their legal rep claimed.

“They’re going to owe a significant amount of money, including any IRS debt,” he said. “Other than the personal property in the house they don’t really have any assets so they are going to start over again.

“If they don’t get a fresh start [with a discharge] it’s going to be almost impossible to get back up on their feet.”

    Hi All~
I am looking for a site to replace one I won’t name yet. Just had a horrible experience with people cursing at each other including me & some people who didn’t agree with what they were saying. I have been reading this site for a while but never posted. I couldn’t believe what happened at other site. I asked a question & no one answered so I asked if that was a taboo subject & I was told nobody cared about me or my question & I could go F myself & that I was an a hole..pretty scary stuff for a website that is supposed to be about Bravo housewives gossip.
Anyway this place looks so much safer & nicer & I hope this can be my new place to talk about things that matter to all of us.
    Love & Peace

Wow…..way to rewrite history. That is not exactly what happened, but I’m glad you found a nice place to land. These people here are pretty cool, and don’t put up with BS.

      Better mind your p&q’s.

  157. BaaBee Loves Kitties says:

Thank you so much~I do enjoy a little snark for sure~as long as it’s about people we don’t know & they can’t hear us. Learned that one from Kathy Griffin~
You are very sweet AZ Girl & I Love Lynn~how refreshing..could definitely use some lol’s. 😉

    OK Totally OT 🙂

My hubby and I have decided to re-do our basement. It was finished by someone else some 30+ years ago. We never used it but as my kids get older it seems like a good place for the playstation 🙂

Anyway I was prepared. I had a hat, gloves, old clothes and a dust mask. But I was not prepared as I thought. Warning, when taking down a drop ceiling in an old home you will be unprepared for what you find up there.

I spent Saturday at the dump and yesterday sterilizing everything. The next thing to do is to remove the paneling. I am scared.

I have read as much as I could of the 100s of posts that have been posted over the last few days and blogs. I have tried to post when could. I think everyone is leery of the Ts. I know I am.

Hugs to those who have shared their struggles. I am a private person about even the littlest of things so I understand the bravery it takes to share. Thank goodness for such a welcoming community.

WSL, sorry hon I don’t do birthdays. Just something I personally never got into. I like the day to pass the as any other. I love celebrating others birthdays, so I will try to make it to the festivities more often.

I found this blog through a Google search. It was on hubpages at the time I think. I don’t think I was here before that. I was just looking for people who were willing to admit they watched RHs and validate some of the feelings I was having regarding these crazy bravocelebrities.

  159. California35 says:

    Hi Lynn,

Thank you for including me on the thank you list 🙂 You are welcome and THANK YOU for creating this place.

I got busy on the weekend and was able to post only on Saturday, I did check in, but noticed I was oh soooo late to join in that I just read. I read a little again right now, but my break is over. I can’t really be on my work computer doing this too long. I will check back later, and I might just print 11/15 blog to read on a another break 🙂
Also, I tried to donate for your radio show, but I was concern to enter my information, sorry 😦 me worry 😛

Your comments about your personal past and present problems made me feel sad. Not to stop reading, but sad to know so many people go through abuse 😦 in one way or another. I went to sleep praying that all those people who were abused find peace, and all those who are now being abused, find help.
