I Hate Jill Zarin News and Other Issues July 4, 2010
CBS is building the hype for Big Brother already. There is a video tour hosted by Julie Chen of the newly decorated Big Brother House. It looks great completely empty, we didn’t get to see the “Have-Not’s” bedroom but knowing Big Brother it is a miserable place!
There are also videos of all of the houseguests for the upcoming season on the CBS website.
Annie is a bi-sexual bartender who seems a little flighty. She doesn’t seem all that smart to me, we’ll see how it plays out. She says she will not reveal that she is bi-sexual immediately because she feels it will put a target on her back. Personally, I don’t buy the bi-sexual thing but to each their own.
Brenden is a swim coach from California, he also claims to have a PhD in Physics but watching his interview, it is tough to tell! We’ll see how much his education helps him through the game.
Hayden is a 24 year old college student from Arizona. All I can say about Hayden is, “dude, stay in school!”
Matt is a web designer, coming from just around the corner from me in Elgin Illinois, newly married and with an entire arm tattoo (I hate those) he seems like a big mouth who will immediately have a target on his back. If you tied his arms behind his back, he wouldn’t be able to talk.
Kristin is a boutique manager from Philly, claims to be misunderstood by strangers. If she means that she comes off as a dumbass, I don’t think anyone misunderstood! She wants to use the money to open her own business.
Monet, our one and only African American housemate (what is up with that?) is a model from Glen Carbon Illinois. (Never heard of that town) She claims to want to get some modeling gigs from the show, at least she’s honest. Monet claims to have no patience for ditzy girls, or guys who think that they are “all that”. Okedokey!
Brittney, the token blonde bubbly sex kitten, they have to have at least one every season, right? A hotel sales manager from Arkansas she notes one of her favorite activities as “arguing”. Huh? She feels like she has an advantage because she’s watched every season of Big Brother in the past. I bet all the others never even heard of BB before their appearance on the show…sheesh!
We have a few more days before the premier so we’ll cover some of the other rocket scientists later. It’s going to be one hell of a season!
REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY
News broke yesterday about our lovely and talented (yes that was sarcasm) Teresa Giudice and her sexy and very juicy husband Joe. (more sarcasm)
It seems that Joe likes to play games with signing other people’s names to legal documents (allegedly) …hmm, I’m not expert but isn’t that illegal? Joe clams that he signed the document with the other party’s approval, well Joe that argument didn’t work for Dina Manzo and it isn’t going to work for you!
What the hell makes someone think that they can sign someone else’s name and get away with it? I feel like Al Pachino, “We have the law on our side! And we have the truth on our side!” (that was Pacino, right?)
I have absolutely nothing against the state of New Jersey or the fine people who live there, but where the hell did Bravo find these people? I know, in a hair salon, well Bravo you get what you pay for, ok? Learned your lesson? I doubt it!
This could be big trouble for Juicy Joe, he could do jail time if found guilty. Of course there are always hefty fines to pay, but being in the midst of a bankruptcy could excuse him of any fines or fees. I am no attorney, but this seems pretty bad.
The reports of this new allegation against Joe also seem to include the fact that the Giudice’s have more money than possibly they reported in their bankruptcy. Hidden money maybe for that “fresh start” that Teresa mentioned?

I think that the people at Bravo literally jump up and down when reports like this appear. Every time they mention Juicy Joe and his wife Teresa, they include the name of the show, The Real Housewives of New York and sometimes even include “Bravo”. Makes more people watch perhaps?

Jill claims that she does not tweet for her dog and then later promises that it is not one of her employees. As most of you know, there are two Twitter accounts (that I know of) that use Jill’s dog’s name. One is in support of Jill, the other clearly is not.
Here’s my question, a few weeks back Jill tweeted that she would be blocking anyone who followed her “biggest haters”. She then went on to send private DM tweets to people trying to get them to unfollow me and avoid being blocked by Jill. (can you say too much time on your hands). I’m sure some people did unfollow me to avoid being blocked, but many did not and many sent me copies of her DM’s.
Jill claims to have come up with this unfollow or block idea from Dina Manzo who did something similar with TweetMaxine. Dina Manzo also has a popular Twitter account for her cat, Grandma Wrinkles (gag me). Suddenly an account pops up with Jill’s dog’s name…..things that make you go hmmmm
The last tweet has to be an ad for a travel site, I refuse to click on the link knowing she will probably get paid for every click.

I don’t know if it is because Luann did a turn around toward the end of the season on the reunion and on her Bravo blog, but she doesn’t offend me as much as she used to. I actually chuckled when she talked about her son’s Hamster (RIP Fluffy). Don’t get me wrong, I would be perfectly happy if she wasn’t on RHONY anymore but I still think we have bigger fish to fry.
I reviewed Alex and Simon’s tweets but there really isn’t anything interesting to report. They are so great that they typically tweet responses to questions and requests for tweets saying Happy Birthday or Happy Anniversary so they’re aren’t necessarily exciting, but they are definitely two of the nicest people on Twitter!

Back to the Jersey girls, is it just me or does Danielle seem more worthy of our sympathy after seeing that vicious Teresa attacking her last week? I have a feeling it is going to swing more into Danielle’s favor next Monday. (notwithstanding the sex tape that I cannot get completely out of my head…hoping time will heal)
Could these people be any more low-rent? The fact that Bravo is allowing Ashley to blog says to me that they are trying to attract lesser intelligent viewers in a completely different demographic from New York. The fact remains that the NJ ladies got physical and that is never ok! Reading Teresa’s blog and Ashley’s blog literally makes me want to vomit! There is no intelligence, no sophistication, no class whatsoever in these people! Ashley’s is another 4-page blog and I couldn’t even get through it all! I read enough to know that she defends herself for her stupid little wave to Danielle, she does think of herself as a model but prefers to get into acting. I think Gia has a better shot than Ashley, and that ain’t sayin much!
Ashley goes on and on in her blog with the “Aunt Caroline” and “aunty this, aunty that”. These people are not even related to her! The women that Ashley is referring to are Chris’s sisters. Ashley, these women are not your aunts! I’m no expert but I don’t think there is such a thing as a “step-aunt”. This girl wants to be a Manzo so badly she can taste it! Too bad she’s too old for Chris to adopt her! If he hasn’t done it in 14 years, apparently he has no desire to do it!
Jacqueline, reign in this kid, she is going to end up in jail, on drugs or pregnant! Don’t these people realize how bad they are looking? Doesn’t Jacqueline realize how Ashley is negatively affecting both of their reputations? There is no defense for this girl!
She recently blocked me on Twitter for saying she was arrested. She tweeted me back saying, “I was never arrested”. First of all, I wasn’t talking to her, she butted into a conversation on Twitter that I was having with someone else! Secondly, it is all semantics, she may not have been “technically” arrested but she did receive a summons to appear in front of a judge for committing a crime. Period! She was found guilty and did have to pay a fine! Maybe a few days in jail would have adjusted her attitude!
Why am I watching this JUNK? Someone please save me from The Real Housewives of New Jersey!

Imo, ideally, stepchildren should be treated as family. But, last year when I watched it, I didn’t get the sense that Ashley and the Manzos had that relationship. Now that they’re all rolling in the mud together, the whole “auntie” thing seems to have blossomed. Like the little snot’s bad behavior has endeared her with the clan. Messed up.

Ashley is incorrect. She WAS arrested. A person does not have to be placed in handcuffs and taken to jail to be ‘arrested’. My son was arrested when he was 14. The police called me and requested I bring him into the station. I did so, and he answered a few questions, and we left together. He then received a summons for his hearing. Because he showed up, received his sentencing, which was community service, he was allowed to go home.
If Ashley had NOT shown up for the hearing, then she would be likely ‘arrested’ in the way she relates to, i.e. how they do it on television.
An arrest can be very informal. If she was read her rights, she was arrested. I don’t care if she got to go home right afterwards. I believe it’s called being released on your own recognizance.
This girl thinks that because there’s no footage of an officer cuffing her and putting her into a squad car, she can fool the public that she wasn’t arrested.
Just more examples of how immature this girl is.
The most common public perception of the term “arrested” means to be apprehended involuntarily. In that sense, Ashley was not arrested-she surrendered voluntarily and was taken into custody.
She IS mistaken, but it’s a very common mistake.
Hmmm… back in my civil disobedience days, we were led to believe that if you were not booked, then you were not arrested. Taken in for questioning is just that. IIRC the term is “being held”. But if you’re finger printed and they literally write your info on an arrest form, then you are arrested.
I’m not disagreeing that she was arrested. I’m saying that she’s making a common error in mistaking “arrested” for being apprehended involuntarily.
I too am confused about Trashley being given a blog. Like you Lynn, the only rational I can come up with this season? Bravo has figured out that this demographic is only as strong as its lowest denominator. Thanks to the cast of high school drop outs, the denominator in this case is more akin to the Bad Girls’ Club.
If you look at the comments, there are a number which applaud the violence, the sophomoric banter and any but adult behavior. “Love, love love you Theresa”. To continue with a show that promotes such violence etc, is to accept the behavior, if not condone it. This in turn perpetrates the American woman as a bullying, self absorbed, whores.
We all know Bravo Andy doesn’t give a wit about the fall out for individuals on his payroll. Who’s the narcissist now?

That’s exactly what I was always thinking when I read her blogs, but I wasn’t really sure how it works so I didn’t want to say anything. It’s like she’s trying to convince us that she is part of the family by saying “aunt” over and over again.
I read somewhere that in the have-not room the beds are beach towels and lawn chairs. I can’t seem to find the article now. It came out right around the time they announced the beach theme.
I stopped watching RHONJ a LONG time ago. I’m happy to see I’m not missing a thing. Like Luann says, “money can’t buy you class”. I can see why Ashley calls Caroline Aunt. I have step relatives for over 20 years and I consider them just as much my family as my blood cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.
i think the only reason why people like me raise an eyebrow over it is because Ashley and her step-clan use “family”as an excuse to assault people.
i don’t know you, but still I feel confident that you’ve never attacked someone and then tried to deny responsibility for your awful actions by asserting your kinship.
Knowing what we do about the Manzos, I strongly suspect this is some kind of “pledge” challenge Ashley has passed in order to gain true acceptance in the “family” (rubs side of nose with finger).

hi guys, just been reading the last few days, but when I went on this link showing the pies(someone didn’t make enough “crumbs” to cover all the blueberries,stupid twit), there was a photo of a bracelet that she says to buy from jennifer miller. is she intimating that is her design? my daughters and I buy those every summer on captia when we go on our family vacation.(14 of us ranging in age from 2 1/2 to my 99 yr, old dad, talk about crazytown!) for my granddaughters. it is a ribbon with the “evil eye” on it and suppose to bring good luck. we get some too, but fancier. this one you wind around your wrist several times. anyway, no way did kelly design these. just sayin’.

The thing that has always bothered me about this franchise is the wealth without education/professional careers/inheritance. I am not putting anyone down who earns their livelihood from the trades or service industries – but no doctors, lawyers or Vanderbilts in sight! But there are luxury items everywhere……
Family is supposed to be so important but I don’t see the support the kids need – like a good education means a good job. I see thuggy behavior, mini divas in training but nothing that will help these children get the jobs/careers needed to maintain the lifestyle they are living. Bad behavior is praised in the name of the family?
But the saddest part of this franchise is there is not one really admirable woman in the cast.

Re: Teresa’s husband Joe: The NY Post article is about a civil suit by one of Joe’s business partners against Joe to force repayment of a loan. Joe lost the case in October 2009 and then filed for bankruptcy. The allegation of forgery came up in that civil suit but there’s nothing to indicate that any criminal charges have been filed against Joe for this. That would be a matter of public record. So if no charges have been filed, there isn’t an issue of him being found guilty.
Now if Joe forged the note and used it to get a loan from a bank….that could be interesting. But the article doesn’t say if the second loan was from another private individual or a financial institution. Private folks who have that kind of money to loan and may be involved in business with Joe may prefer to not have the cops involved.
I’d bet Joe has all sorts of interesting business transactions which may now be under close scrutiny by the bankruptcy court, the people he owes money to, and the IRS. But it takes real geniuses to feature their profligate spending on a national TV show (including all those cash transactions *cough*), then plead poverty and file bankruptcy to stiff their creditors.
I wonder why no criminal charges filed? Maybe a case being built? I mean a transaction of this magnitude and the person who’s name is on the contract indicating they did NOT sign it, the signer admitting they signed his name…why no criminal charges yet?

The only reason I can think of (why no criminal charges yet) is if the person’s whose name Joe signed, told the cops that he said it was okay for Joe to do that. I believe that unless the person whose name is signed wants to press charges, or unless the reason for the signing of another’s name was for fraudulent purposes, then there is no crime to prosecute (forgery).
I thought he remortgaged it. That leaves a paper/legal trail.
Was their bankruptcy discharged? If not, the court can continue to scrutinize the financial holdings.

The forgery apparently was alleged by the plaintiff in the civil suit who had loaned Joe the money, had not discharged the debt (Joe had forged his signature) and wanted his money back.

I think Kim has Alopecia. I have two adult female friends with that condition and have spoken to several Dermatologists that went to Med School with my daughter. It’s awful and the treatment involves steroids which are dangerous in the long run.

There was a video last summer where Kim visited Patti in a California outdoor restaurant. I remember reading the article. Are they replaying that event because they got a lot of attention from being seen last summer.
Both Kim and Patti are jealous that Bethenny created a real family and made herself finacially successful. Bethenny’s accomplishments should be respected, but these two women are unable to act appropriately.

So, since the reunion we’ve had some time to see which ladies are sharing time off season. Wonder how it will affect what we see next season on RHNY.
-LuAnn is sharing meals with Sonja these days (good move LuAnn – stay away from the dark side).
-Zarin and Kelly are lunching and tweeting together.
-Alex and Bethenny talk frequently.
-And, Ramona is staying on the periphery – out of the fray.
I don’t want to see a Zarin vs. Alex drama next season (rather not see Zarin at all, actually). The middle person between LuAnn and Ramona has always been Zarin, who knew them both before the show. I think LuAnn is distancing herself from Zarin and Ramona’s all Zarined-out. Will be interesting to see how LuAnn and Ramona relate to each other with Sonja as the common denominator rather than Zarin. They don’t seem to like each other much, but Ramona seemed softened by LuAnn’s admissions at the reunion. Alex and Sonja seem to be the most cultured and share an enjoyment of the arts (and Alex shares a personal bond with Ramona now too). I wonder if Bravo brought Sonja on board to be the new “connector” for the women, since Zarin was driving people apart for her own agenda and creating difficulties for Bravo. The new dynamic with Zarin out (or the one that no one wants to film with) and Sonja as the “connector” will be VERY interesting, IMO. (I assume Kelly will not be back at all)
You know…If I were those women I’d be leery of Jill after what Jill tried to do to Bethanny. If she did it to B what’s stopping her from doing it to them if they pissed her off too. I watch “Project Runway”, Season 7 on LRW every weekend. Silly I know, but I usually have it on for background noise, as I have seen it since day one. I tried to watch Bravo today with NJ housewives, but I cannot take watching them after about 2 times. New York okay, but Jersey is stressful.
Also, I am reading a book called “It’s Bouquet, Not Bucket”, about the hilarious British comedy, “Keeping Up Appearances”. Gosh, I lead such a dull life. LOL

Danielle gets no pass from me – not one single nice thing about anyone ever comes out of her mouth – either in scene or as talking head! She thinks everything anybody says or does is a plot against her! Paranoid doesn’t begin to cover this mess.
Teresa wants to fight! No matter what she says, she just wants to fight? My question is why? Why now? What is the point? And she has wacky Jacky as backup!
There’s no one to root for on this show – they’re all delusional. The whole show is about this Danielle vs. Manzos war, but few people seem to care who wins and who loses. They’ve all shown themselves to be losers at this point.

Hey viki, I’d guess she has nowhere else to go and nothing else to do on the show. Plus, she probably doesn’t want to tick off Caroline again by not being “thick as thieves” with Teresa. And now Ashley’s getting Manzo support for playing the whole family-protection card. None of it makes sense.

According to Alex & Simon there is no rhyme or reason to it. I could be an intern approving and deleting them from home at 2am or an office assistant doing it…Bravo doesn’t give a damn about what gets posted for the most part. Its not high on anyone’s priority list

Here’s the jist of RHNJ: we all hate Danielle soooo much, we all agreed to appear on a TV show with her. We hate her and don’t want anything to do with her, so we looked into her past and spent time reading a crappy book all about her. We don’t want anything to do with her, so we invited her to dinner to confront her about her past. We don’t want Danielle anywhere in our lives, so we sign on to a 2nd season of the show with her. We are so over Danielle, that we invite her to meet with us just so we can tell her we don’t want to meet with her like we are doing right now. We are so over Danielle, that all we ever do is talk about how we don’t even think about her. We hate her so much. We don’t want anything to do with her, so we stare at her across a crowded dining room. We don’t want to associate with her, so when she ignores us we wait for her outside the ladies room just so we can confront her when she comes out. We are so not thinking about Danielle that when she walks right past us, we run after her and call her nasty names and force her to notice us. We are so not bothered by her, we physically attack her. Why can’t she jsut leave us alone.
Great points error 404. IMO a lot of her outrageous behavior is a reaction to what she perceives to be threats. In her mind I think she believes that anyone who is not her bff or in love with her is out to get her and maybe this stems from her past. Not defending her, just my thoughts.

My family has been victimized by criminal grifters like the Guidices. It has been the most terrible event to befall my family, only topped by deaths. Worst than divorces because the long term impact of con is longer and wider.
I hope and pray that Juicy and Teresa (you don’t think she’s innocent in this do you?) get the book thrown at them. Their poor kids – to have such selfish parents who lack empathy for their victims.

My grandmother was a victim of a con man. The pain of the betrayal and the hit to her self-esteem for trusting him in the first place took a huge toll on her health. I agree, it’s devastating for victims. Losing the money sucks, but the impacts exceed just financial loss.
It does seem like the trashy Giudices bilked ex-business partners and other people whose hands maybe weren’t clean either, but who knows who else they’ve taken for a ride. I agree with you, there’s no way in hell Teresa had no knowledge of the illegal activity, she’s in it up to her eyeballs. “Happy wife, happy life” = “let’s just take what we want and worry about it later honey”.

But, I agree with your assessment of Ashley. Last year, she was basically the laughing stock of her step-family. Caroline and others thought she was spoiled and useless. Now, Ashley is trying to assert her allegiance to them by behaving poorly. ???
You know, I’ll give Danielle this…Last year, she said that the Manzos focused on her to deflect problems in their own lives (ie. she didn’t create the rift between Jacqueline and her sisters-in-law but had just exacerbated a pre-existing rift). Especially in the case of Ashley, it is easy to see how Danielle is being used as a deflection/distraction for Ashley’s wayward life and lack of ambition. Jacqueline can focus on how Danielle deserves Ashley’s treatment and harassment instead of focusing on what a disappointment Ashley is especially in comparison to her cousin Lauren who is in school.
And Teresa and her fraudster family. Karma. Karma. Karma. I hope they repossess that house. Last year, “At least I’m not broke like Danielle.” Yeah, actually you are even more broke, you dumb drag queen!
Ashley’s behavior is a direct result of Jacqueline’s parenting. She says she’s been with Chris since Ashley was 5-years old so he is somewhat responsible as well.
Now she’s 19 so she unleashes this punk on the world and says, “nothing I can do, she’s over age”. I used to like Jacqueline.
Absolutely. Jac made some major mistakes with that one and now the whole world is reaping the rewards.
And Jac is actually in a position to offer up some tough love here. Yeah, her mess of a daughter is now a legal adult, but mom & step-dad are still footing the bill. Whoever holds the money has the power. Its as easy as stopping the cashflow. Ashley will learn right quick that, yup, she’s over 18 so she can do what she wants, but how’s she gonna do it without a cell phone, a laptop or an internet connection?
I know some folks have said she can use the Bravo money. Good, let her have to pay for rent, food, insurance, car, phone, utilities, clothes, EVERYTHING with her new ‘salary’. Watch how quickly that well runs dry. She wants to be an adult, then let her be one and pay her own way. Amazing how quick the crap will stop when the water is turned off. On a sidenote, nobody can tell me she didn’t OK Ashley getting her own blog and that Bravo didn’t get Jac’s buy in on this. She could have (and should have) told Bravo no, do not offer Ashley anything.
At the end of the day Jac does have power here and has chosen not to use it. Makes me wonder if she is enjoying Ashley’s ridiculous behavior just a bit too much to actually put a stop to it. Jac should be ashamed of herself.
I’m disgusted with Jac’s “nothing I can do” crap. I mean, what does Jac think is going to happen if she stops enabling the little brat, and pulls the plug on the resources Jac and Chris provide her? That Ashley might actually grow up and start taking responsibility for herself?
These people, Jac especially, act like tough love is going to immediately turn Ashley into a homeless crack addict. If Jac isn’t willing to take that leap of faith that all parents have to take eventually, and let the girl fly or crash on her own, then she deserves the bad attitude and dealing with Ashley’s sense of entitlement.
AMEN Felony. I am going to take this a step further. If Jac left the show (which I would do in a heartbeat once it started to harm my family & an 18 year old getting involved in this feud is harming to the family) then Bravo would have no need to offer Ashley anything.

The problem is that Jacqueline should have had the heavy hand at 8 instead of 18. Ashley will not change. It was how she was raised. She talks back to her mom, she doesn’t respect her mom and takes advantage of her mother’s generosity (i.e. car, money, etc.). If she does not have these basic feelings for her mother how is she going to have them for anyone else least of all Danielle? RHONJ is a show that I will keep on watching so I know how NOT to raise my child.

IMO what Jac can do is stop supporting this atrocious behavior both emotionally and financially. Yes, it’s really late in the game, but Jac can make the decision to change the rules. You are right, Jac can’t change Ashley’s attitude at this point, but she can stop allowing herself to part of Ashley’s nonsense.
It’s just my opinion, but I think if the purse snapped shut, Ashley would have far more important things to worry about than blogging on Bravo or tweeting about Danielle.

Albie, Chris, Christine, Lauren, and Trashley would “appeal” to the younger viewers. As if. Albie and Chris are already signed to appear on the Patti Stanger debacle which may be reason Numero Uno why Albie could not pass his law school exams. Too busy trying to become a “star”.

Danielle’s ex says the Colombian cartel she owes money to would find out where she is from her going on the tv show. She didn’t go into hiding, she lives in the area she’s always lived in. If they wanted to find her before this they could have. Maybe going on the show gives her a kind of protection since so many people would be interested in how all that played out and who did it if something happens to her. It wouldn’t be in the shadows …it would be all OVER the news. I dunno, all the players on this show are so shady it’s almost interesting. 😉
Danielle has children living with her! How smart is that? And her ex or maybe not ex husband was the one that busted these cartel characters?? How safe is his current family, with him on the news? If in fact this was some high level drug bust why aren’t they all in witness protection?

The fight at the Country Club involved NO MANZOS. I hope we can quit saying it is Danielle v THE MANZOS. I don’t see Albert, Christopher, Albie, Lauren or even Caroline Manzo fighting with Danielle, or harassing Danielle. Caroline hasn’t went anywhere near Danielle this season so far.
The fight involved Ashley HOLMES, Teresa GIUDICE & Jac LAURITA. None of whom are Manzos. I don’t like anyone on this show but I think it is unfair to keep saying the Manzos are harassing Danielle (she even says it on the show).

I don’t think it was really anybody vs Danielle until this season and except for Ashley’s attack, there was no real threat against Danielle, except in her own mind. But, if Caroline and Dina don’t want to have anything to do with Danielle, they’ve done a poor job avoiding her as the topic of conversation, tweets, etc. Don’t talk about her on public forums and in front of the cameras!
To me, Danielle is the ultimate drama queen. I want to see the fight tonigh, how it actually starts–the actual hair pulling, that is.
Bravo has a way of pulling in interest by sensationalizing the previews. Seems like NJ will stand or fall on this sensationalistic drama and I, for one, am hoping it falls.

When I was rewatching last night I noticed that Danielle says “the Manzos” in reference to anyone on the show but her & her posse. We all have been doing it in the blog as well, I think because it is easier just to type the Manzos vs typing everyone’s name out. Then I realized none of the Manzos have really done anything to her.

IMO Caroline pulls all the puppet strings from behind. The boss never gets his/her hands dirty, I thought everyone knew that. Teresa, Jaclyn and Ashley combined couldn’t pass an IQ test for pre-school. Not one of them has ever had a thought in their heads, never mind an original one.

Well, I basically refuse to watch the show, so….
One scene I did see was a family dinner where it came out that Ashley was in a twitter war with Danielle. Chris and Jac seemed pissed and wanted her to just stop it, but Caroline & Co cheered Ashley on, laughing at all her rude and immature remarks, and in a TH Caroline once again spouted her ‘sticking up for family’ crap.
I suppose I’d have a more complete opinion if I watched more of the show, but I couldn’t be bothered really, so maybe I’ll just stop talking about it. lol
That is one reason I want to see what happens tonight (though I’m not following the whole show this season) how Caroline can justify saying Ashley was defending the family. In my opinion, unless Danielle attacked first, there is no justification whatsoever.
The only thing I’ve seen so far was Teresa running towards Danielle’s group and when she pulled up alongside them the body guard pushes her away to the side–just one shove. That is all they’ve shown. Don’t know if Teresa falls down because of that push or what. Did it happen before or after Ashley’s attack?
We have said it before and will continue to say it – RHONJ is an unwatchable joke! I still don’t understand how they have the rating – I was thinking they were riding off of the veiwership of RHONY and BGM? but apparently that is not the case.

Chris is Caroline’s brother – the family seems to include all when appropriate (big family dinner scenes, going to the farm, etc) plus Teresa’s crew is thrown in as well. IMO they give off the one big family vibe so when any individuals act out it reflects on all -related or not.

One of the comments on the popwatch site stated that Teresa graduated from college!!! Can anyone confirm this info? I find it hard to believe, (i.e. “cleansiness”???) she got past the 9th grade. Inquiring minds want to know.
I think it was a beauty school type place – College of Hair and Nails?

Jill was never a true friend to Bethenny and what she did was unforgivabe. The relationship is damaged beyond repair and it astounds me that people yearn for a reconciliation. Why? So Jill can lure B in again only to turn on her and attacker her more? I don’t get it.

IMO Jill doesn’t want to be friends with Bethenny – she justs wants other people to like her and she knows she lost mucho fans when she decided to “slay” Bethenny.
Agree with you both. IMO Jill thinks Bethenny wronged her and she’s still pissed. She’s sorry that her shenanigans were exposed and she ended up looking like a sour, angry ass but I don’t think she’s sorry for what she put Bethenny through. Methinks she still feels she deserves an apology from B for not going w/the original plan of a Laverne & Shirley spin off.

I agree with you! I’ve said it from the beginning as soon as Jill had Bethenny on speakerphone and didn’t tell her that Luann was sitting there. Just watching Jill’s ugly facial expressions and hearing her say, “she doesn’t deserve to be in the same room with me” all while Bethenny’s out on the street crying. That alone would end it for me. There is no trust left. How can Bethenny ever say anything to Jill or leave her a voice mail without wondering, is this the one she’s going to tell the world? If you can’t tell your friend anything, they’re not a friend.
Jill also saying at the reunion, “Bethenny got her own show and she wasn’t supposed to tell anyone, but she told me”. BOOM! If I wasn’t done with her before that, I would be now!
Not to mention the “cut her out like a cancer” comment…during the same moments she’s boohooing about her “Hawrrible” experience with Bobby’s “slit from ear to ear” cancer episode.
Absolutely!! She was maaaad at Bethenny and felt totally justified in her behavior.
Jill completely underestimated the viewers’ intelligence and connection with Bethenny. We needed to understand WHY she was this upset and the reasons she provided were super weak, which made a lot of us (me anyway) look sideways at Jill.
Before we knew most of the real story it appeared that Jill was overreacting and lashing out hard at her bff for 2 relatively minor infractions: (a) telling her to “get a hobby” and (b) sending flowers for Bawby vs. showing up at the hospital; neither of which seem to be friendship ending events. I think most of us figured out this just wasn’t enough to call your friend a “cancer”.
‘Course the real reasons behind her wrath are petty and show her true character, but they make hell more sense than “get a hobby”.
At the end of the day Jill did some irreparable damage in anger. Bethenny would have to be a masochist to hook herself back onto that train wreck.
I agree with this error. Who in their right mind would ever trust Jill again? Their relationship is over. Period. Jill started the “fight” and Bethenny ended it, thank goodness!
I don’t get Zarin saying she feels “misrepresented”. By whom? It’s a reality show and we see Zarin, not some actress playing her role.
This is just Jill spinning again.
Now it’s the Bravo edit that made her look bad. She said in vid clip from one of her book signings (its posted a previous blog) that Bravo took her “person and destroyed it”. And that eventhough she “certainly said those things” she would have to really edit herself in the future because of what “they” have done to her.
Oh whatever. We all know Bravo editors had nada to do with the stuff that really pissed off the viewers (amazongate, asking others to not film w/Bethenny, saving that old VM).

Plan 2 – Blame Plan 1 on Alex (FAIL)
Plan 3 – Blame Bravo edit for everything (um…no one cares)

Never heard of cyberial cigars. I did some google searches, couldn’t find anything but a link back to Stanger’s Facebook. Some dude telling Stanger he sent some to a date and it was better than sending flowers. Maybe something erotic?
Patti is just bad, period. Can’t believe she would talk that way period. But, to do it in public and on camera is incredible.
